I shot with John at an apartment in Birmingham, we booked a few months beforehand and his precomms were excellent.

upon arrival John was so friendly, bubbly and creative. He had lots of ideas but was also happy to let me pose freely.

He is very skilled at natural light and did some really beautiful bodyscapes.

Very professional and I felt comfortable at all times.

John was great company throughout the shoot,very easy going person, great conversation and fab to shoot with.

The time seemed to fly by, we did an range of images inside the house, as well as some outside work..all in natural light too :) I fully enjoyed my shoot with John and I look forward to the next time.

I stood in for a model who was unwell on a shoot with John, he was lovely to work with and very professional. He really makes the model feel relaxed with lots of chat and a quite a few breaks.

John had lots of ideas and was a very creative shoot as well as trying new ideas.

I would highly recommend working with John as he is a real gentleman and produces some amazing images.

I had my first shoot with John yesterday and we had a great time. I loved John's company he is such a friendly guy and we got along really well! I was really impressed with how he knew exactly what he wanted and even had books with poses in to refer back to. We did a natural light shoot and from what I saw in the back of the camera John did an amazing job of capturing some beautiful pictures. I'd love to work with John again, it was an absolute pleasure :)

I worked with John for the first time yesterday and he made me feel very comfortable. He is a pleasure to work with. John booked our shoot well in advance which was great.

communication was good before and after our shoot. He even brought some books so it was easier to explain the sort of style and shapes he wanted from our shoot.

He even brought some biscuits and gave me a breaks though out the shoot.

John is a lovely man and I fully recommend him. He knows exactly what he is doing.

Artemis Fauna

I had a great three hour shoot with John at Matchbox studio last week during my tour. It was lovely to catch up (as I have not been back to the area for a long time) and I am looking forward to seeing the results- especially the film images! :)

I have shot with John 3-4 times now and each one has been super. Fun, interesting and laid back. I am hoping John might be able to make it up my way one day- if not I am sure I will be back his way this year some time!

John is a lovely talkative chap who has great ideas but is also open to ideas... just how I like it! He made fantastic use of the space in my hotel room and especially the natural light, producing flattering photographs. Highly reccomended.

I had the great pleasure of meeting john and working with him today at matchbox studios!

After many months it seemed and admiring his art nude style of work I get to pose and create some images with this talented guy.

John was extremely chatty and relaxed to work with and I was completely at ease straight away. We had some fab conversations while we were working ! X

Had a great and very interesting shoot with John. He has a really interesting style and it was my first 'Art nude' shoot and I thought John was really relaxed and easy going. He knew exactly what he wanted and gave great direction. We had a laugh thought out and we were never in an awkward silence. I highly recommend John to work with and look forward to our next shoot.

Really good shoot with John and my girlfriend Mog today at the Manse studio.

John knew what he wanted out of the shoot, communicated it to us clearly, and plainly had the technical skill to get great results. He was also really chatty and easy to get on with - and brought along some Welsh Cakes, which is always a huge plus in my book :)

All in all, a great shoot, and I would happily recommend John to any model, and would be most glad to get the chance to work with him again myself.

Was great to work with John today on a duo shoot with my girlfriend.

Just as in his pre-shoot messages, I found him warm and convivial. He struck a nice balance between directing Persephone and me, and leaving us to do our own thing at different points of the shoot, and I can't wait for our images to join his expansive and impressive collection :)

The second time John and I have worked together and we have just about come to the conclusion that two hours is only the tip of the iceberg with the sheer amount of yield we have from working together. I could work with John all day long and the wondrous productivity would just keep coming and coming - a working relationship that I value so highly.

Yet again in the studio environment, John was articulate and precise with lighting... we even dabbled in some film and despite the technology mishaps, John kept it so professionally in his stride and carried on until he nailed it. Reaping the rewards of his careful manoeuvring of composition and furniture props; art and beauty in his eye at all times as he captures image after image of striking shapes/angles.

Absolutely unstoppable, he sets out to create stunning photographs and that is just what he does. That is not to mention the incredibly delightful rapport and fun one will have when working with John, it is just like working with a great friend each time John and I reunite for yet another creative blast. And my goodness I don't half recommend him.
