This is the second shoot with Sal (with Leaf this time) and memories of the success of the first shoot reverberate across my mind as I anticipate another. Sal is such fun to be around; has a great sense of humour and is eager to get stuck in with the cold, wet and mess which is usually a given at one of my shoots!

This shoot was without question a challenge, much more than the last; yes, the mess was still there, now in the form of clay, but this time heavy application of clay largely obscured what sight she had, and 'performing' for the camera became an exercise mainly in feel while she applied more and more clay to her face in order to create new 'characters' and expressions.

With that, liberal amounts of red food colouring followed, covering some of the clay. Sal said she really liked the taste of the red stuff (not really!).

Several hours of this and the results were in; looking at the raw images afterwards it was clear to see that adversity had paid off - success; smiles all round :) (what a relief, for all of us).

Yes, Sal is a trooper, she's elegant and expressive and really immersed herself in the role. She's funny and sarcastic; super company, and a joy to be around and to photograph. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

Finally got together with Sal for a location shoot planned a while back. fun day had with a delightful model who is so easy to work with. As ever Sal gave her all and i can not recommend highly enough.

What a lovely lady Sal is. Our second shoot modelling together, with OOAK as photographer this time, and it just couldn't come soon enough for me. Sal loves to shoot artistic and creative work and she's a brilliant person to have around when the ideas start flowing, a lovely model with a classically beautiful figure backed up with a warm personality and a wealth of practical experience to help keep things on track. Her communications are always spot on too, so you always know exactly what's happening and when. I really can't think of any negative points, and she and I are already discussing a 3rd and 4th shoot together later in the year. Don't hesitate to book Sal - 100% recommended.

Always trying to do something a bit different,and find most models tend to be very modern,and conventional.Fortunately Sal was a wonderful partner in crime,allowing me to explore different ideas.We have worked together many times,and I enjoy Sal's company,plus her great spirit of adventure.It is very much working as one,we can practically read each others minds,which tends to make things very easy.

Sal had been on my radar for some time as someone who obviously loves being in front of the camera, so I was thrilled when she applied for my most recent casting for a mature nude model. Sal is fabulous company, a great laugh and really easy to get along with, which makes the shoot so easy and we created some lovely images together as a result. I'm really looking forward to our next shoot together - thoroughly recommended :)

I learned of Skycladpixie's model reputation after chatting with other models; it was something that I admired so can you imagine my excitement when she and LifeModel got in touch describing a shoot they'd like to try with me! It took me about 0.025 seconds to respond :)

Masks and anonymity was the theme and we planned over a few months, pre-comms were excellent. As always I'm a little anxious when meeting new models. Of course I needn't have been, Skycladpixie is a lovely person; relaxed, chatty, witty. Conversation flowed naturally all day. She threw herself into the shoot, her sense of humour diminished not, even during some of the more 'challenging' times. It was clear to me that here is someone who is just as dedicated as myself when it comes to 'getting the image'.

So, together with LifeModel at a derelict school, my kitchen and the shed, we created some very odd images providing an interesting juxtaposition between classical beauty and dark grotesque. It was very important to me that both Skycladpixie and LifeModel felt rewarded after their long distance travelling, and so the shoot was eclectic in both location and scene.

Sal is a professional, proficient model and required little in the way of direction from me other than broad suggestion. She also threw in her own ideas which I always welcome.

So, an excellent day with lovely people just creating weirdness, what could possibly be better than that?

Sal is an absolutely lovely lady and a sheer pleasure to work with. Although our shoot was a long time in planning, her communications were always timely, helpful and thorough. On the set her sleek figure and natural grace are complemented by a spirit of adventure and impish sense of humour. We worked together on a 'weird and creepy' concept shoot with Roberto Segate, Sal dived straight in no matter how bizarre the ideas thrown her way. Great company and a delightful and capable co-model from whom I learned much. I'd follow Sal naked into a field of nettles and thistles if she asked - in fact I did... I'm delighted to recommend her.

Sal,and I have shot together many times,each shoot I try to make a bit different,it's not easy coming up with ideas,and originality.Fortunately Sal shares my visions,and goes along with my lunatic ideas which is why I enjoy shooting with her so much.To me a shoot has to be fun,and she gives me that plus much more,Lucy is very fond of her,probably more so than me.Thanks Sal for a very special weekend,love to Cleo.

I thoroughly enjoyed my shoot with Sal. In addition to her very sensible profile, pre-shoot communications were extensive and she arrived early after travelling a fair distance. In the shoot itself she adapted herself to a rather unusual style with considerable success, and I was more than happy with the results. She is very easy to get on with and I recommend her without reservation.

We were pleased to welcome Sal to our studio yesterday for her first visit and we hope it will be the first of many.

She arrived on time and well prepared for the day as well as a smile that lasted throughout her stay.

A perfect guest and model who was totally professional in front of the camera and a lovely lady to talk to during the breaks. All in all the complete package who we would highly recommend to any studio or photographer.

Still buzzing after my first shoot with Sal. what a fabulous days shoot we had. Sal is such great fun to work with and a lovely person to be around. Pre-coms were excellent. On the day Sal arrived smack on time and came armed with a great choice of items to wear she had even gone to the trouble of ordering an item specially for the shoot. Although this was our very first shoot together because of Sal’s relaxed and warm manor it felt like we had worked together many times before. Besides Sal’s warm and friendly personality I found Sal to be a very capable and professional model working hard to help achieve the images we were after. I cannot recommend this lady enough she was an absolute dream to work with and suggest to you photographers out there to book this lady/ model you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Sal for a wonderful days shooting and can’t wait to get another day in the diary. :-)

It is pure,and simple,I enjoy working with Sal,she is a great model,and wonderful company.I always try to do something different,and you need someone with a very open mind who joins in with the process.We always work very much together,constantly looking at our images,and adjusting as we go on.A womans perspective of things can be very different to a mans,and I feel it is very important,funnily enough all my favourite photographers are women.Sal to the next time,just hope for some warm sunny weather.Johnxx

My 5th shoot with Sal now and another fantastic day together, we had discussed our ideas before the shoot so we new where we were going, shooting some erotic images this time.

As usual the time flys by 4 hours gone in a flash, but we had a great laugh and have achieved some superb images, well done the lady.

Any way it's an excuse to shoot with Sal again, and will do as soon as possible.

Great rapport between us and all ways fun. We have all ready had ideas for the next shoot.

So lovely to work with skycladpixie again. Our first for 2018 and definitely not the last :-)

Sal came up to Birmingham to work with me and although the weather was terrible, we didn't that stop us. We tried some new ideas (Sal always prepares by sharing great ideas for our shoots) and Sal made them come to life with ease.

Working with skycladpixie is so much fun which must be why we've shot together so many times now! When the shoot flows as well as this, the results do too and I'm thrilled with the images we created.

I have been talking to Sally about shooting for a long time, my calendar just never match with her busy one. Finally had a chance to shoot with her at Shadow Studios. What a superb way to spend the morning. Sally tuned up early ready to shoot. After talking about the concepts and the reason why I wanted to shoot many styles we got on with the job in hand. Sally takes instruction well and listened and reacted to my instructions during the shoot. I can see why so many people want to shoot with Sally. So many options to shoot and so little time. I think I will book her out for 2 days so I can explore the possibilities. Had such a magical time having Sally in our studio. She really is a breath of fresh air! Very down to earth and easy to talk to with a fun sense of humour. Today Sal and I were able to have our first shoot and hopefully this will not be our last. Preshoot discussions were good, with clear ideas on what we both wanted from the session. Sal was a joy to work with, very professional, confident and had good ideas to try during the shoot. Of course the shoot and resulting images are the key aim but it’s always nice when the rapour is good and Sal was a pleasure to chat with. This was especially so when our would-be model Smokey the cat decided to come and see who was visiting!! I would definitely highly recommend working with Sal, and I look forward to working with Sal again soon.
