Had my first studio shoot today at Rutland House Studio with Fay Noir. Mike even picked us up from the local train station and was on hand to help in setting up the studio lighting for me. Complimentary tea and coffee was available throughout the shoot. Very clean studio. Definitely recommend.

great studio, easy to find, very well equiped and a bargain price.

Mike, who runs Rutland is a gentleman and makes sure everything is just right for photographer and model. Will definatley be shooting there again.

I'm loosing track of how many shoots I've had here (four I think - with my third photographer)

Still cannot fault this place or Mike (owner).

He greeted me at the door with a smile and joked I should have my own key now :) He also offered me a drink

The place was spotless and just the right temperature - as usual

Love working here!

Hope to shoot here again soon and would definitely recommend to others!!

2nd shoot at the studio and once again got some fab shots. My goto studio for when I'm up north. Mike was a fab host as always and on hand to assist when needed. Until the next time....

I have recently had yet another shoot here - this time with 'Alan48'.

Mike met me at the door with a smile and carried my bag up the stairs for me (not that I asked - he's just too much of a gent). :)

He offered us both a drink and a biscuit :)

The studio had already been set up how 'Alan' had asked when we arrived.

As always, exceptionally clean throughout and just the right temperature. Like every previous visit, Mike offered to put the heating on if it got too cold - but not required.

Genuine lovely guy and a wonderful studio - I could just live there :)

Rutland House is a great little studio, very well equipped and immaculatley clean. Mike is very friendly and helpful, agreed to an evening visit at quite short notice for me to have a look round and see if my new Lumix Micro 4/3rds would trigger the remote flash ( it did , after a bit of experimentation). Great half hour spent in the studio and I cant wait to book for my first shoot there. Recommended. 5 **

I shot at Rutland House Studio for the first time today with the lovely Frankie Louise.

The studio is really well set out and well equipped, with all rooms offering plenty of different backgrounds and lighting combinations.

Mike is a really nice guy, always happy to offer tips and assistance when needed.

Highly recommended.

I had an excellent shoot at Rutland House Studio with the fabulous model Nicole G. Mike could not have been more helpful during the shoot. The studio space has a number of well furnished rooms and a studio room equipped with flash heads and a good range of softboxes. Rutland is a great studio to work from and I can recommend it to any photographer or model that needs a professional space to shoot from.

Another great shoot in Rutland House studio a few days ago. I've been there with John David Ph..actually I have told him about this place as I've been there before and really liked it. The living room especially is lovely and I couldn't be more happy about the pictures..

Well what can I say thats not been said on other references.Mikes great and very welcoming ....hes there but leaves you to do your own thing.A true professional....always a warm welcome.Put it on your list of studios you must visit

Very well run studio group shoot and very professional model.

Studio and associated rooms were very clean, tidy and centrally heated.

Host is very friendly and provided copious amount of Tea, Coffee and Biscuits.

A great studio offering such a wide range of possibilities of backgrounds. I shot here as part of a wonderful group shoot and my model supplied by the studio was Frankie.... her training was from the studio and I found her to one of the most versatile and easy to work with models that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Mike is a friendly and helpful host who is on hand for any assistance you may require but otherwise will leave you to it. Also makes a pretty damn good brew.... Will be returning here again and again.

Absolutely LOVE this studio. Mike is genuinely there to look after both model and photographer and is extremely trustworthy. The studio itself although small, is perfectly apt for any mood of photography. I've modelled here twice now and have recommended it to several other photographers.

And the knowledge that Mike has in order to get the right lighting ect is fantastic, always happy to lend a helping hand with both advice and skill.

Would happily work here again.

This was my first time using Rutland House, and it was great! Mike is very friendly and willing to help, offering advice with his experience of shooting for much longer than I have been! I only used the studio room this time, but checked out the rest of the apartment and will be back to make use of the spaces.

I used the studio for the first time when I booked a shoot with Frankie Louise. I got a warm welcome. Its a great studio with lots of potential shooting areas. There is plenty of lighting and modifiers and everything worked reliably. Mike was on hand to assist when required but left me to get on uninterupted when I didn't require assistance. Complimentary tea and coffee was available throughout the time I was there. I look forward to visiting again to try the areas I didn't have time to try this time.

Had my second shooter Rutland studio Mike is very friendly and makes a very good cuppa the studio has been revamped since my first shoot and it's very clean and comfortable I would recommend this Studio to all photographers

This was my first visit to Rutland house Studio and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to find several separate shooting areas offering enough variety to keep most photographers happy for a few hours. The studio is well equipped and I'm sure that you will find Mike a very obliging and helpful host. I'm sure I will manage to get along there again in the future.

Booked a three hour shoot with Frankie Louise at Rutland House.

I love this place. The studio space works well and there are a wide range of other ‘home’ type spaces for different shots (didn’t get a chance to shoot in different places this time).

Mike the owner was on hand to help with lights when needed, made a nice coffee but was alsways out of the way during the shoot.

Thoroughly recommend.
