I am currently staying at Mr Dave's for four nights, this is my 4th visit to Dave's place, I love it here, I feel like I am on holiday, Dave is so accommodating, he can't do enough for me. I use his place to also shoot from, it is great loads of natural light or studio lights if you want them. Dave has a big back garden to also shoot in. He is always on hand to help should you need it. Every time I shoot down this way I will always stay here for as long as he will have me. I am comfortable here and Dave is just amazing.

Mr Dave is an amazing photographer, he is very professional and creative. It was the first time we worked together but I am sure it will not be the last.

He made me feel very comfortable and made me look so gorgeous in the images later, I could not have been happier with the results. He was also very quick to process the images and provided me with a good variety of fantastic shots.

Dave is very talented at his craft and you can tell he really loves what he does.

He was ready on time and ahead of schedule and has a great studio set up.

I would highly recommend Mr Dave and I am sure you will be equally happy like me. He has lots of ideas, but he also patiently listens to your requests and moves throughout the shoot with a calm, polite and stress-free attitude. He is also very flexible and easy going, I felt really relaxed while shooting together as I knew I was in such great hands.

I cannot recommend Dave enough and I am looking forward to working with him again soon :-)

This was my first time at Mr Dave's home which he has integrtated a high spec studio setup. This was a shoot with Rachelle Summers and the we were able to make use of one of the many backgrounds and the garden which has a number of interesting features.

Dave is a great host and is on hand to help with seting up with sets for the shoot.

I recommend Dave place as a location for a shoot in Exeter and hope to be ther in the future.

I met Dave on our recent Portugal trip and I can honestly say we could not have had a better group of people. Dave is a real gentleman and got along with everyone. I know the models on the trip loved working with him and we simply could not have had a nicer person in the group.

I genuinely hope to see Dave again in any circumstances and would love it if he chose to come on one of our trips again.

I have worked with Dave a few times now, and have also stayed at his home for a week back in January when he was kind enough to put me up during my tour. I get on with him very well so was over the moon when he decided to join us on the photographic holiday this year!

He was a little nervous understandably as he had not been abroad in quite some time, so I helped him with a few bits and bobs and gave him advice on his luggage and his airport parking and he was good to go for his first ever abroad shooting experience! After hearing his feedback from the trip I am so happy that he enjoyed himself so much, I really wanted it to go well and for him to enjoy being abroad and the whole experience so that fact he did meant a lot!

He made a great addition to the group, being his usual friendly and kind self and even helping his fellow photographer out who hadn't shot much natural light. Which is Dave down to a T. He will do anything for anyone, he really is happy to help if he can which is very rare nowadays!

He also shot some amazing BTS footage on the trip and has put together a lovely video to showcase the photographic holidays in the future and show how much fun we had on the first ever one of its kind :D

I am soso happy that not only has he decided to come on the photographic holiday I am running next year, he has decided to come for a whole week instead of just a 3 day slot!!

Already looking forward to it and also to staying with him for my second tour of his area in a few weeks time :)

Without a doubt recommended by me!!!

Dave booked onto the (first ever) Luxury Portugal trip we hosted last week. I couldn't have asked for a better group of photographers to come out with us!

I have worked with Dave a few times now, but never abroad and never for three whole days! Dave was great- he got on with everyone in the group, took some great images and was such fun to be around for three days. It went by too quickly!

He brought along a video camera and got some superb BTS footage and I cannot wait to see the final video!!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dave to anyone- a genuine, caring and lovely guy. I really can't wait for him to join us on future events! :)

Thank You so much for filming the shoot I have done with Ewelina. You finally see first hand on how I work. It surely put you to the test in capturing it. I can't wait to see the final video along side with the Images when I start doing them and sorting 800+ Images out.

Mr. Dave is amazing to be able to do Still Images and being able to capture motion. I know not many photographer can do this. I always wanted to have behind the scene footage but I can't do both in a style that I am looking for. I am so pleased with Mr Dave coming along as I know he wanted to for a while.

I like to help other photographers with the skills that I have learn over years. I surely he will help me out when it comes to filming and studio work. We will work many projects in the future. A create something amazing in the future.

You are a wonderful photographer and not only that. Your a wonderful person.

Natural Happy Woman

Mr Dave comes totally recommended by me :>)

I used Dave's place as a base for my Exeter and enjoyed a very comfortable bedroom, a fabulous jacuzzi bath, and Dave and gorgeous Timmy the dogs lovely company- Tim needs a reference all of his own for being the most polite dog ever! Dave offers the opportunity to shoot from his home studio with full assistance at very reasonable cost which helps you get business, and also assisted me with lifts. We did some headshots together and they were totally beautiful- he's darn good! We are planning a video for next time... Forget the rest, work with the best!

Started with a male and female couple shoot, I was slightly nervous at first. However, his beautiful studio location and caring hospitality engaged me into wanting to do well for the shoot.

I look forward to working with Dave again when my skills have increased.

It was a group shoot that ran with efficiency yet maintained a sence of ease and fun.

He was kind, friendly and professional with a great sense of humour and we (myself, the photographers and he models) produced some great images from the day thanks to his help.

He was very hospitable (makes a great cuppa). The studio has everything you could possibly need for a great shoot and more! (Inc a friendly dog Tim who I played with lots).

I had my first shoot at Mr Dave's bungalow today and it was a brilliant experience! The setting has studio space, bedroom space, garden space and lots of fantastic equipment. Dave was very kind and approachable and always on hand to help perfect the shots, chat, or get refreshments and was extremely friendly and welcoming.

I will definitely have to return at some point- especially to see his lovely dog Tim who I spent the majority of my breaks with :-)

I worked with Dave today in his studio. He took lots of behind the scene shots of me doing the make up on the model which was a great idea! I stayed a little while after to watch him shoot and he is a perfectionist, changing the light and equipment to get the best shot and changing backdrops to make the image look a bit different. he also made sure he got some close up beauty shots for my benefit. Dave is a very friendly and professional man.

I would highly recommend him to anyone and hope to shot with him again soon!

I recently booked a shoot I'd plan at Mr Dave's, well what a surprise it was to use his studio which doubles as his home, it is such a great location an add to that there's all the equipment need, backdrops, strobes and there's even continuous LED lighting with fresnel lenses, prefect for what I needed. He is also a great host and will happily leave you to it or assist you if need.

I highly recommend taking a look at what's there when planning your next shoot.

What a gentleman! Dave let me stay with him at his beautiful (and spotlessly clean!) bungalow in Exeter for four nights, as well as allowing me to use it as a shoot location. Dave drove me not only to and from the station but also an hour each way to my studio day in Plymouth! A great sense of humour, kind, respectful, a great photographer and also owner of Tim the gorgeous labrador: Dave is everything you could ask for in a host. Very highly recommended and I will certainly be back soon.

Bad Dolly

Last week I spent three nights at Dave's, he kindly put me up in his beautiful bungalow and drove me to and from my shoots. Dave is one of the kindest, warmest people I have had the pleasure of getting to know. His photography speaks for itself and as a person he is a joy to be around. I consider Dave as a friend as well as a fantastic host!

The bungalow is immaculate and homely, like a home from home. Oh and the memory foam mattress is to die for, I need a good few alarm clocks to get out of it!

I can't recommend Dave enough as a photographer and host, thank you so much for a lovely few days!

Dave kindly allowed me to shoot at his home. He was a great host and the facilities and equipment available were excellent. Very chatty and friendly; it's no wonder he is a favourite destination for photographers and models alike. Although I didn't use it this time he has a lovely walled private garden that would be a super location when the weather improves. Many thanks Dave. Obviously recommended.
