I had an amazing shoot with Alan,I got the best impression and memories ever. Alan has an amazing style of photography and his photography vision is really prominent. Alan has a friendly and pleasant personality so it was such a pleasure to shoot with Alan. We tried a lot of different ideas and Alan’s suggestions were really helpful and results are really great 👍 Alan has got some amazing backdrops and outfits and shoot went in a relaxed and fun way. Alan is a polite and talented photographer,and is a pleasure to shoot with.Pre-communication and communication during the shoot were very good and time just flew away from us. I worked with Alan for the first time at OpenSpace studio he had booked me after another booking at the studio and I was so glad he did! We didn’t have any set plans but Alan showed me what he had been working on and what he would like to try whilst shooting with me. The ideas were beautiful as is Alan’s photography! He really knows his lighting and his photography and captures absolutely beautiful images.

Throughout the shoot Alan was the consummate professional, polite and respectful. I felt at ease and we had lots of chats too! Alan even kindly took me back to the station at the end of the shoot which I was very grateful for. Throughly enjoyed working with Alan! Wholeheartedly recommended! I really hope the opportunity presents itself to work with Alan again!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Alan and his partner at their studio OpenSpace last weekend!

Alan and his partner are simply some of the nicest people I have met in the industry, they really know how to take care of the model and are a pleasure to work with! Creatively they are also top-notch, they don't just take pictures, they know how to create magic!

The lighting, the setup, and the clothes and props they chose to create the William Russell Flint-inspired paintings were so well suited... I was very pleased with what I saw from behind the camera!

I would definitely like to work with Alan and his partner again in the future!

I was so pleased Alan booked onto my studio day at Studio Fifty Eight. In pre-shot comms, he gave me ideas on shoot themes he was working on. On the day, it was brilliant working with someone who felt so in tune to my way of thinking too! Our ideas just seemed to align. He brought beautiful photobooks and it was refreshing to see work in print. He was conscious of my comfort and sharing my own ideas. I was able to flow gracefully between poses. Our shoot was wonderfully fun and I was happy seeing the BOC images. Very happy to recommend!

Alan booked in with me on my visit to Studio Fifty Eight and from the start was incredibly professional from the communications to concept planning to co-ordinating the shoot. Felt so comfortable working with Alan who not only was professional but knew exactly what to do to create some hard-hitting eye-catching shots from the start. Ohh where to even begin!

Alan is such a great guy and an absolutely insane photographer and lighting man! I don't think there is an image that he's shot that isn't outstanding!

On my most recent visit to Studio Fifty-Eight Camille Alexander and I modelled for Alan and his wife Alison. This was my second shoot with Alan but my first time shooting with this delightfully creative couple team. Al et al provided me with some of the most thoughtful and well-prepared concepts I've had at a shoot and I really enjoyed bringing them to life together with Camille. As well as being super creative they're both kind, friendly and considerate. I look forward to working with Al or al et al again. Highly recommended by me.

I had a great shoot with Alan during one of my Studio days at Parklands Studio.

He is friendly, professional, creative, kind, easy to get along with and a pleasure to shoot with. I always feel a shoot goes even more well when a photographer and model click well and this was the case in our shooting :)

I feel we got so much done in the time we had and I’m proud of us! :)

We shot a variation of styles outside and I look forward to hearing what he thinks of the results.

Great to meet Alan today on his first shoot here with the beautiful Ivory Flame.

They had shot together before and seemed to have great chemistry. I like to leave everyone in peace during shoots here, but had a very brief chat with Alan and seemed like a really friendly down to earth kinda guy and easy to communicate with.

Studio spaces and facilities on offer were treated respectfully and I'm happy to fully recommend Alan and he is certainly welcome to return! – Lee :-)
