Atomic Photography

I had the pleasure of meeting Garry and shooting at PGD today on their model day with Alice Bates. The studio space is fab with lots of options for backdrops, etc. They even facilitate messier shoots which most studios steer clear of!

Garry was very knowledgeable and walked me through what was available at the studio when I arrived. From then on he was unobtrusive but happy to offer a hand when called upon.

I'd happily shoot at PGD again and have no hesitation recommending it to other togs.

One point to note, when you arrive at Quad Studios and you look at the main entrance, PGD is behind a metal door 90 degrees to the left!

Yet another fab reference for Garry and PGD studios from me.

I've lost track of how many times I've shot there now, but every single time I'm welcomed with a warm smile and of course a hot cup of coffee!

Not only is Garry a skilled photographer.. he producing some truly incredible stuff! But also a caring and wonderful studio owner. He ensures the safety of any model in his studio whether that be a 1 2 1, or group shoot he always ensures the model is safe and comfortable.

Garry & Chloe are both incredible at what they do, and they always create a professional yet fun work space!

I always look forward to working there.

I have shot here several times previously at group shoots, but this weekend I had a 2 hour session at the Studio on my own. The studio is well equipped and easy to find. Garry and Chloe are very welcoming and accommodating. Garry was on hand to give me a little help with setting my lights up an knew exactly what effect I was after. Great Studio!

Ginger Galore

Had my first shoot at PGD Studios this week. The team are very welcoming and I felt right at home. The studio itself is kitted out with everything you would need as a model or photographer.

Garry knows his stuff, and I happily moved through poses whilst he worked his magic with the lighting and shooting. The shoot was a lot of fun and the shots I saw on back of camera were great!

The team have an excellent range of services within the studio and run a very organised place! I look forward to working with them again soon!

Great photo studio just outside Leicester city centre.

Was there to shoot Chloe Julia (one of the 2 owners) for a model day.

The studio is well equipped, Gary & Chloe are both very knowledgeable and friendly and they keep you topped up on caffeine ;)

This studio puts on some really good creative events and does a weekly social. Recommended!

I went to PGD again, this time to shoot specifically with Garry and Allen. We went about this shoot to find out how we'd like to organise our Halloween event, Garry being the wizard he is with lighting did not disappoint!

Amazed yet again at his talent for lighting and photography!

The Halloween event is going to be incredible and not one to be missed!

As always I HIGHLY recommend his studio, and recommend working with Garry himself even more so!

I hosted a studio day at PGD Photography Studios recently and I am so pleased I did. Garry's pre comms are exceptional! I was really blown away with how communicative he is in every step of the way from booking a model day right through to payment. He even set up messages between myself and the photographers which I always try to do anyway but it was great that this was set up for me. This really impressed me. I was also really impressed with how well he sold the studio day. It was sold out before I even had chance to advertise it which was amazing.

When I arrived I was looked after, offered tea and they did a great job of warming the studio up. The studio is a great space to work in. Garry is very skilled with lighting and the photographers were really pleased he set everything up for them. I would love to visit again and I would highly recommend the studio!

I attended a studio day with the the very talented Elle j having previously worked there with a local photography group.

This is a very nice studio with a large area to shoot and good lighting, Garry was friendly, very welcoming and knowledgeable. Pre coms for the shoot was excellent with Garry setting up a three way chat between me Garry and Elle so we all knew what to expect from the shoot.

I can highly recommend this studio and will be booking more time there.

Garry hired me for a group night with the theme of Ballet and Dance.

I've worked at the studio a couple times now and I find it an extremely comfortable and safe environment to be in.

Garry was brilliant at how he hosted the night, there were multiple photographers and everyone had time to get their perfect shots!

I was fortunate enough that he also had a bit of time to grab some shots himself and wow! They are fantastic!

I highly recommend this studio, and highly recommend working with Garry!

A great shoot today at PGD with Arabella, Gary was really helpful and insightful working through different lighting setups on the workshop.

I had been in communications with Garry regarding the studio previously when he suggested I model for a creative lighting workshop. I was more than happy to do this and straight away I found Garry to be extremely efficient and helpful with comms and even moving the date around a little.

He was even patient when I had the train journey from hell and was happy to work with solutions I offered.

So the workshop itself, well this went so well, it was run very efficiently with lots of proper information given regarding lighting, rather than it just being set up for the attendees, and there was plenty of opportunity given to photographers to experiment and change lighting around. Garry was very knowledgable and allowed me to pose, style and create freely.

All the attendees had time to shoot, learn and socialise. Very well run. Which for a model made everything so much smoother.

In terms of my experience in the studio, I was well looked after with plenty of hot drinks, offers of food and breaks when needed. I was made to feel relaxed and also, and importantly, part of the workshop and not just the model mannequin. The changing room was small but fuctionable, somewhere to sit and do makeup. Somewhere to hang clothing and organise a good floordrobe. Dressing gown was also available.

Overall I would highly recommend the studio to other models, you will be safe, well looked after and treated like a human!

I will certainly be returning to the studio and hopefully in the near future!

Garry is a lovely person, talented and we had a good giggle too! A great studio with brilliant facilities and one that would suit any photographer experienced or beginner!

Soooo glad we got the opportunity to meet and work together with potentially more shoots to come.

You were really friendly, gave a little direction if/when needed and I really enjoyed or 5 mins shooting every hour haha.

Gary was so welcoming and helpful on my first trip to PGD studios! He helped me set up and made sure I wasted no time. I was so happy with the amazing life size barbie box and we got some great photos! Lovely place, highly recommend :)

I been on many group shoots in Garry's studio but this was the first one with him. We had a Barbie style shoot and I absolutely loved it. Garry is very knowledgeable and professional photographer. It's absolutely pleasure to work with him. Very positive and easy going.

I had a lovely shoot with Garry & Chloe at their studio, working on some duo poses.

Chloe is friendly, easy to work with and full of ideas. She can also pull off some awesome poses!

Garry was great, really helpful with directing and went along with our wacky ideas! He managed to capture well composed images even when we only held the pose for seconds.

The studio itself is a fantastic large space, with multiple backdrops/all the equipment you'd expect along with a comfy seating area which meant my partner has somewhere to sit and chill whilst he waited for me to finish making shapes! There's an area to make drinks along with a fridge which would be super handy on a long shoot. Also - model room was warm and cosy! :)

Back of camera looked great and I look forward to seeing the results - Thanks to you both!

Arkangel Creative Design Studios

Had my first shoot at pgd photography studio today. One of the best studio's I've used. Garry was extremely helpful and the studio is very well equipped. It is easy to find and has parking.

I cant wait to use this studio again. Very well recommenced
