2nd time of using Rutland House for a shoot, for the shoot I did I required a bedroom / apartment style look...

This place is fantastic for that, as it is one! no tacky sets, just a really nicely kitted out home and studio that's impeccably clean and has Mike's great hospitality thrown in..

I'll be using Rutland house again in the future...

Ive had the pleasure of working at Rutland house studio quite a few times now and have always felt very welcomed by mike. The studio its self is something else decorated beautifully throughout with plenty of rooms to shoot in i would highly recommend Rutland. Cheers mike 😄

I've had the pleasure of opening my campaign for 2018 with two shoots inside 48 hours at Rutland House this week. I'm always made welcome and I feel comfortable both working with Rutlands own girls (Amy and Frakie so far) or bringing models to Rutland, Monday was a return visit for my model. I like whats on offer at Rutland and it seems my model choices for Rutland enjoy the trips as well. Might be the coffees that appear at regular intervals that sway it but if you like combining lighting sets with natural light sets then be aware, all this is fully catered for at Rutland. It was my first time shooting at the studio this week with the lovely Diamond Shimmering Diamond and it was an absolute joy to work in. Mike made us feel very welcome and created a very relaxed feel to the afternoon. Exceptional value for money, lots of detail in the various rooms available and no change was too difficult. It was a great afternoon and I hope the first of many shoots there in the future. Thanks again Mike, look forward to seeing you again soon.

I have recently had my first shoot here with The Sorcerers Apprentice & Dynamic Shimmering Diamond.

It was easy to find (just off the motorway) and I felt very welcome!!

I was offered a drink several times and the temperature was spot on. Relaxing place to work from.

Absolutely spotless - very clean everywhere.

A lovely range of sets to choose from here - you could very easily get a whole selection of images from here.

Mike's a genuine guy with a kind heart.

I would love to work here again & would recommend anyone to shoot at RHS.

Like the models I shot with yesterday RH is small but perfectly formed. It's an ideal space if you want to shoot 3/4s or head shots in a studio environment and can with some creativity be great for boudoir and art nude/erotica. As others have commented its spotlessly clean, warm and Mike or Amy is always at hand to put the kettle or help out if you have an issue.

My third time there this year and I know I will be back in 2018.

I had a few shoots at Rutland House Studio today again.. and Lord only knows how they manage to keep this place do immaculately clean .

I mean walking around nothing was sticking to the bottom of my feet or socks. .the carpets are so soft and clean and the bathroom oh my words. . Looks like it's not used ever lol..Highly impressive ..seriously. . And last but not least how cannot forget warmth. . The temperature is just right and if it's not to your liking all you have to do is ask and Mike will have this amended in no time. .

There's a lot of space and different room settings for you to use as well as props. .

I most certainly LOVE WORKING THERE. .

Mike is always there to welcome any individual as they enter and host with a beverage of your choice. .

I most definitely recommend this studio...

Had a great shoot with Nicole G at Rutland House. Brilliant for the style we were shooting - lifestyle to boudoir. Well equipped, big enough to get your shots and small enough to capture intimacy. Mike, our host, was great - very freindly and helpful...and always ready to put on a brew or a coffee. Nothing was too much and we were made to feel very welcome - the perfect host!

It's a quality place and I certainly expect to be returning here again for another shoot - highly recommended.

Amazing shoot today at Rutland house with Steve, Swportraits.

The perfect location for boudoir shoot and for those who wants to capture real life moments as it's a proper house. And it also have a nice studio room with lights and equipment.

Mike was really friendly, offered us tea and coffee straight away and I loved his dog such a cutie!

I had my first visit to Rutland House and hopefully not my last.

The studio is dead easy to find and its a very simple process to check availability and book with excellent straightforward comms with Amy.

Very impressed with the welcome when I arrived from Mike the owner and the quality coffee (thanks Mike :-)). What was especially good though was that its an excellent space for shooting with backdrops with very good ceiling height. Set up is quick and simple and I was good to go in just a few minutes with Mike on hand to sort triggers out etc.

Very useful studio that combines with an apartment to use as "location" style so very easy to shoot multiple styles and looks in one visit, as others have also said, the whole place is spotlessly clean too.

My favorite studio in the the North. I shot there now for the 2nd time and the 3rd is already booked.

Mike is a great host and always there to help, not to mention the great coffee ;)

I went to Normanton for the first time today and visited Rutland House Studio. . First off I must start off by saying oh my word this is most cleanest studio ice ever set foot in ... (no offence any other ).. but immaculately clean 👌.

I got a chance to meet Mike and he is a very good host as he welcome me with a perfect cup of coffee which I drank all in one go it was just too good lol..

The studio has a lot of different spaces and backdrops which are amazing is if you're looking for a superb clutter free image..

Apart from that I had a walk around and they do have a lot of props which I thought was awesome. .

I would definitely recommend this studio the tiolets are just so so clean it's unreal ... and Yes IT'S WARM INSIDE. ..

Can't wait to go back. .

I had my second shoot at RHS yesterday. As I may have commented previously its a relatively small space but it is perfectly formed and spotlessly clean and warm and cosy. Ideal ingredients for shoots really. Being a functioning flat there is a variety of shooting opportunities afforded the tog, ranging from a traditional studio to a nice hallway with chaise longue.

Mike, the owner, is friendly, makes a great coffee and is on hand if you want or need any assistance.

I know I will be back and happy to recommend.

My first visit to the studio and it was certainly worth the drive up North. Mike was the perfect host. The studio/apartment were ideal. Natural light was perfect. If you're after a cosy, non intimidating studio environment then get to Rutland House. You won't be disappointed. Can see myself visiting again. Thanks again Mike :)

I really like coming there as is nice frendly atmosphere.

Mike the owner is always helpful and make sure we feel comfortable and welcome.

He always offer some drinks and hand with lights etc. He is funny and easy going person.

I had the great pleasure of shooting at Rutland House and what a pleasure it was. My model and l were made to feel very welcome by Mike with nothing too much trouble to make our shoot run smoothly.

Facilities at Rutland House are second to non with top quality furnishings, decoration and equipment. I can thoroughly recommend it to any photographer or model. A top quality establishment - and great coffee too!!!!

I've now shot at Rutland several times and it's a brilliant studio. Always a friendly welcome, totally professional and nothing is ever to much trouble.

Brilliantly versatile space and immaculately presented, with 5 shoot a there already, I still haven't used all the areas! And to top it all, it's truly amazing value!

Can't recommend this place enough, so much so, my next shoot is already booked!

I have had my second shoot with Georgie Newman at the Rutland House Studio, once again Mike was on hand to help with setting up the lights and free with advice when needed. This time Mike did not need to loan me a lens.

This was my fourth visit to Rutland studio and wont be my last,its an amazing place to shoot in, great space with great natural light and so many sets to choose from ,Mike and Amy go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they are are always on hand to help with lighting set up's etc but then just let you get on and leave you to it ....great place to shoot highly recommended
