I did, I did, I did shot with Martin for the 4th time yesterday!!!! :) Amazing wonderful person, who "clicked" with myself from the very first time we shot!

As a person, he is kind, caring, respectful, friendly, funny (and I could go on for ever!), while as a photographer he is simply one of the best ones out there.. Fact. His skills are amazing, the way he produces these fantastic images every time we shoot just blows me away!

I love the fact that every time we shoot, we get something completely different (watch this space!! :)) The way he directs, communicates and lets the model to bring their input too, is just beautifully part of his wonderful nature and obviously many years of experience in shooting models. His creative, artistic portfolio just speaks for itself.

I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have a second shoot with Orson on Sunday, it went like a dream. I decided at the end of last year, after much encouragement from people, to try some Art Nude poses. The first person that came to mind to do them was Orson, being very nervous about it all, there was no-one else I felt I could trust. He didn't disappoint. We also created some INCREDIBLE shadows with one of the costumes I brought along. He is the 'Walt Disney Of Shadows' ..... We had so much fun creating them. If I could sum him up in one word, it would have to be 'GENTLEMAN' in every sense of the word. Respectful, patient, artistic, innovative, kind, great sense of humour, CONSIDERATE, ..... I could go on and on. Doing Art Nude at my age, 53, was a MASSIVE risk, not to mention daunting, but Orson took away all the nerves, the fear and knowing that I can trust him 100% makes for a very happy and enjoyable shoot. I always bring loads of outfits to choose from and he loves to get involved in the choosing, he has impeccable taste when it comes to direction and style. If you are lucky enough to work with Orson, you won't find yourself disappointed and you'll be stuck for choice what to choose for your portfolio. What else can I say ..... the guys a genius. He always gets me a packet of Jelly Babies too, and we scoff them between scenes, a complete giggle.

Another shoot with the incredible Orson Carter.....I'm still pinching myself!

This mans talent is somewhat apparent from the stunning images he presents on his portfolio but what you don't see is the man behind the camera. I am honoured to have been able to work with this lovely gentleman twice now and look forward to many more shoots with him in the future if he will have me. Martin is an absolute sweetheart and very respectful of his models. Arriving at the shoot, he is welcoming and relaxed, food, drinks and a bundle of accessories are all on hand. i cannot praise this man more highly. Shoot with him immediately, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Martin for another wonderful shoot.

Having planned this shoot quite a while back with this fantastic photographer, finally it happened today!

Not only his pictures are stunning but Orson is a fun and wicked person to meet and work with and the time went so quickly. Such a passionate, creative and imaginative photographer, his communication has been excellent from the first approach, well organised in all aspects of the shoot, he brings loads of props and accessories for the model to wear and trying new looks and poses. He's brilliant at directing and made me feel totally at ease. He is very polite,kind and respectful, a true gentleman from beginning to end. Also very thoughtful and generous in bringing plenty of food, drinks and treats.

I can't wait to see the results which I am sure they'll exceed expectations. It was a great honour to be the subject of his work today and looking at the back of the camera I could see some magic at work as his skills are terrific. Fantastic music playing too in the background. Thank you Orson!

Finally got the chance to work with the wonderful Orson Carter! Martin really is a pure delight to collaborate with - we did a mixture of fashion & also lingerie... Which I had never done before! Martin was warm and welcoming and I relaxed straight away. He also brought along a nice selection of treats for me to gorge myself on throughout the day too :) he works really hard to get everything together and directs well - we've got some truly wonderful images.... & they've not all been edited yet! Can't wait to see the rest. Thank you Martin for a wonderful shoot & hopefully we shall work together again soon :)

I had wanted to shoot with Orson (Martin) pretty much ever since I join PP over a year ago and finally got the opportunity to last weekend.

All I can say was, wow, it was worth the wait and totally want to come back. His photos speak for themselves, the guy is incredibly talented and also so wonderfully modest and enthusiastic. The whole shoot was a joy, from the moment I arrived it felt like someone you had known for an age. The shoot had a feel of creating something wonderful and an excitement belies the fact he creates something wonderful every shoot.

I'm not sure how I was meant to eat 2 sandwiches, 6 mini-battenburg, 12 lemon slices, a packet of jaffa cakes, two packs of grapes, 8 Twixes and a series of other testy treats within a few hours, but I loved the selection on offer and did my best.

Highly recommended and I will be going back as soon as I can.

Wow wow wow! What was one of my favourite shoots of all time played out on Sunday with the amazing & lovely Martin AKA Orson Carter - I was completely blown away by his breathtaking skill with both camera and lights, his beautiful scene setting and the enthusiasm & passion he exuded!

Time passed far too quickly, we had so much fun with great conversation for the duration, rocking music to pose too and I have to admit that I can't wait to bug Martin for another shoot - he is the perfect professional & host, a master of his art & a truly wonderful person:) you will not be disappointed peeps!!

WOW!!!

So I have just spent the day shooting with Martin and i'm already utterly desperate to see the photographs! I had been wanting to work with Martin for a while now having seen his stunning work.

Martins pre shoot comms were fantastic, he made sure I had a clear set of directions for the shoot location and arranged food and drink prior to the shoot to ensure he catered for any allergies or preferences I may have. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed, and so began a day of chit chat, laughter and the occasional photograph being taken. I was blown away by what I saw on the back of the camera, Martin has a great eye for lighting and shadow work. His attention to detail is fantastic and he is great at both taking inspiration from the model, and lending his own thoughts and ideas to the shoot.

I cannot recommend Martin more highly, attentive, friendly, approachable, considerate, professional and best of all....his work speaks for itself! Book a shoot in with him pronto!

Ohhhhh what an AWESOME shoot that we've had this weekend!!

We've planned this shoot about 2 months ago and I was always excited and looking forward to it. The results that we've got are even more wonderful than what I expected :)

Martin is such a gentlemen, his pre shoot comms were excellent, he made sure I know everything before, he asked what I'd like to eat and drink so he could prepare, he picked me up at the station very on time. He was an awesome host too, he made lovely coffee, always asked me to get foods and drinks, gave me a big space to spread all my clothes and shoes around. He's very open minded to ideas, very patience and he works hard to get the best photos.

We talked about ideas before and during the shoot, luckily we both were on the same wave so the ideas were just developing more and more throughout the day. I was laughing the whole time, jumping around because I was too exited about the photos. It was such an enjoyable shoot!! I could write a lot more about it but to sum up: Martin is a real talented, professional and humble photographer! I can't wait to shoot with him again and of course I would definitely recommend Martin :)

What can I say about Martin that hasn't already been said. From the very minute I turned up, he just couldn't do enough to help me, unloaded all my gear and had the kettle on quicker than you can say 'Purpleport'. Martin is a 'Gentleman' in EVERY sense of the word and sets the standard for a professional photographer. He works SO HARD to get the best out of every shot, and is absolutely fantastic at direction and suggestion (perfect for me, as I'm a newbie at this). He gave me so much confidence and I've never felt so relaxed, especially as this was my first Lingerie and nude shoot. He's a kind, warm CONSIDERATE, funny, hard working, creative, professional man, and paid me the upmost RESPECT during the shoot. He's a perfectionist, but not pushy, but we want perfect images right ? ..... I really hope I get the opportunity to work again with him, it really was a fun and happy day for me. I'm so grateful I've had such a great opportunity to have Martin do some amazing images for my portfolio, he's done his very best for me, that's how he is for EVERYONE, he gives his very best.

I had the real pleasure of shooting with Martin yesterday and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is a true gentleman and a fantastic host who looked after all of my needs throughout the entire day. His communications before the shoot were excellent and we got the chance to speak to one another on the phone a few days before. I came prepared with several different outfits and was able to add to ideas with the collection of props Martin also brought with him. He was excellent at giving artistic direction and was full of creative ideas. Would not hesitate to work with him again if I was lucky enough to have the opportunity and would recommend him to any model considering working with him.

I had the pleasure of shoot with the great Orson Carter yesterday and i am so happy with the results.

His communication was great, he is such a considerate gentleman, and of course his work is beautiful.

He is great at giving direction and has an amazing eye for shapes and composition.

His constant enthusiasm for the shots we were producing was amazing, and kept me excited and energetic throughout the day. i got to see the shots after every set, which was great. and he sent me his first edits the same day!

We have some amazing images from the shoot that i am proud to have in my portfolio and I can't wait to see the rest.

I would definitely work with martin again, and i would recommend 100%

I'm so happy that I had a possibility to work with Martin. It was one of the best shoots in my life! I had to drive for more than 4 hours to meet Martin, but it was totally worth it! Pre shoot comms were perfect, Martin was very helpful - he asked about my favourite food, he gave me very precise directions to the shoot location and he helped me to find a place to stay overnight. During the shoot I was really excited. Martin had so many great ideas and I was happy to try all of them. Martin is very experienced and talented, he is a great photographer. What's more, he is also friendly and easy to work with. We worked together for all day, but it wasn't long enough, so we are planning our second shoot soon and I'm really looking forward to it. It was a pleasure to work with Martin, he is highly recommended! I love all the photos from our shoot, they are absolutely amazing! Thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough of Martin. Shooting with him on Sunday was an absolute delight!

Martin has a great eye for detail, you can be well assured that each shot will be extremely well-composed, original and the best that it can be.

His communications were enthusiastic and clear, it is obvious he cares about his work and it shows in the images. Not only does Martin communicate brilliantly on a professional level, he also has wonderful personality and it was a joy to spend the day in his company.

This was my first time shooting art nude and I'm glad that I chose to do this with such a trustworthy and considerate photographer.

I would love to work with him again in the future, and I highly recommend him. If you get the opportunity to shoot with him don't pass it up!

I will bring again my highest appreciation to the wonderful Martin whom I've worked with (again!!) on Saturday, at his village hall..

Martin is an absolute pleasure to work with!! Our third shoot together (yayyy!!!), and it seems like we know each other for a life time.. His communication skills are impeccable (I have to admit he is as quick as me!), so there is a lot of energy this man can have at his beautiful age of 65..

Some characteristics I would say describe him so much would be: enthusiastic, approachable, communicator, sincere, kind and reliable.. I love working with him, and the images he produces always blow me away.

I always receive edits exactly in the same day.. beautiful images which I am so looking forward to upload to my port!!

I had my first shoot with the wonderful Orson Carter on Sunday and wow what an amazing shoot it was!! Martin's pre comms were excellent, the location spot on and brilliant direction given during the whole day. As for Martin himself, I instantly felt like I'd known him for years. What a lovely lovely genuine guy. We had such a giggle and the whole day was an absolute pleasure. I'm overwhelmed with the images he's produced and so impressed to have received many edited images the very same day despite a full days shooting.

There is just so much to say about Martin that I don't even know if I can fit everything what I want to say in a reference... I definitely can't!! Martin is an absolute pleasure to work with.. I felt honoured when after our first shoot at the village hall, he literally booked me 2 more times.. and so I had the infinite joy to have my second shoot with him yesterday at Camy's studio in Castle Cary, which I was so looking forward..

Martin is one of the most warm and kind people I have ever met. Lovely personality who just draws you near it... Very professional and respectful at all times, we had an amazing day which I was hoping it will never end..

His pre-communications are one of the best ones.. continuously amazes me with his eye for detail, enthusiasm and such a good and positive attitude towards life in general, not only his photography which he is so good at.

I admire this man, I really do!! Thank you Martin for an awesome day.

Pre-shoot communications were fantastic on his part and this didn't stop when we shot.

Where do I start... I'd been told Orson was good, but DAMN that was an understatement!

He's immediately welcoming, engaging, and genuinely interested in finding out about you. It was stressed before and during the shoot that we'd work only to my levels with no pressure whatsoever, and he was very considerate and respectful.

Orson's ideas and direction are fantastic but he also lets you do your own thing. He's adamant that you tell him if there's something you don't like; but don't worry, there won't be! He shows you the back of the camera after every sequence and makes sure you're happy with it. He's endlessly enthusiastic; I absolutely love it when he gets excited about a shot! (You'll know when it happens!) Such fantastic energy and sense of humour.

I received amazing edits the same day even though he'd already worked for >7 hours! I had an incredibly enjoyable day and really hope to be invited back soon. [Hint hint] I'd work with him every week if I could, but I'd get far too fat eating all the yummy food he puts on!!
