5th time shooting with awesome Orson....yes 5th!! so this tells you just what an absolutte legend he is, i keep going back :-) One of life's good guys who is genuinally so so much fun to work with. Always has me in stitches laughing and always has a cheeky selfie with me :-) The results he produces are always amazing! I literally cannot fault this guy....oh wait, yes i can.... he promised me hedgehog and manglewurzel sandwiches which were apparently out of season but i suppose ill let him off! hehe

On a serious note, to anyone lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with Orson, please dont let the chance pass by. You will have an amazing and fun shoot, get filled with yummy food and get great results from it.

Wow! I actually met and got to finally shoot with the amazing Orson Carter!! :)

Yesterday was an amazing day, from the moment I arrived at the shoot I knew I was in for a fantastic day with Orson. Pre shoot communications were spot on which really helped as we started the ball rolling in no time and managed to get a lot done whilst still having lots of laughs and cups of tea :)

Throughout the day I loved how much energy Orson put into each of the sets we did, he given me great direction and a continuous flow of ideas with all the varied styles we tried.

Sadly the shoot went so quickly and I would of loved to of carried on as I had so much fun.

I would absolutely love to work with Orson again!! I am already planning my next trip to see him again! A total gentleman, a good sense of humour and a fantastic photographer!

This was my 3rd shoot with Orson, so I guess I don't mind working with him... he's ok I suppose...

Haha, no, he's bloody brilliant! As always, an absolute PLEASURE to work with Orson. His enthusiasm never fades, and we just bounce off each other (not literally) with our ideas and outfits and energy. As I've been here three times now, I feel like I'm visiting a friend and I just know the shoot will be so much fun. I laugh so much when I'm here, Orson always has great stories, and his mild swear words are hilarious, "Turd" is a personal favourite.

The pictures are always outstanding, all my FPIS so far have been from our shoots together.

You get the pictures very quickly too after the shoot, and you get very well looked after in terms of food/tea/heating etc.

Orson is always incredibly respectful of personal space and I always feel 100% safe and comfortable when working with him :)

Highly highly recommended, I will happily keep returning until I've used up all the items in my wardobe.

I had a shoot with Martin on Sunday and it was absolutely awesome!!

His pre shoot communications were excellent and he was full of enthusiasm and ideas when I arrived.

He was funny, respectful, creative, chatty and just brilliant fun throughout the whole shoot.

He has a treasure trove of props and outfits to use if wanted, which are beautiful and he gave excellent direction to me while also listening to my ideas throughout the shoot too.

His lighting and photography is second to none and the results are simply stunning. His passion for what he does is infectious and I had such a great day - thank you Martin, I had an absolute blast YOU'RE AWESOME! x

Wow - I knew it was gonna be good - but blow me DOWN it was GOOD!! Loved every moment - he is super skilled, super fun and super respectful - his communication before shoot was fabulous - we ignited each other for our shoot and I was willing the shoot day to come quicker - I absolutely love his enthusiasm - he made me laugh so much with his school boy sounds of excitement when we'd got a good shot - he is utterly brilliant- I feel so privileged he wanted to work with me - I literally can't wait to be in his studio again!!!! I was so lucky to be able to do one of my first shoots with Orson Carter!! 😃 I had so much fun and being a new model, he helped me with poses and made me feel comfortable at all times. I felt totally at ease with Orson and would defiantly recommend him. He has a very professional manor and a great sense of humour. I really enjoyed my shoot and would love to have the opportunity to shoot again in the near future. Simply amazing!!

Simply fantastic! I had the pleasure of my first shoot with Orson On Sunday. His pre shoot comms were brilliant and we had arranged everything before hand so that when I arrived we were all set to go. He has a great set up which is both organised and imaginative - he had so many props and accessories it was hard to choose which to use. Totally professional in every respect and we had a good giggle all the way through the day. I can't rate Martin enough, a hugely enjoyable day with amazing results -Awesome Carter :-)

I was so lucky to have my second shoot with amazing Orson Carter. I knew it will be great day, great shoot. And I was right. Orson is an amazing photographer with loads of great ideas. He always is so well prepared for shoots and his massive choice of outfits.

His work shows how professional he is but did I mention his personality? :)

Its so easy to work with Orson, he will look after you and make you laugh, shoots are always good fun.

Friday the 13th...Unlucky for some...but not us! ;)

After almost 8 years of talking on and off to this mysterious Orson Carter creature I finally got to meet and work with him a couple of days ago! ;) The snow, the ice and the dangerous chairs didn't didn't stop up...and we rocked it!

Martin is great to work with- absolutely full of enthusiasm which was contagious (in a good way!)

He had loads of ideas and props to work through but was also up for trying out something a little bit different with me (which was bloody awesome)

He bought tea, snacks and sandwiches too! We really did have a hoot.

We fitted in LOADS, chatted loads and still had so much more to do as the time flew by...maybe next time ;)

Thank you, Martin. Love the shots so far and hope we can do it again one day. Highly recommended. Thank you! :)

My shoot with Orson Carter was amazing!

He immediately made me feel very comfortable when I arrived and showed me around. Before the shoot he went through thoroughly what I wanted to achieve which set the precedence for the rest of the day.

Orson certainly has a eye for a exceptional imagine, I have been thrilled with the images I have received back thus far. I have already booked to see him again!!

If you do have the opportunity to work with Orson you can be assured that you will be in good hands, well looked after and wanting to revisit him again....I promise.

I had the pleasure of finally working with Orson a couple of days ago. We had booked the date about 2 months in advance and in this time we exchanged a lot of communication about it. Orson's instructions and explanations were very detailed and considerate. I knew exactly what was happening.

At the shoot he looked after me so well too! He made sure I was fed and tea'd up with plenty of snacks on offer. He has a great sense of humour and we laughed a lot. I was comfortable throughout and had fun. So impressed with how well he had set everything up for the lighting of each set! Faultless! We managed to get lots of great poses the results of which are still coming through. Love them. Look forward to working with him again in the future and thoroughly recommend him.

A couple of years ago I had the most amazing day shooting with this lovely and so very talented man, and by some miraculous turn of events today I had a second shoot! I looked forward to this day so much, not least because he is just a fabulous person to spend a day with :-) . Everything about shooting with him is divine, from the kind and encouraging comments, always so thoughtful and considerate, and the extraordinary creative opportunity, to the magic of those images. words are not my best forte tbh, but I don't think I need many words in this case, as Martins work speaks for itself over and over again.

A wonderful friendly person with a wicked soh and his encouragement on his shoots is electric, totally of the scale, it always puts a smile on my face , and I leave smiling and always happy.

One of the most skilled at lighting imo and its always my pleasure to shoot with the legend that is the one and only mr Awesome carter

My shoot with Martin was one of the best shoots I've ever had. It started with very friendly and timely pre-shoot communications, during which we exchanged ideas and agreed on the looks we'd go for, and on the day of the shoot, Martin picked me at the station and very kindly gave me a lift to his spacious studio.

We had a great time shooting our way through all the ideas we'd opted for; time seemed to flow very quickly, and the shoot was extremely relaxing and fun. Martin is enthusiastic, creative, friendly, respectful and fun to work with. He also kindly brought a variety of snacks, and I loved talking to him during our tea breaks.

The pictures he has taken are fantastic. I very much appreciate the time and effort he puts into them and also the fact that he already sent me several edits on the very evening of the shoot. I couldn't recommend Martin highly enough and would love to organise another shoot with him soon. :)

Such a pleasure to be asked back for a second shoot!

An afternoon which flew by so quickly, as we worked with different outfits, poses and lighting to create some awesome images. He once again brought enough food to feed an Army, and a bucket load of enthusiasm which made for a productive and enjoyable day. Conversation flowed effortlessly, and his natural wit keeps you on your toes throughout the day...literally!

Of course, I would recommend this talented man to any model out there. He is a dream to work and is open to a range of ideas, giving direction where necessary to capture the best possible shot. A true inspiration who brings out the best in me, and I cannot wait to shoot again with Martin in the near future.

Yesterday I had my second shoot with Martin. What a great day! High jinks and happy mayhem ensued. Martin is so easy to work with and always has a ready wit about him. I ran riot and he was happy to let me do so, free styling with a little gentle directing here and there.

The day was momentous for me as it was my first and only shoot nude. The perfect gentleman, Martin guided me with great respect and patience. He made it a lovely experience .

As always I was well looked after with hot drinks and delicious nibbles. This shoot nearly didn't happen as Martin had hurt his back. I could see he was still in pain but he soldiered on regardless. What a trooper, I sincerely hope your not suffering from your efforts today.

I have already been sent some edits which I am so happy with I posted immediately.

Ummmmmm.....what to say ??? Well I think this is the third time I've worked with this old, gibberish, muttering, crazy fool ....lol. But how can I not ?........

I LOVE THIS MAN.... he's awesome orson !!!

I have had the best day today ...we got some fabulous concoction of outfits sorted and off we went on a roll of taking amazing images ...well in between countless cups of coffee , enough chatting and story telling that the coffee morning oldies would be proud of us ..he he but I love shooting with Martin ..it's a combination of relaxed, fun creativeness ....

He always takes the time to get his unique way of lighting set up and he gets on his old cranky knees , flattens himself to the floor and tells me to get on with it!!! Pose away. I'll leave it to u. Lol. No he does give great direction and I really feel he brings the best out in me to be more dynamic in my poses ...

Sooo. Again I don't need to recommend this man as his name proceeds him but I will anyway and honestly if you don't get the opportunity to shoot with him your seriously missing out x

What can I say that hasn't yet been said about this one of a kind fantastic photographer, whose work speaks for itself and so the long list of references from the hundreds models he has shot?

Well, I was a damn lucky one, second time around with him yesterday, I was blessed by his magic once again as he is truly one that can make something magical happen with those lights, his tricks, his contagious enthusiasm and effervescent personality, yet humble and down to earth. Aside his fantastic talents, he is the greatest gentleman, most fun, humorous, caring and fab company to spend few hours with. He certainly fuelled my creativity and put me in the best mood ever one could be on a shoot. I was touched by his kindness in offering me lifts from my B&B and then to the station and providing me with treats and delicious sandwiches, tea and fruit. HIs drive is bigger and greater than the few ailments that can bother him at times, so much so that he makes you forget that he may be uncomfortable at times so I must apologise if I haven't allowed for enough rest. His sense of style and fashion eye is superlative and he knows exactly what he wants to shoot and what he is aiming for. However, he appreciates and encourages a lot the model input and I am so delighted that we were so well synchronised. Also truly thrilled at some of the garments and props I could use from his range.

Thanks so much Orson for making what for me will be one of the best ever shoots in my career!
