Far Forest Studio

We take bookings at no risk, with no deposit needed and cash paid on the day. This is to allow everyone to be able to book a date which can be cancelled at the last minute with no penalties should anything change with the government restrictions, or you or your model should fall ill or test positive. We want to be able to allow everyone to book without the fear of being out of pocket should anything go wrong so we are prepared to be the ones who will suffer the loss to get you all going again risk free.

The calendar on here only contains bookings added by models and photographers. Contact me for available dates as many are not listed on this site.

Mark & Lynne

 

A purpose built 56sqm studio set in 2.1 acres of secluded woodland. Ideal for indoor and outdoor shoots. New sets being built, Now open 7 days a week and late nights so you can shoot after work.

Air conditioned and central heating, shower changing room and make up table with light mirror. It is an ideal venue for collaboration shoots. Two or more photographers using inside and out at the same time. Cuts costs by sharing the use in the time booked between inside and outside.

Rates:

From 1st April 2022 hourly rates will remain £20ph across the board.

Minimum booking 2 hours.

Half day (4 hours) £80

Full day (8 hours) £160.

***Note: Prices are for groups up to 5 persons, larger group numbers, add £5pp above 5 people to the hourly rates. E.G 7 people, for 4 hours, £80 hire plus £10 for the 2 extra people total £90.

We are also selling all our props and clothing so if you see anything on the day feel free to ask how much.

Graveyard Set

We have a purpose built graveyard set with full size realistic gravestones and a crypt. Used with the smoke bombs and our machine photographers have managed to create some stunning atmospheric shoots. Ideal for that zombie, goth or vampire shoot at any time of the year.

Waterfall Set

Open from May or when the weather is warm.

We have a unique 20ft high purpose built Waterfall set with small splash pool at the bottom. For hire by the hour at £5ph on top of the studio hourly rates. Set next to the studio models can quickly get a warm shower and a hot drink afterwards. Robes provided as are off camera flash triggers, stands and soft boxes if required. A complete set for the perfect waterfall art nude shot in private grounds. We believe this is the only one of its kind in the country.

Movie and Film Special Effects

We also have links to a local special effects company who can add that special something to your images. From explosions to fireballs.. work with them to create unique images in our outdoor space. I can put you in touch to discuss their rates.

We also have our in house smoke and snow machines to hire.

Hot Tub.:

A new hot tub will be set up this year and used in the Summer months only.

We have a six person Hot Tub set for use as part of the studio hire, outside but under cover with the facility to hang a green screen around the tub. It makes this ideal for selective editing. Tub is under the decking space and surrounded with wicker brash screen. It is raised so you can easily take eye level shots.

The Images on the portfolio below are all done by myself. Of late I personally have been concentrating on wildlife so I have to get back into the swing of photographing people again.

As you can see I like drama and character in my work so if any model has an idea that they would like to work with me on then please drop me a line. I am also looking for models who want to work with me on a TFP basis for fine art portraiture photography.

As an add on, I am in the building stage of more additional sets for the woods which will give you greater scope for image Creation.
