Yet another wonderful shoot with Cheeky Monkey and as usual it was such a joy working with this wonderful talented photographer from start to finish.

Always a pleasure to shoot with Mal and he is so easy going and very well organized.

For this shoot we planned some low key lit images, gels, working with materials and loads more were we just tried out several outfits in front of his new backdrop which worked so well.

Mal always makes sure I am comfortable throughout keeping me warm, fed and always makes a lovely cuppa and conversation always flows between the images.

A very gifted photographer that is just beaming with creative ideas, on which we already plan a very creative future shoot and simply can't wait!

110% recomended to every model!

I would 10/10 recommend Mal to anyone, he was both kind and a great communicator on the day and in pre coms. Throughout my time shooting at the monkey sanctuary, I was well looked after and provided with snacks, drinks and kept toasty warm! I was impressed at Mal’s use of lighting and how well organised his set up was and the day ran smoothly thanks to his excellent levels of organisation and pre coms.

A great guy with a wicked sense of humour and nice and chatty which I like 😊

Last week on my tour to north I had my first brilliant shoot with Mal.

Great pre communication. On the day he picked me up from other studio in the area and after the shoot gave me a lift back to the local train station.

We had 3 hours shoot, we went through different ideas and setting.

He was professional all the way through, respectful, kind, friendly. The time went very fast and we produced lots of beautiful images. I can’t wait to see the final results.

Plenty of breaks during the shoot, coffee/tea and even I got delicious sandwich and some snacks.

I would absolutely work with him again and I feel to recommend him 110% to any other models or creatives.

I had a brilliant shoot with the very talented, creative Mal. Pre shoot communication was perfect as always. The shoot went so fast I was having such a good time plus me chatting Mal’s ear off meant It just flew by. Mal is not only an amazing photographer with a creative artistic mind he’s also a very good listener, a compassionate person with a big heart who thrives on helping others achieve their dreams. The monkey sanctuary is exactly that… a sanctuary! Comfortable space for changing, endless warm drinks and chocolate and Mal had heaters in the studio and changing area so you’re kept toasty warm too. A brilliant shoot at a brilliant studio!

Highly recommended by me, I look forward to coming back soon 😊

What a brilliant shoot I had with Mal on my tour up north! The pre comms prior to the shoot were great, I knew exactly what to expect & was very helpful.

Mal is an absolute gent, made sure I was looked after on the shoot. Kind, considerate and friendly, you will always feel comfortable around Mal at his studio.

Aswell as creating some epic images with his amazing photography skills, we could have talked for hours. His personality added to his creative photography and ideas you’ll always remember the shoot and have fun!

Highly recommended & we’ve already spoken about a second shoot. Looking forward to the next :)

Had a great shoot with Mal today at his studio in Darwen during my Leeds tour. Mal is a very considerate photographer. Kind, caring and very respectful. His images look great and he was professional at all times :) he also dropped me off at Primark after the shoot because I wanted to get something that was sold out everywhere else and he waited for me and took me back to the station because I had a huge heavy suitcase. I had the pleasure of working for the first time with Mal on a 1-2-1 in Darwen. We had discussed the photo shoot before hand and the communication was perfect.

Mal is a very nice person and a great photographer. Highly experienced, with lots of industry knowledge. Was amazing to be work together, can easily bring out good energy in you. We were able to discuss lot of ideas and even create ideas for future collaborations.

It was nice 1st shoot with mal, he is very patient as my trip was delayed by traffic. We shoot from fashion to lingerie and end with artist nude. 3 hours shoot went very smoothly and full of enjoyment. The studio lighting was perfectly set and he is focused and easy to work with. I highly recommended mal and look forward to work with him again.

The loveliest and most genuine photographer I have met.

Mal is always amazing with pre shoot comma and making sure travel for everyone is sorted. We worked together to decide on the makeup look and props for the model. Mal gave lovely feedback on the makeup that I did and proceeded to do the shoot with the model. Mal never rushes me while conducting makeup changes or helping the model change outfits.

He always works to ensure everyone is happy, comfortable and like the shots. Till the next shoot! -Charlie

Third time working with the lovely Mal and this was possibly one of my favorite shoots yet.

Mal's work is very different and he thinks outside the box which I just love.

On this occasion he proposed a double bump shoot.

It was so much fun working with another model and a wonderful make up artist who made some really awesome body paint.

Mal was beaming with ideas for this shoot and took from what I saw some really fabulous images.

Mal is simply a very talented photographer and on top of that also a really lovely person.

Would as always highly recommend and can't wait for our next shoot!

No idea how many times we have shot together now! If that's not a sign I'd recommend working with mal I don't really know what is 😆

But this time we did a double bump shoot! So very different from any other ideas and really creative and all mals idea to. The make up artist/body painter also amazing.

I can't wait to see how everything turns out as what I could see was really good thank you for choosing to work with me again! Snd to anyone with a bit of a creative streak mal is definitely a great photographer to explore your ideas with.

I had another great and creative shoot with Mal in Darwen Studio.

He gave me a theme with a mood board to give me a clue about what he would intend to shoot on the day.

Always responds on time to any question and gives enough information.

On the day he asked me to take my time to get ready and not rush as he knows my makeup usually takes time before shooting. So I got ready relaxed and was no stress and rush before the shoot and also during the shoot. As it wasn't just a fashion shoot and we worked on a theme so those factors made the shoot very joyful and enjoyable.

Looking forward to working with Mal on more creative themes and highly recommend him to work with.

It was delightful to have another great and creative shoot with Mal in Darwen Studio.

As always communication was excellent and he gave me the theme a month earlier to have enough time to prepare props and get ready for the shoot which made the work much easier.

Shoots went very smoothly and fun and I really enjoyed it.

I hope he would be happy with the images and looking forward to seeing the photos and working with Mal on a new creative theme again.
