I have been in the Beauty industry since 2007 as a nail technician and Beauty therapist, then in 2012 I went to University to study for my HND in Media and Specialist makeup. For the last three years I have worked on a wide range of projects to broaden my horizons and extend my portfolio, including many TFP's. During this time I have managed to meet a wide range of wonderful people from photographers, models, film directors, actors, stylists etc. During my HND training and extensive portfolio work I have also developed many new skills and qualifications in:

• Wig making (weft wigs, hand knotted human hair wigs, weft sections, hair extensions, switches, etc.)
• Costume design and creation ( I am not a tailoress or dress maker).
• Head dress/ Head piece design and creations.
• Full face and body life casting for prosthetics.
• Design, sculpt, mould and cast silicone prosthetics.
• Special effects makeup for film, television, horror and casualty creations.
• HD makeup for film, television And photo-shoots.
• Styling for photo-shoots from high fashion to period costume, fantasy and Vintage.
• Hair styling ( elaborate hair-ups, up-do's, Vintage styling, basic barbering skills, basic semi-permanent colouring etc.)
• Character creation (from research process, design, costume creation, wigs, makeup, prosthetics, spfx makeup, start to finish).
• Prop making for photo-shoots and film.
• Costume specialist design using foam ( costumes created from exceptionally light materials to ensure comfort for models during wear, such as suits of armour etc.)
• Portfolio work for models, specialist head and shoulder shots.

After three years of building my portfolio and developing my skills I have now become a full time freelance makeup artist since March 2015, offering my services across the entire United Kingdom (and abroad if travel costs are covered). My services are available seven days a week, 365 days of the year, makeup is my world,my passion, my life and Nothing makes me happier than work. To ensure my portfolio continues to grow with my love of high fashion and fantasy, I make sure I participate at least once a month with well planned and organised TFP's that are beneficial to my portfolio and developing my skills. So TFP's are not out of the question It just depends on the theme etc, to whether I will use this as one of my monthly guilty secrets, so to speak.

I am a fun loving makeup artist who is very passionate about her work, and at all times I work to the best of my abilities and ensure that my rates are competitive and affordable and any budgets are considered on application (within reason please). I am fully insured for public liability, application of all production and specialist makeup, prosthetics, wigs, spfx,life casting, hair styling, hair colouring, photo-shoots, locations, studios etc. etc.

I have my own directors makeup chair, which has been imported directly from Italy, made from aluminium and is Health and Safety certified not to tip, loose balance, and take any weight, with an adjustable head rest to ensure my models comfort at all times and correct postures for us both. Along with this I have a state of the art mobile makeup station with daylight L.E.D.'s to ensure perfect makeup application, holders for all hair styling equipment, and easy clean compartments ensuring health and hygiene is my main consideration throughout my makeup applications. 

I have amazing references available from models, photographers, actors, stylists, directors, fashion designers etc. if required. Many will be on my PurplePort once everyone knows I am on here, but others are available to be emailed direct to you upon request. 

I offer the complete package to create your dream photoshoot, from research, design and detailed drawings and mood boards, constantly collaborating with my clients to ensure they are happy throughout every single stage. Once I have achieved my clients approval then the next stage is creating the wigs, costumes, props etc. and they then receive regular images of their progress during creation. The final stage of course is the photo shoot, the film, the production, whatever you have employed me for. Now everything comes together to create a character, a theme, a scene, a dream and finally you get your dream image, your collection of images, your film or production and my job is done.

I look after all my clients as if they are the only one and ensure my undivided attention at all times. I love my job and take great pride in my work and that of those I work with and insure 100% customer satisfaction. Despite what PP says, I always reply to my messages... It states "almost always" because I was getting "chain messages" That were not really related to me directly... Just a group of creatives... I always reply I promise...
