It’s very rare that I get to work with Richard so what a treat it was to get to shoot something ultra cool with him and Rosie on makeup with beautiful spaniels! I had a blast as always and there were lots of laughs to be had on the day. As always Richard was warm and inviting making sure I had everything I could possibly want and more and kept me warm and rested. Over the years Richard has become a firm close friend of mine and I’ve always looked forward to working at Crossroads because it never feels like work at all, just like coming home.

I've just had my second shoot at Crossroads Studio, this time with Arabella.

The studio is well equipped with lights, backgrounds and modifiers offering you the option to create just about any look you can think of. Always plenty of help and refreshments from Richard, the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed and I hope to shoot here again.

Great place to shoot, 100% recommended.

A had a full sell out weekend at Crossroads Studio last weekend!... And what a fabulous weekend it was!...

Myself & Rich organised a studio day for the Saturday and before we both knew it it'd turned into a full weekend, Rich's comms throughout have been fantastic, it was arranged pretty far in advance but he kept the right amount of communication at all times and he was extremely proactive in making bookings also. A huge genuine thank you to Rich for all his hard work.

He happily transported me too and from the studio & accommodation which saved a lot of stress!

So the studio itself!... Well the changing and model facilities were brilliant, plenty of space, somewhere to do hair and makeup along with lots of different props and wardrobe pieces that were available to use.

Warm drinks where in abundance too!...

The studio has really great facilities for photographers, plenty of paper and cloth backdrops to give different feels and also plenty of high end and different modifiers. There is also a secondary room which has some really lovely natural light that can be used!...

Overall I had a fabulous weekend and was looked after so well by Rich!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rich and Crossroads Studio to both models and photographers!...

I am very much looking forward to returning in the new year!...

A great studio to work from, The amount of equipment is amazing and Richard the owner can not do enough to help. Studio suitable for a small group to work from and is great value for money. Personally I think its to cheap with the amount of facilities available to photographers. Very highly recommended.

What you want to feel at home anywhere is to be offered tea the second you arrive. Studio was well lit, comfortable, spacious, with lots of cool bits of set, props and costumes. Lovely little kitchenette, and plenty of equipment , including a wind machine. Richard was lovely and I felt comfortable and cared for the whole time. Would recommend!

I spent two hours shooting at Crossroads last Saturday and found it to be a well equipped and versatile studio with opportunities for shooting in a studio setting or with natural light through large windows.

Richard the owner was very friendly and helpful and provides everything that you need for an effortless shoot.

As a bonus the studio has a free car park available that means you will have no worries about having to find a parking spot when you arrive.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this studio.

I had my second amazing studio day at @crossroads studio and am always happy to be back there. Rich always makes sure his studio is warm and refreshments are always on hand. The studio is very well equipped and I met only the best photographers whom I shot with there. The studio is very spacious and has 2 rooms and a lot of different backgrounds for all possible genres of photography. It has a great changing room which is very comfortable for models to use. I spent a great day shooting there and always happy to be back and shoot there. Thanks Rich, highly recommended,100%

Had my first 1-2-1 shoot at Crossroads and I could not have asked for more.

The studio is well equipped with plenty of help on hand from Richard.

The dressing room has plenty of outfits and there are 2 studios with a variety of settings to use.

Sadly, I only had 2 hours, so could not exhaust all the possibilities.

Had a great shoot and would recommend 100%

Rich contacted few months ago to organise a studio day, leaving us plenty of time to promote the event. We sold out very quickly!

Communication with Rich was absolutely amazing and the studio has everything you need. It's big with 2 spaces and a large changing room, as well so many props, clothes and accessories you can use. It's a very well furnished studio and it allows lots of different options in term of backgrounds, plenty of natural light when you want to change from the studio light a little.

The organisation was smooth and Rich picked me up from the train station. He's an extremely nice person, chatty and always made sure I had everything I needed.

The photographers who attended to my studio day were all lovely and talented.

I can't wait to come back, I had an amazing day! Thank you!

My occasional updated reference for this great studio. I shoot quite regularly at Crossroads Studio and have forgotten just how many times I have been here now. Crossroads is a great little studio which offers a wide range of studio days as well as options for studio hire, plenty of backdrops, lots of lighting and modifier options, and the studios owner Richard is always welcoming, and always willing to help with lighting and backdrop changes. A studio that is always well worth a visit. Richard also arranges regular studio days with a variety of great models, keep an eye out for these if you want to shoot an amazing model in a great studio space.

I shot at Crossroads last week for a studio session, the studio is spacious and has a large dressing room with lots of exciting outfits and accessories in! As well as many backdrops there is also some window areas which are perfect for shooting natural light. Richard was welcoming and friendly from the start, he is extremely professional and knows his stuff! I loved shooting with you Richard and all the photographers from the day. It was a very successful session and we all got loads of fantastic shots!

My second cisit to Crossroads studio and with the ever lovely Marie jean again. Couldn't tesist travelling down and this tome it was a split event, outside on moors then back to studio. As before, richard was on hand to sort lighting and backdrops on studio and advice out on locationanother extremely enjoyable event ay Crossroads. Despite the distance I'll cerainly be back if they'll let me🤣🤣🤣

Always a pleasure to return to my favourite studio, crossroads is indeed very special to me and holds many dear memories… so so many events and shoots held there and yesterday I got to return once again for a double event day which went really well!… no surprise there at all as Richard is always on hand to help everyone, lights images beautifully and always happy to pop the kettle on.

Thankyou so much for everything as always and of course, you’ll never get rid of me haha!

This was my third shoot at Crossroads Studio. It's a terrific space to work in. Richard is a great help and sorted the backdrop and lighting ready for the shoot... just as I wanted. Richard is great as he stays around and assists if there are any snags during the shoot. Working at Crossroads is relaxed and easy going and Richard's invaluable assistance makes shoots run smoothly, meeting the needs of the photographer and Model. Certainly recommend to all. Had my first shoot at Crossroads studio yesterday with the brilliant and beautiful Lenza.

Richard was really welcoming and even though I wasn't there long still had 2 cups of teas.

Richard was helpful and patient with me changing the lights.

I had a great shoot at Crossroads, on a studio day along with LEnza modelling.

Great comms from Richard in advance, and on the day Richard helped when asked, and let you get on with things otherwise.

A good studio, plenty of height, and whilst I didn't take full advantage then there seemed to be a good deal of props and "bits and bobs" to be used in a shoot.

My first visit, but I'll definitely be going back.

I had the most amazing time at Crossroad Studio last weekend!

Richard he is perfect host! Pre communication was fantastic, he helped me in sorting some of the logistic and was making sure everything was fine from my side.

On the day he picked me up from the station to arrive at his studio. My first time at Crossroad, a lovely and well equipped space.

Richard was an angel, super helpful and always available when photographers needed help with light or change of set up. Always offering cup of coffee, tea drinks etc and making sure everyone was feeling good and comfortable. He has a great sense of humor and a positive energy to be around.

I am very grateful to Rich for having me at his place and I can’t recommend him enough as a host and as a person. Also I know he is a talented photographer but unfortunately in this occasion we didn’t have time to shoot together.

We planned already my second visit at the studio in November and I can’t wait!

My first time experiencing Crossroads Studio. There are two good sized studio rooms. Plenty of lighting options, props and additional model clothing if required. Richard is easy going and very helpful. Richard kindly helped with the lighting. We chatted off and on throughout the 2 hours booked. I enjoyed the visit and will definitely use the studio again.
