Honestly, I can’t recommend this studio and Richard highly enough. He goes above and beyond all expectations, and from the very moment the booking is made, to the moment you’re through the door, Richard attention to detail in pre coms is one of the best I’ve known. I’m always well looked after, kept warm, snacks and hot drinks and Richard is always on hand to help with lighting and backdrops if needed. The studio is simply fabulous with variety of backdrops, props and outfits for a model if needed. Now it’s certainly one of my favourites and I’ll always return.

I'd been looking for a studio in the West Yorkshire area and so when Jasmine came to town it was an obvious decision to make use of a last minute availability. Comms with Richard were excellent and the facilities were very good (though as it was a 2 hour shoot I only used the main room). The model had a nice warm changing room to prepare in and Richard was available to chat to during the breaks.

Overall I found the studio excellent and will certainly be booking again. The private car park at the back is a tad small for larger vehicles and there is no (O2) phone signal in the studio vicinity, so ensure you have address ready in advance.

The Kitchen cafe down below is excellent and also if haven't been the nearby village of Haworth is utterly delightful and worth a trip to in its own right if are ever in the area.

My first shoot at Crossroads Studio. Great studio space with all the equipment I needed for my shoot. Richard was on hand change background rolls, light modifiers and to supply a hot drink.

Would use again & will keep a lookout for the studio days.

Had shoot today in the studio,and let me tell you - this was the most comfortable studio ever! So clean,warm place, Richard (apparently the owner) is doing great job by taking care of the studio, soiled me with coffee as well,have separate room for changing outfits,10/10 definitely recommend for working in there ✨

I had an amazing studio day at @Crossroads studio and it went amazingly. Richard's pre-communication was on spot and he organised everything perfectly. The studio itself is very well-equipped, spacious, warm and has everything necessary to shoot.Richard made sure I feel good and warm,and the atmosphere was very friendly and just amazing.Richard is a very professional photographer and I was really happy to work and shoot with him

Another shoot in the bag at my favourite studio!

I’ve been coming to crossroads for many years now and Richard is a solid close friend as a result. Over the years we’ve created many events and studio days between us and I even have my own special studio rate attached to

Crossroads as resident model! We held a fabulous portrait day yesterday working through styles vintage and even some edgier portrait styles. I love to change it up and often find I switch drastically between looks and styles and Richard always works hard to accommodate these drastic changes with beautiful lighting to match and suit every set I throw at him. Crossroads really is THE Yorkshire gem you’re looking for if you’re after a studio in the area…. This is the only one you need to book. Get yourself booked in and you’ll see exactly why and why I’ve stuck my little size 4 feet so firmly under the table.

I attended yet another studio day at Crossroads Studio with the incredible Indrija Kustov. I have lost count of the number of studio days I have attended and I have never been disappointed with either the model who has been booked for the day or the help Richard offers with lighting etc. I already have another couple of slots booked in for next year and dare say I will leave them with a smile on my face as I always do.

I recently had my 3 studio weekend from the awesome Crossroad Studios which is one of my favourite places to shoot from because Richard is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and I'm so thankful both to Richard and his wonderful wife for hosting me :) The studio is fully equipped with everything a photographer needs plus tones of clothing props and items.

All the photographer's that came to shoot are regulars to the studio and super nice and creative.

I'll return back yo CrossRoads in 2023 for sure so keep an eye for castings and availability :D

Great little studio for one to one shoots with a good range of paper backdrops and lights. Richard is as helpful as you want him to be - he will leave you to it or be on hand, whichever you choose. There’s always a brew & a biscuit available too.

This is a studio that I’ve used several times now and will return in the near future.

I worked at Crossroads for 2 hours with Irida S, the studio is a good space, comfortable to work in with plenty of creative opportunity, there is a great selection of backgrounds and equipment and Richard, the studio owner is welcoming and friendly and on hand to make your shoot as enjoyable as possible. I would quite happily return to Crossroads Studio for a second shoot and also recommend its use to models and photographers looking for a great place to shoot.

Who is always on hand in his very well equiped studio with various lighting set ups and backdrops. Along with an anray of accessories to use.

Richard is a very proffesional in his approach and works so hard to organise fabulous events with amazing models.

I shoot quite regularly at Crossroads Studio, this is a great little studio which offers a wide range of studio days as well as options for studio hire, plenty of backdrops, lots of lighting and modifier options, and the studios owner Richard is always welcoming, and always willing to help with lighting and backdrop changes. A studio that is always well worth a visit.

My first studio day at Crossroads was fantastic!

The space is great, with a huge variety of backdrops and several different areas to shoot in, and a wide range of equipment. Tons of props and clothing to make use of too.

Richard was very welcoming, a great host and an all-round lovely human! He was always on hand and happy to help out if the photographers needed any lights to be tweaked etc.

I felt very well looked after and I'd be delighted to return in the future.

Always worth the drive over to Yorkshire to use Richard's studio. Had a two hour session there today with Eowyn Luna, Richard was always on hand to help set up lighting and make coffee, a nice relaxed easy going atmosphere and some great images as a result.

Shot for the first time at the studio yesterday with IronB. Richard was always available throughout to give a hand and set up lighting and backgrounds. This would definitely be on the Return To list of studios for me. Also loved the playlist of 80's music to shoot to.

I did a studio day for two days at Crossroads Studio and loved working here.

The studio itself is versatile offering lovely natural light as well as being well equipped with lighting.

Facilities for the model are really good and I was comfortable over the two days.

Rich is so lovely and made me feel welcome right away.

There are tonnes of clothes and accessories to use as well so there is so much to do it’s impossible to get bored here!

Will most certainly be returning here 😊

I have lost count of how many times I have worked with Richard on a studio basis but this was our first time shooting 1-2-1! Richard had an amazing concept and brought a fabulous team together to make it come to life. The day went without a hitch and we got some INCREDIBLE images. Truly special. Richard is kind, easy going and has a great sense of humour. He even bought us all an ice cream after the shoot (which was gratefully received on such a warm day!) I hope to work with Richard for many more years to come and as always would highly recommend him and his lovely studio.

I've now worked at Crossroads as both a model and photographer and can say the experience was fabulous on both sides. The space is clean and clear, allowing plenty of space for your kit on either side of the camera. Equipment is lovely and Rich is knowledgable and helpful when you are hiring as a photographer.

There are backdrops in every colour you could desire to allow you to create a real range of looks and I've had great results both behind and in front of the camera from there. Can't wait for my next visit!
