This was my literal first 'proper' model shoot and was extremely lucky that it was with Tillie, a consummate professional, friendly and fun to work with and happy to offer advice and suggestions and can do five killer poses at the drop of a hat. What a great introduction to modelling photography. Lots to learn, but models like Tillie make it so much easier.

Tillie is a total utter gold-plated legend!

Hmmm, what can I say that hasn't been said 812 times already? Probably not much, but I'll give it a go. . . .

I was massively fortunate to shoot Tillie for the second time on a workshop ran by the 'Godfather of Awesome', Shawn, this time at Neon Dreams (also awesome). There are some models that need a bit of time to warm into a shoot, but not Tillie - she was going for epic right from the off. What was really impressive is that there were five other photographers and none of Tillie's poses were recycled from photographer-to-photographer - what a repertoire! Also deeply impressive is Tillie's ability to listen to a half-baked suggestion from a wooly-minded photographer and then correctly interpret it and improve upon it!

Whilst uber professional and hard working, Tillie is also a pleasure to chat to and is extremely personable.

Just finished a fantastic 3 hrs with Tillie, what do you add that hasnt been said a number of times?

I could tell you all the boring things like, her pre comms were excellent, she arrived with a smile and a suitcase full of all the right things I needed for my shoot. But what you really need to know that Tillie is an absolute professional on set and an absolute joy to talk and be around whilst shooting.

Set after set, pose after pose, Tillie just kept killing it! I couldnt keep up with the amount of changes we got through. All in all Tillie can offer you flexibility, poise and grace all wrapped up in an amazing person.

i have so many I could edit, its going to be harder to decide what to share! A true pleasure to work with and definately one I would love to repeat.. Thanks again Tillie :)

This was my first shoot with Tillie, as a part of her duo day with Leon Lift at the Natural Light Spaces, on a four-photographer group shoot. The first thing to say about Tillie is that she gives every shoot 100% effort, she works hard to ensure that the photographer gets the shot that they are looking for. Even at the end of a long day, her energy and enthusiasm was still very much in evidence!

Tillie has a natural posing style, she moves gracefully from pose to pose well, she understands working with light and camera angles, she comes up with great ideas and also listens to the ideas of others, taking direction well. You can tell that getting the shot right is important to her, which makes working with her incredibly productive.

Alongside her modelling talents, Tillie also has a great peronality, and is a pleasure to work with. I couldn't have asked for better! Fully recommended.

What can I say that has not already been said?

I had the absolute pleasure of shooting with Tillie and Leon as part of a group shoot yesterday. Tillie is a joy to work with, poses amazingly, 100 % effort for every shot, understands lighting and camera angles. Tillie actively wants to view the back of the camera suggesting slight differences to the poses to improve the shot and is just full of ideas. To top it all off Tille has a top personality and is a genuinely lovely person. I can't recommend Tillie enough and can't wait to shoot with her again!

In Search of That Perfect Shot..............

Had a fabulous shoot with Tillie & Leon at Natural Light Spaces. It's not the first time I have shot with them and they were as awesome as ever. Posing is second to none and they worked very hard on both group shoots (I booked on both) for four and then five photographers and made sure everyone got good some results to take home. Bright and cheerful and very patient, while I had a slight hiccup with new camera kit. Eventually, got my act together and was able to take some cracking images. Where do I start.... I have wanted to work with Tillie for a long time, initially drawn to her work with Ayla, after I saw their FPI together, and became a fan of her stunning images. Knowing that Tillie was some way away from my studio's in Gloucester and Swindon, I worried that she may not be happy to travel this far, as I hadn't seen any castings for this area. So when Tillie contacted me, at the latter end of 2019, I snapped up the opportunity to book her at both studio's, as I knew she would be popular with my clients, and I wasn't wrong.

Tillie's communication was fabulous, from start to finish, and she readily shared the events I created, and kindly "cold called" the local photographer's, to assist with the studio events sales. January is usually an appalling month in which to sell studio slot's, it's usually a whole ton of hours on admin, sharing all over social media etc, and even then, January can still lay it's curse of Christmas, but this wasn't the case with Tillie's weekend, it pretty much sold out, way before Christmas, with the final slot's selling before the New Year, now that's success, with all the odd's stacked against you.

Tillie arrived at my home the night before the studio event's, after a nearly 4 hour drive, it was great she arrived the night before, so she was reasonably rested, before our hectic 3 day weekend. Tillie was great with all my client's, so friendly, made them feel comfortable around her, built up a great rapport and connection with them all, from the off. Tillie was amazing, in every sense of the way, a phenomenal model, kind, caring, patient and considerate, to all my client's, and myself. Her modelling was exceptional, from ballet to editorial fashion, portrait to body-scapes, Tilly nailed every genre flawlessly. The 3 day's we spent together absolutely flew by, from the studio, to the journey back, to being in my home, spending time with Tillie was a dream, I loved every minute, and I really can't wait until she comes back again, there is so much we are still yet to explore. If you are thinking about booking Tillie, don't think about it... just do it .... a first class model, a five star attitude to the industry, a beautiful person on the inside and out (sorry for the cliche, but it's true), an absolute perfectionist, in every single way, and a total dream to work with, what more could you ask for ? As per most of my shoots at the moment this was another first, this time with Tillie & wow what a fabulous lady, a great model, knowledgable and and forthcoming with ideas when asked. It won't be our last, in fact we're due to meet again in 2 weeks and planning an all day shoot soon after.

This was my first shoot with Tillie. She came highly recommended by someone who knows the body type of model I prefer to work with. They weren't wrong, Tillie is perfect! But they omitted to say that she is also so easy to work with, funny, hard working, intuitive and creative too.

Our session was a short 'introductory' 2 hours, so I was expecting reasonable, but not outstanding, results. How wrong I was! While handling with good humour my virtually non-stop chat, she managed to pull off all the difficult but stunning poses I asked of her....(with the help of Alley's lighting set ups I should say)..... leaving me only to push the buttons.

So, thanks Tillie. Let's shoot together very soon!

Tillie is a fabulous model.

She worked hard to help deliver the shots I was after.

Personality wise - she is fun, easy going, puts you at your ease but at the same time completely focused on her job.

I discussed lots of different shots and she was happy to accommodate them all as long as I respected her levels.

First time meeting Tillie and she was amazing, very confident and friendly, She was booked for by a regular photographer of ours. Tillie was on time and ready for action. she brought a massive suitcase of different outfits. she was not afraid to take direction and was keen to see the images to help with improvement and development of the images. Had a fabulous shoot with Tillie at Pozers. A short shoot of only 2 hours the time past way too quickly. Tillie is the ultimate professional model and made my ideas of low key Art Nudes come to life. What I lovely young lady to work with and her posing is something off the scale. What a fantastic model and hence some great images from such a short shoot. Highly recommended.

Nigh on eight hundred references, all good. Just like this one. But what can I add?

Well, I had booked Tillie for a couple of hours at J9 studio when she contacted me prior to a short tour in the area. I managed to double the time after I had shown samples of her work to three local club photographers - not the usual PP togs.

Relative beginners (at studio work) they were thrilled with the results, Tillie's ideas and advice.

My solo time got squeezed a little - my fault - so I didn't get the vintage lingerie shots Tillie and I had intended, but I did get some unplanned 'long veil' and implied nude instead.

Also achieved some 50s vintage fashion, in the John French style, we had planned. Not Tillie's usual, but she nailed it, just as she did with the nude, portraits, jeans , leather jacket, en-pointe & tutu, shots. All done with friendly, professional enthusiasm.

The bullet bra and fully fashioned nylons will have to wait for another time, Tillie - if you'll forgive me the six inch heels.

J9 Studios

Tillie graced the studio today for the first time, for a number of bookings organised by Orpentog.

As John looked after whatever needing looking after, I only popped by near the end to meet those still left, and Tillie braved the cold to pop out of the studio to say hello which was lovely. By the smiles on everyone's faces, it looked like the shoots all went really well. As it was nearing the end of the model day, I left those still standing a pot of sweets to give them that final burst of energy they might need!

We hope Tillie enjoyed her time at the studio, and can't wait to have her back. Thoroughly recommended!

Had a fantastic shoot with Tillie today at Open Space Studio. She is a lovely chatty young lady, who is a natural in front of the camera.

We worked through several set ups and tried quite a few styles. I believe we have created some great shots, that I look forward to working on.

I would highly recommend working with Tillie, she is someone who it would be very hard to take bad pictures with.
