I had the joy of being hosted for a studio day at PGD Modelling and Photography Studios and what a pleasure.

Garry the studio owner was lovely with his pre comms, very informative, respectful and amazing with his advertisements which resulted in a very productive day!

Garry was amazing host with lots of coffees and teas! The studio itself offers a huge variety of sets to shoot in, that of which I didn’t even scratch the surface with! Garry was available for any lighting sets ups for remote shoots and prepared for everything and ready helps to perfect that “shot”.

I can highly recommend the studio and really look forward to shooting there again.

I had a remote shoot with Garry at PGD Studio and supermodel Jasmine High. Everything worked perfectly from booking, pre-shoot communications and support from Garry during the shoot. The studio has a great variety of lights, modifiers, props and locations within the space. Garry was on hand to do all the things that I usually have to do and all I had to do was to sit in my office, direct operations and shoot. It was a great experience and would highly recommend both the stiudio and the fabulous Jasmine. Highly recommended.

I had another remote shoot with Garry at PGD Studio. As usual, he was so easy to work with and was amenable to anything that I needed. It's a joy to work with him. His eye and lighting ability is without peer and I certainly enjoy all our interactions. I imagine he is like that in person, but shooting remotely is a treat with him--any model that hasn't tried a remote shoot should talk to Garry and use PGD to do it. I look forward to seeing him again. Thanks Garry.

I find myself a regular "remotely" at PGD. I've been shooting remotely with Garry as my lighting assistant and tech guru now for a few years. My most recent remote link up was with Kyra V. Pre-comms are always great with the studio, letting them know what I want the set to look like, what style of lighting I want. Garry is always accommodating and spot on when it comes to helping bring my vision to life from over 4,000 miles away. The studio uses the same gear I do in the US minus the brand name of the strobes and modifiers. This is a huge plus for me because I can take control of everything there at the studio from my office in the US. I know what the equipment is capable of and we always produces top notch results. The studio has a list of "house models" who are experienced, and always fun to shoot with. I also am able to have models I shoot with in the UK travel to the studio and have always had positive feedback about the studio and staff after they shoot there. I'd highly recommend PGD for local studio hire as well as remote studio hire. You can't go wrong when you book in with PGD! Safe, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I look forward to using the studio in person in the future and attending some of their events in person as well. A++ in my book!

Been a few years since i was last at the studio, however apart from moving down stairs, the overall experience and friendly nature of the studio was the same.

Plenty of lights, soft boxes / modifies, props etc

After hearing a lot of good things about PGD Studio i finally had a chance to shoot there on a group night with Mercia/Storm Rose

The studio certainly lived up to the hype, A fantastic place, great sets and very well laid out, Very well equipped and a fab studio to be at, I definitely plan to shoot here more in the future,

Garry was on hand and amazing, he was very helpful with setting up sets and lighting, listened to what we wanted and made that come to life, he was very professional and polite and genuinely happy to help,

Allen Sheffield contacted me and asked if I would be interested in doing a group shoot portfolio builder event at PGD studios!! Of course, I jumped at the chance!!

When I arrived I was welcomed by Allen and Gary and instantly put at ease!! The studio is fantastic!! There has been so much attention to detail and everything you could possibly want is there!!

The group shoot was loads of fun, I met so many amazing creative people and we worked through 4 different sets. Everyone was very respectful of me and the time just flew by!!!

Gary and Allen also ploughed me with pizza and cups of tea... That's always a winner haha!!

I would absolutely recommend PGD studios and really hope to be back there again soon!! Thank you!!

Had my first true studio lighting experience with Garry and FonicOfficial and what a day to remember! Garry was so helpful setting up each scene, lighting and giving me the all important guidance on the best camera settings to gain the best images I've ever produced. Thank You Garry, got to say teamwork pays off. I've never been one for studios, always preferring locations but you may have just changed my total outlook on photography.

I booked a remote shoot at PGD Photography Studios with FonicOfficial, with a Halloween style/theme, for 2 hours.

My experience was fantastic. One of the most professional remote shooting setups I have come across.

Garry was on hand throughout the shoot, adjusting camera, lighting, smoke machine. He also gave an introduction on how to use the setup at the beginning.

I probably got the most successful amount of shots, in a remote shoot, that I have ever done. Not saying that quantity is my thing. It is that the whole experience went so smoothly, different setups, angles, lighting (including the use of gels) were all made possible in the 2 hour session.

I can highly recommend the studio for remote shooting, and from the looks of things, also in person shoots as well.

Altogether a very enjoyable experience!

I had my first shoot at PGD yesterday as part of Maryna Sedin's studio day. Very impressed. It's a great space with plenty of scope for shooting. Garry was very friendly and helpful throughout, settling up the lighting - both picking up on what I was initially thinking but also suggesting ideas.

Given the weather, Maryna & I had agreed we'd shoot outside as well as in the studio. When I mentioned this, and that the plan was to head over to the neighbouring park I'd seen on the map, Garry happily started telling me about the best places to shoot around the area.

All in all, great experience. Recommended and I won't hesitate to go back.

I attended PGD studio for the first time yesterday to shoot at one of the pool themed group shoots with Nico Dee as the model. I was immediately impressed with the set-up and how the lighting had already been organised so that the was a seemless change from one set to another. Garry had the whole day completely organised so it ran smoothly thoughout.

The whole studio is very spacious with more than enough equipment and lighting sets for anyone. I already plan to make the trip back. Highly recommended, whether you're attending a group shoot or booking the stuio for yourself.

Had (yet) another great remote shoot at PGD Studio last week (I think this was number 11 this year), with Garry working his usual "1st Assistant" role. Multiple lighting setups, multiple set moves involving lots of furniture and moving of walls, all cheerfully done and with a surprisingly high level of energy throughout. w

Nice sets, great service, and an all-around good studio--and guy--to work with.

Well what can I say! PGD modelling and photography studios is really brilliant. I love all my images , they don’t need editing at all! Got some really good new updates stuff for my portfolio! Lovely photographer really got on well with him and I’ll be happy to do another shoot with him! I’m coming back soon for more shoots :) he picked me up from the train station and helped me with directions. I felt very at home and comfortable . Xx

Had another great remote shoot at PGD Modelling and Photography Studio recently, and Garry was his usual excellent "1st Assistant". We ran through a number of different setups, with lighting, background, and set changes, and he was on top of everything.

A great remote setup, great service, and an all-around good guy to work with.

I spent a superb afternoon at PGD studios shooting a series of water related impressive, imaginative sets created by Gary. Nico Dee posed in a shower set and then as a wood nymph in an indoor temporary pool with beautiful reflections and flowers

The event was well organised with excellent communications.

Gary is a master at lighting and he created a series of different impressive light set ups to provide different atmospheres within each set

I've attended many sessions with Gary in his very large and well equipped studios.

Gary is always very warm, friendly and welcoming and is always ready to provide expert help and advice. Hot drinks are always available

Don't hesitate to attend any of Gary's events or rent time in his studio

I modelled for a PGD evening group shoot for the first time recently, it was organised for a while and pre comms were great with Allen/Sheff who contacted me about it.

I was told exactly what to bring and I worked 1-1 with Allen beforehand, I was provided food between the shoot and the workshop and teas/coffees throughout.

4 set ups were used during shooting, working through nude, topless and art nude.

All togs got their own slots to shoot, so no hectic paparazzi shots. The evening was very productive and lots of fun.

I had a great time and I love the images I've seen so far, I hope to come back at some point soon!

Over the past year I have done 10 remote shoots with PGD Studios but in June I had my first opportunity to shoot there in person during a trip to the East Midlands. I found the studio to be extremely spacious with a great of spaces and backdrops to shoot against and and extremely well equipped, boasting a wide array of lighting and some very high tech setups offering a great range of flexibility and adaptability while shooting. Garry was on hand throughout my shoot to provide technical assistance and was excellent in doing so. I thoroughly enjoyed shooting here and was able to produce some fantastic images. I would definitely recommend working at PGD Studios if you get the opportunity.

I had such a fantastic shoot at PGD studio in Leicester yesterday,it went really great. The studio is one of the best I have ever been in, fully equipped and is very comfy to use and shoot at. It was really great to meet Garry, who was also involved with shooting process putting the best light settings for us and helping out with implementing the ideas we came up with. I spent really great time shooting at Garry’s studio and would be really happy to be back there soon

I was sooo lucky to shoot on PGD studio again! It was an amazing event, organized by Garry and Karen in a style of regency and 1920 s! Everything was perfect: organization, styling, light and techniques! Garry is sooo awesome and creative person! He has sooo much of amazing ideas, he can create completely different world and gave to photographers opportunity to shoot such an intresting themes! Precomunication and preparation was great! We was shooting with my partner for two days in his studio, so Garry gave us possibility to stay in his place for two nights. He made us so cozy room with so much of nice things in it and even TV!

All event was very easy and fun! We were so happy to work with so much of really great photographers! Garry and Karen made perfect atmosphere with music, decorations very intresting and unusual light settings. Also Garry has one of the best equipment for remotes shoots and the second day were really great, cause a lot of photographers who live far had possibility to make perfect shots! The time passed very fast and I really felt that have been in different epoch for this two days. Atmosphere was very friendly and i had really great time. Thank you so much for this amazing event and hope to work again soon!🥳🤗❤️
