wow ..wow ..wow ..I had another shoot with the one and only Orson carter yesterdatv along with crake as the stylist who styled me to perfection in wacky creations I would never of thought of , a brill stylist and assest to any shoot.

orsons refrences speak for themselves and I am honoured to work with him again and again a true gent, respectful and so professional a genuine nice man who gets the best out of every click he leaves me to do my own thing but guides me if needed, no wonder he is booked so far in advance

Another outstanding shoot with Orson today, the first time I've styled another model for one of Orson's shoots. Easy to work with, open to crazy ideas and a master with lighting - between Orson and Elesha, my clothes looked AMAZING - can't wait to get the images into my port. The first of many.

Had the absolute pleasure of working with Mr Carter on a recent trip up country and enjoyed every minute! He's an intelligent, courteous, funny man and a talented photographer whose passion and enthusiasm is infectious. We shot everything from retro styled art nude to Stevie Nicks rock chick, he was patient with my reworking make-up and hair and clothes changes and was so creative - really liked experimenting with some new ideas with him. The images looked fab on the camera, cant wait to see the finished results...

Loved the soundtrack too! Plus he kindly provided lots of wheat free goodies for me to munch on... Orson is a gent, and so easy to get on with, I can happily recommend him - indeed, cant wait to work with him again :)

He is one of the nicest, most thoughtful and kindest of people that I have met and as a result he was very easy to work with giving suggestions and direction in the most diplomatic way. Well what can I add about the wonderful Orson Carter? Martin is one of the nicest men I have ever met and is extremely easy to get on with. Right from the second he met me at the station he made me feel completely at ease and continued to do so throughout the entire day we were shooting.

With it being my first Art Nude Shoot, and especially with it being so soon after me having a bit of a rough Christmas and so indulging a bit more, I was quite nervous about how I would look in the pictures, but Martin was not only a gentleman but made me feel really confident and good about myself and managed to capture me in a way i've never seen myself look before.

He is exceptionally talented with a fantastic personality and I whole-heartedly recommend him to other models. I can't wait to shoot with him again.

What to say about Martin that hasn't already been said!.....

Martin is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and an incredible photographer to boot....A perfect gent, with an infectious way of getting excited about shots that my gran used to describe as being "like a kid in a sweetshop"

We did eventually manage to take lots of awesome shots between the endless conversation and laughter,,including a cheeky Newton inspired shot I had wanted to take for a while. I would work with Martin all day long, and hopefully he'll put up with me again some time soon.

In the words of those "rock gods" The Proclaimers ……… I would walk 500 miles and I would walk 500 more ……… 150 is nothing for having the pleasure to work with this wonderful photographer .

Friendly, professional, witty, thoughtful, I could go on with the adjectives but I think you get the gist .

This was one of the most enjoyable shoots I have had, relaxed but incredibly productive, the day just whizzed by.

I can not recommend Martin highly enough and yes I will be back, and don't worry I will bring my own ginger nuts next time ;-)

Me and Martin had been talking for a while about a shoot and finally had the opportunity on Saturday.

Martin is an absolutely brilliant guy and I had soo much fun working with him, I even found someone that talks as much as me! ... Luckily we are still very productive :D

We played around with various ideas around the art nude and fashion genres predominantly getting a wide range of different sets.

An extremely productive shoot, full of chatter, tea and good fun!

I highly recommend working with Martin, you will not be disappointed with the results at all, I will be back to work with him hopefully not in the too distant future :D

Yesterdays shoot with Martin was so much fun. I met Martin at Frome station and he was in great spirits and eager to shoot with me. We arrived at the well known town hall and got to work on creating awesome images. They do not call Martin awesome Orson Carter for nothing :)

He brings great ideas to the shoots and tried some new lighting techniques whilst I was there. Martin was even so kind enough to bring lots of yummy treats for me to nibble and even let me take some home with me. We never ran out of things to do on the shoot and I think we got some cracking shots :) I would love to shoot with Martin again and would recommend other models to get in touch with him :)

I had THE most amazing shoot with Orson yesterday. Is as absolutely buzzing after leaving the studio and I felt we had both achieved something from the shoot besides having an awesome time.

We shot for about 6 hours and the ideas just kept flowing! There wasn't a dull moment but lots of tea (I like tea) and I think we worked together stupidly well and I would not hesitate to recommend Orson or work with him again.

I've started to lose count of how many times Martin and I have shot together now! And why do I shoot with Martin so much? Because not only is he bloody brilliant and probably the best lighting photographer I've worked with...hes a bloody wonderful guy! If I could fit in more shots with Martin I would...and even if I stopped modelling all together, I'd still work with him. His reputation speaks for itself :-)

My second shoot with Martin and yet again was amazing!! Such a talented photographer with so many ideas and great at giving me direction to get the perfect shot! Martin is one of the most respectful, professional and genuine photographers I've worked with. I thoroughly enjoyed my shoot as I did last time, Martin makes it very fun and laid back. As you can see from his work, Martin really knows what he's doing. The time just flew by, Martin sends you pictures very quick and the results are fantastic! Had a brilliant shoot today with Orson Carter and his famous backdrop!!! Not only is he a fantastic photographer he is also a great person to be around. He picked me up from the train station as well as bringing snacks and drinks. We had our shoot in a local village hall that he uses and I felt at ease throughout the shoot.I feel from our shoot that we have created images that are unique for me of which I am thrilled about! I have been looking at Orson Carters work for a while now and I feel absolutely privileged to have finally worked with him and I hope to again in the future. Highly recommended 100%!

Had my first shoot with the amazing Orson Carter the other day, and well, where should I start?

He showed up to meet me at the station and took me to the local village hall where he shoots, immediately felt at ease with him, lovely fellow and easy to chat to. He fed and watered me throughout the day and we took some of the most stunning photos. I can't fault this man, I'm so happy I finally got the chance to work with him and we are already planning our next shoot together.

Truly brilliant gent to work with, thank you again so much for the chance! :-D

I'm not sure that I'm adept enough at writing to express just how brilliant Martin is. The shoot took place in a village hall that Martin had organised and lasted all day. Within minutes of arriving I felt relaxed and comfortable in his presence. Martin's enthusiasm for his photography, combined with his sense of humour and creativity ensures outstanding pictures. Martin is avuncular, erudite and simply amazing. The pictures that were created are stunning. I cannot wait to work with Martin again and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Well I have been waiting to shoot with Martin for so long. I have been a fan since 1st joining purple port and it was worth the wait. He is a great guy! I had a fun day and loved his company. He is a great photographer and very creative. I love the final images so much. Highly recommended.

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed my shoot with Martin - it goes without saying that Martin does not actually need any more fantastic references given how many he already has - but that aside - he is meticulous with his planning, is very respectful, patient and accommodating (providing low fat veggie food etc), puts you at ease and is refreshingly open and happy to try new things when it comes to poses or styling ideas.

Most importantly Martin is genuinely absolutely passionate about nailing the perfect shot - his face literally lights up with delight each time he does - which happens repeatedly given his high "strike rate"! This is an amazing testament to his skill given the fact that he uses such simple equipment but gets such fantastic results. He is also very good at directing less experienced models and is generous with his knowledge. I cannot wait to work with Martin again - yes I did travel from Leeds via London to Frome to do the shoot but it was certainly worth it!
