I've worked with Carla several times on weekend events and studio days and now I've done my first remote shoot with her. And what a different and thoroughly enjoyable shoot it was! The shoot style lent itself to a tethered, static, minimalist style. Sort of ancient Greece sculpture meets early portrait style photography. Very beautiful, calm and incredibly difficult to pull off as lighting and posing must be spot on. I was fortunate to have Carla's posing skills and Adrian's lighting skills to achieve what I wanted. Really happy with the results. Thanks Carla and Adrian.

I had my first ever remote shoot on Tuesday with Carla to say I was apprehensive is an understatement. But I shouldn't have worried Carla and Adrian were amazing the whole shoot ran so smoothly you wouldn't know we were shooting remotely.

We got some fantastic images through 4 or 5 different sets.

Thank you Carla as always you were amazing and thank you Adrian for all your help with lights etc. I am looking forward to when we can shoot again either remotely or in person.

Wow, What an outstanding and absolutely epic first (remote) shoot with Carla.

Everything was executed perfectly! The pre-communications was great.

Carla was extremely well prepared and needless to to say she brings a classic beauty to the fantastic shots we got. Along with a gorgeous wardrobe and great props.

The setup was as equal if not better to a studio for the styles we shot, but we did it remotely :)

Special Thanks to Adrian for the outstanding support throughout the shoot.

Both were fun to work with with and it was a very easy shoot!

I highly recommend, I look forward to getting the chance to shoot with them again in the future.

I had my first taste of a remote shoot today with Carla, and was very pleased indeed with the outcome. Communication throughout was easily handled through a Facebook Messenger video call, and screen sharing via Chrome Remote Desktop couldn't be simpler. I quickly got the hang of taking shots through Capture One, despite having never used it before, and Adrian was on hand to move the camera and lighting as necessary. Time flew by and we covered a good variety of looks in only three hours. I managed to take just as many shots in that time as I would take in any 1:1 shoot of the same length, and the quality of the shots was just as good. All the RAW files were quickly delivered via OneDrive immediately after the shoot.

Carla was every bit as amazing as you would expect of a model with close to 1000 all positive references. We had agreed a rough plan for the shoot beforehand, and Carla delivered everything that I had in mind with consummate ease, and threw in some extra ideas herself too. She adds to her own natural beauty by also being a very talented stylist, and provided many excellent outfits perfectly suited to each set. Needless to say her modelling skills are also second to none, and she moved through more poses than I can shake a stick at without me hardly having to say a word! Adrian also did a great job of arranging the lighting, especially in quickly balancing the flash with natural light for some beautiful shots in the lounge area.

All in all I was pleasantly surprised at what a painless experience it was. Everything ran perfectly smoothly and through the friendly and helpful manner of both Carla and Adrian I was still able to participate almost as if I were there. If you fear that a remote shoot might amount to little more than being a shutter-release button jockey then think again! Of course it's not quite "the real thing" but it was still great fun, with no lack of creativity at both end of the connection, and also has the advantage of no time or cost being involved in anyone travelling :-)

I would definitely recommend trying remote shoots if you haven't done yet, and I highly recommend Carla (and Adrian) too and hope to work with her again in the future, remotely and/or in person :-)

I have worked with Carla on several occasions before, on location, in the studio and on home shoots and this was our first go at a remote photo shoot. We arranged to shoot a variety of sets ranging from portraits, art nude and fashion, although Carla has many other styles she is willing to create. Carla is an amazing person who not only is a gorgeous and glamorous supermodel but is also a fun person who is incredibly easy to work with and beautiful both inside and out. She has natural beauty which is projected through the fantastic creative poses she can produce with an elegant and easy going style. The outfits she chooses are impressive, and inspirational enabling thrilling and fabulous images to be created. Through out the shoot she produces a fantastic variety of poses and looks with her hair styles and makeup and is relaxed and always ready for a catch up chat and a good laugh as well. Working with Carla is a wonderful experience and although this was a remote shoot it was just as if we were together on a shoot. Carla is the complete professional and in my opinion is one of the very best models to work with.

She comes with my highest recommendation for a photo shoot including remote shooting and should certainly be in everyone's portfolio who are looking for top quality impressive and outstanding images.

I certainly am looking forward to many more photo shoots with Carla including remote shoots at this difficult time

I had my third shoot with Carla recently and, as with the previous two, I was absolutely not disappointed. She is absolutely delightful to shoot with. She is relaxed, easy going and approachable.

Carla seems to project a natural elegance making beautiful poses with ease. She is both inspirational, creative and professional and again I am thrilled with the shots we were able to produce together. She puts a great deal of thought into her outfits, make up and hair styles changing them between sets providing lots of variety whist making it seem effortless.

We were able to catch up loads during the shoot, she incredibly easy to get along with and needs no direction but is totally receptive to ideas as they pop randomly into my head, we moved seamlessly between sets in a very relaxed atmosphere.

I highly recommend her if you get the opportunity to shoot and am looking forward to further shoots when we get the opportunity.

An Eye for Beauty

I was delighted to work with Carla on my initial shoot after the first lock-down, and even more delighted that I could have 4 hours on her model day after the second lock-down - both at Inspire Studios - and this was our 20th collaboration. It is always a great joy to be in Carla's company and create lovely pictures together - she is totally relaxed and homely but a complete professional. We did some more denim shots and more monochromatic colour work, and she produced a whole range of new outfits which I hadn't seen anywhere before. I can't wait to get editing but with two more shoots next week delayed from November I am going to have fun for weeks! Carla could look good in a black sack (though that was not one of the options), but I think my favourite was an authentic sailor's uniform hired for the occasion, and with her hair up she looked very sweet, almost boyish. Well to change the song a little 'All the nice boys love a sailor!' Thanks again, Carla. See you next year

I have shot with Carla a number of times and she was as always such a joy to photograph- she has so much grace and style with every pose and in every type/ style of photography we were shooting.

Creative Light Lessons

Had a great time shooting with Carla during one of her studio days at Inspire. It was my second time working with her and, like the first, it was an absolute pleasure.

In the truest sense of the word, this was a great collaboration. Carla is such an experienced model and able to offer up ideas, tips and tricks on what works well - on both sides of the camera! Got some amazing shots in the bag and can't wait to get editing.

Will definitely be looking to work with Carla again in the future.

I was lucky enough to get a last minute booking with Carla at her studio day at Inspire Studio. I cannot say anything about what a wonderful Model Carla is which has not been said at less a dozen times already in all her other references.

All I can add if that we enjoyed a very productive couple of hours working together. I cannot wait to work with Carla again; she is such a great model a recommendation does not cover how good she is, but Totally recommended. Thanks for a great Shoot today Carla.

I am not sure whether I can add anything to the huge number of positive references that Carla has already achieved in her career, but I alway like to give my opinion.

I had the absolute delight of shooting the amazing duo of Artemis Fauna and Carla Monaco yesterday and what a thrill it was. Although I have worked with Artemis many times before, it was the first time I had met Carla. As soon as I walked in I knew we would get on as her smile filled the studio and the words were clearly not just being said for the sake of it.

Watching these ladies at work is a real honour. They not only know what they are doing as individual models, they clearly have a telepathy that allows them to move effortlessly as one. This makes photographing them together one of life's true pleasures as my input really didn't need to be very much at all.

Working with Carla and Artemis and being able to laugh, chat, laugh, shoot and then laugh some more was just what I needed as we head in to lockdown once again.

Thank you ladies.... Thank you for helping me through a tough day.... Thank you for giving me lots of laughs... Thank you for giving me the honour and pleasure of working with you.

And Carla... Im very sorry to say that You are now on my hit list so will be pestered for many many more shoots in the future. (As will Artemis continue to be).

I got to work with Carla and Artemis Fauna after seeing a casting. Far too good to miss the opportunity to work with Carla again, she is just amazing. Carla is a stunning model, she has always reminded me of Bardot and I have worked with her repeatedly over the time she has modelled. She is a superb model, very talented over many genres, especially fashion, portraiture and art nude and today there was duo work with Artemis. Great company, great conversation and great modelling over some themes we’d discussed and I am delighted with the images I came away with. Ghost Light Photography

Somehow, I have never previously had the opportunity to work with Carla. On learning that she would be travelling fairly close to my location with Artemis Fauna, I was determined to rectify this glaring omission from my portfolio. With a three-way communication process we were quickly able to agree the outline of a plan, involving a short walk through woodland to see what we could find.

I arrived early, but they had arrived earlier still. As had half the local population. Not to worry, there were plenty of opportunities for us in less travelled areas of the woods. With a basic theme of “Autumn”, we were looking to make the most of the slowly changing colours. There is a great natural quality in working with two models who know each other so well. It was an absolute joy shooting with these two ladies.

I got to work with Carla again today at a Creativity Hub event - D Day Darlings in Somerset which I attended, and Carla was one of the models

Carla arrived well before time and got ready for our 1st shoot of the day, And as always she looked amazing in her 1940s era clothing

Carla was very creative during the shoot, Chatty and came up with some nice idea's, the images I walked away with were amazing,

Carla is one of the nicest models I know, not only is she beautiful outside she is inside too,

I can not speak highly enough of this model,

Beautiful, Sexy, Talented, Hard working, Creative, Fun, Down to earth, are just a few words to describe her,

If you have never worked with her before I suggest you do, you will struggle to work out which to edit out of the 100s you take

I would recommend her to all photographers and models

Prior to this I have had many togs mention Carla is great to work with, however they couldn't prepare me for how good she really is.
