This was my second shoot with Derek, this time at my home. Our theme this time was to create a simple story of a woman's morning routine. We kept the makeup simplistic and tried to use as much natural light as we could as my room does really project some lovely natural light.

We were both more than happy with the images created, there are some right little belters in there! Cannot wait to see the final results. Would still 100% recommend Derek to any aspiring or professional models, he is a delight to work with every single time with a delightful personality also. Always a pleasure Derek 😊 Xxx

This was my third shoot with Derek.

Great pre shoot communication.

Derek travelled a long way to come and shoot at my small home studio and as usual his attention to detail and the will to achieve great images in camera, as opposed to much editing afterwards are paramount. Derek also shows the images as we go along and we can see how we are progressing. I have only had chance to briefly look through the images and there are some really good ones which I will post on here as soon as possible.

Ah.... what can I say I haven't already about this wonderful chap... He is a true gent, very easy to work with, so down to earth yet very professional and totally knows what he's after from a shoot.

Never ever pushes levels, a funny guy and we really do get on well and work so well together,achieving some fabulous images.

I'm happy to call this chap my friend 😊

A couple of hours flew by in a blink of an eye, we had a good laugh along the way, as always!

We'd discussed what we wanted in pre comms and as such got few a few costume changes and captured some great stuff.

One of my favourites is Derek, will work with him again and again, no question.

Today I had my very first shoot with Derek and I can 100% say that I thoroughly enjoyed this shoot!

Derek is very friendly, down to earth, funny and so so comfortable to work with. Pre comms were great, we both had very similar mood boards of what we wanted to achieve and we certainly achieved that and more.

Whilst shooting our ideas just flowed together. We went out with ideas and I had a change of outfit, we got many sets photographed that just flowed really well and before we knew it, time had flown by!

I would highly recommend Derek to any model aspiring or professional, as I would happily work with him again. I know that I haven't yet seen the final images, but I have every faith in what I have seen so far. Thank you Derek for a wonderful shoot. 😊

Derek answered my latest casting call, and I jumped at the chance to work with this lovely chap again.

He arrived as usual, on time, and raring to go, we had discussed what we wanted to achieve from this shoot in brilliant pre comms.

Derek is very professional, very easy to get along with and a good laugh, and his experience is growing in leaps and bounds which shows in his images and his confidence.

He doesn't push boundaries, he's very respectful and courteous throughout the shoot and checks your ok.

Love working with this man, he knows his stuff, that's very clear judging by the images he's shown me throughout the shoot today, I can't wait to see them.

2 hours flew by, we got through many poses, and outfit changes swiftly and had a giggle too.

Fantastic shoot with Derek today.

Long awaited shoot that has been in the planning for a while, but with one thing and another today was the day it finally came about.

Before the shoot the communications were spot on so I felt very confident that it would be a great shoot.

Derek was a true professional in every sense. From agreeing to meet me at a mutual location and throughout the shoot.

Derek works in a way I love, taking a few images of the same pose quickly before moving onto the next. He really knows his stuff.

He was very open to my ideas and had some great ones himself.

I'd highly recommend him to any model and he would be great for new models as his direction is fabulous.

I'm hoping we can plan another shoot soon (if our diaries match up again lol).

Worked with Derek for the first time the other day whilst I was up in Lincolnshire for a holiday/tour and he agreed to work at my friends farm for a couple of hours where we did some outdoors as well as inside the barn which was great fun!

We both had a good chat and a laugh throughout and although he's only been doing model photography for a short while you wouldn't know at all. He knows what he wants to achieve, is respectful of the model and their comfort etc and just a great guy to work with all round so thank you very much for a very enjoyable shoot and it would be great to work with you again sometime when I'm next in the area! :D

Well I have to say...I am seriously chuffed we managed to cross paths and get the opportunity to meet work together.

Organising the shoot with you through PP was incredibly easy and the conversation flowed easily throughout the shoot. You were friendly yet professional and I felt totally at ease throughout.

You're great photographer and learning incredibly quickly, also not afraid to try to ideas which I like.

You arrived at my house on time and I've had a really pleasant shoot. Recommended To All xX

Just returned back from a fun filled two hour shoot at Derek's home, this was our third shoot together and they just get better!

Derek as always, was very welcoming, polite, courteous and has a great sense of humour, we have a great working relationship now and he's become a firm friend.

We both knew what we wanted to achieve, got lots of images, which Derek showed us as we went through shoot, and they look superb!

Time flew by, which is always a good sign, and I know we'll work together again soon!

Met Derek for the first time today.Firstly i would like to say what a lovely guy Derek is.He is Very attentive and caring he put us at ease straight away, made sure we were comfortable upon arrival my husband had a cuppa.Then we went to a lovely stream nearby and did some fashion shots.Unfortunately we did,nt spend enough time there due to a party of youths being in the way.However it was still fun and we got some great images.Then back to Derek,s place for some boudoir images which was nice.I thoroughly enjoyed my time,i,m hoping we can work together again in the future.I can highly recommend Derek to all models.
