John was a perfect gentleman throughout our shoot. He showed me his book of ideas and poses he wanted to recreate which we attempted bravely! The three hours flew by and I thoroughly enjoyed working together. Had a wonderful shoot with John today at Shadow Studios . Our shoot has been booked in for a while so its been a long wait .

John is one of the sweetest guys I have shot with a true gentleman . I found him truly interesting with all the stories his had to tell . He also came along with his book which showed me what he was after . Truly prepared for our shoot.

Myself and John focused on artistic nudes which is my fav style . Although the same genre we still managed to maintain a variety in shots .

Another great shoot with Samthedog. Pre shoot comms were great as was direction throughout the shoot. He is very easy to work for and always has fun and original ideas! He also produces some really great images!

I would highly recommend working with him if you get the chance

I had a very enjoyable shoot with Samthedog.

He turned up with a book of his pictures to show me the type of shots that he would like to create. We worked through a few different sets and he came up with different ideas all throughout. I like the fact that he suggested that we make us of the props in the place we were using.

He was rather chatty too but, not in an annoying way, it was actually nice to have a good conversation flowing throughout the shoot.

I would love to work with him again. I would definitely recommend him to all!

I had another nice shoot with John at my home studio the other day. I've worked with John three times now and as usual it was a pleasure. I enjoy his laid back and conversational approach to shoots while he also knows what he's looking for and has a good eye for light and textures. This time we experimented with something new, kaolin clay, and John came prepared with a plan and everything we needed. We got some great images, and I look forward to our next shoot. John is a very professional photographer to work with and I can highly recommend him to other models.

Well john is a star! He came with a book and a mind full of wonderful ideas and I have to admit the shots on the back of the camera looked great :).

John was early to the shoot well prepared and just very welcoming and lovely.

I had a great second shoot with John yesterday. As before, he was a perfect gentlemen, picking me up from the station and making sure I had a constant supply of tea and biscuits!

John is a talented photographer with lots of ideas, but also very willing to work with a model's ideas too. He was efficient setting up lighting and making decisions on what to do next so we managed to get loads done, but the shoot always felt relaxed and collaborative.

The images from our first shoot were fantastic so I can wait to see how these come out.

Had a absolutely brilliant second shoot with John a few days ago, he's such a nice and easy man to get along with!

This time he came to my little home studio, and he certainly used the limited space to his full potential! It's still so refreshing to hear weird and wonderful ideas l, and see what's he's come prepared with for our shoot this time. We managed to get through nearly everything he bought for us to shoot with, and he even listened to and was happy to shoot my idea too.

I know it's never going to be a mundane shoot with Samthedog, so i will forever look forward to our shoots in the future.

Highly highly recommended.

Had an absolutely wonderful second shoot with John yesterday. He had found and hired a proper ballet studio, complete with sprung wooden floor, and plenty of natural light and space for me to dance in- and I relished the opportunity. I loved, loved, loved the freedom of movement that the space allowed me, and we made great creative use of the facilities- with John introducing ribbon at the end for me to play with. I was thrilled with the photos he kindly showed me on the back of his camera. Did I mention how much I loved this shoot? This is certainly one of my happiest photoshoots this year, or possibly, ever.

Highly Recommended, and I hope we will work together again. :) Thank You, John. x

I had a fantastic 1st shoot with John (apologies for the delayed reference!) he picked me up from the station as agreed in pre-comms and we shot at the Spitfire studio.

The shoot itself was very relaxed and enjoyable, John made plenty of tea and we had a good chat about his style of shooting, he also had a lookbook full of ideas for poses etc which was great. John is very easy to get on with and the time flew by! The images I've seen have all been to a very high standard and I really hope to work with John again!

Had my first shoot with John today at Joel Hick's studio in Hinckley!

Time went really fast as we worked in a variety of locations. He was professional and had excellent pre-comms. Easy to work with and very pleased with the images captured during the shoot.

Hope to work with John again in the future and highly recommend him :)

John attended my studio day at the old chapel studio, he booked the last 3 hour slot and I was still full of energy and luckily he supported that with his upbeat conversation (and chocolate biscuits!) we began by sitting down and going through his little book of ideas (his and others photos) which I found very useful so I could get the idea of what poses he'd like to see me in. I was very impressed with John as even though there were many studio lights for him to use, he decided to go for the natural light coming through the side windows, and I was very impressed with how the result came out! We were bouncing ideas off each other and the conversation was easy and enjoyable.

I would highly recommend working with Samthedog to any model, new or experienced and I hope to work with him again.

John arrived at our studio day with Katyb in good time for his slot, this is his second visit.

John quickly put Katy at ease and was a pleasure to have in the studio.
