I attended a group show last night what day did hosted, this was my second time at his studio and what a blast it always is full stop Dave is always bubbly and full of energ and enthusiastic, he motivates the models to get into the shoe and introduces the model to all photographers there and makes sure there is a comfortable ground. Dave never disappoints and I bloody love his group shoots!

David and I arranged a short-notice TFP shoot. I mentioned I'd like to be inspired by shoots depicting women as strong and dominant, and he came up with the excellent muse of Helmut Newton, which was exactly the sort of thing I was hoping for.

The shoot was very comfortable. He's capable and friendly, giving excellent direction. The studio was well-equipped with lights, set and costume and I enjoyed collaborating.

Really happy with the result and would definitely recommend David. Hope to work with him again.

I attended a group shoot that David had arranged at his studio in Long Eaton. I arrived to a very warm welcome, and felt at ease to shoot right away. We worked through a range of sets that he had put together, and the event went really smoothly. He was a great help on the night, and he's a really fun guy to work with.

His pre-shoot communications were great, and made organising the shoot really easy! I'd definitely recommend him, and just want to thank him for a great night!

Hopefully we can shoot together again in the future.

I did a shoot today with david

And his student on lighting, he was very welcoming and professional,

I would 100% recommend david to anyone, he is easy to get alone with and has a laugh.

Also did some photos for his wife who is a lovely lady and has amazing ideas with clothing that stands out and gets a great photo

Thank you David for a thoroughly enjoyable first time shooting at the Loft this week. I had a geniunely fun filled evening and am blown away by what the studio has to offer... The changing room wardrobe, props, backdrops, lighting set ups and the immaculate attention to detail was incredible. I was made to feel very welcomed by you and your lovely wife. The group were a lovely bunch and offered some great feedback on poses and styles, not to mention some incredible images.

I had a thoroughly fun time: possibly one of the most enjoyable studio events I have ever attended. Thank you so very much, I cant recommend the studio enough and I will return at the drop off a (bowler) hat if you are ever in need of a model again!

I hope to shoot with you again soon.

It was my first visit to David's studio as he booked me in for one of his evening group shoots.

I wasn't really sure what I should expect from the evening, but I have read his references and saw that David regularly organises those so I was excited to be invited. He paid the deposit and I was waiting on further instructions for the day.

And I wasn't wrong - Dave is definitely a great entertainer ;), very welcoming, he knows studio light very well and has plenty of the props and sets to play with.

I do wish he told me to bring my ballet shoes along because it would have been great to get some sets done - but maybe next time (if you will have me back haha).

I joined David on one of his group shoots held at his studio. I must admit I’m not a fan of group shoots having done one previously but what a difference! The atmosphere was relaxed and I met a great set of other photographers.

David has secured a great model and was on hand to change sets and lighting throughout the evening.

Plenty of refreshments free flowing meant that energy for the evening was easily sustained.

David ran a few test shots and gave great advice on settings along with help and guidance where required.

My thoughts about group shoots has been totally transformed and I will certainly be back for more.

David booked me for one of his group shoots and I am so pleased that he did. His pre shoot comms were great and he is hugely helpful and quick to respond to any queries. He is punctual, friendly and kindly picked me up from and dropped me off at the station too.

His studio is very spacious and well equipped with a changing room and plenty of outfits. We shot 1 to 1 before the group shoot and he immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease. He is extremely chatty, full of humour, approachable and great fun to be around. He makes sure you are well taken care of and is generous with snacks and drinks to accommodate everyone in the studio.

David’s passion for his craft truly shines through, he is full of creative ideas and quickly switches up lighting sets and backdrops. He is super enthusiastic about his work and always in good spirits, which is great to be around. The other photographers at the shoot were very respectful and lovely to work with too.

I would highly recommend David and his studio, whether you are a model or photographer wanting to take part in group shoots or to learn from a pro. Thank you for having me David, hope to work with you again soon :)

David messaged me and asked me if I was available for a group shoot and as I love working with David and the studio I jumped at the chance! His group shoots are always run smoothly and I am looked after. As it was really hot that day I was offered cold water and kept cool with fans which was really appreciated! I had a fantastic time and really enjoyed shooting. We worked through different sets and all of them were great fun. David was kind enough to give me a lift home which I was really grateful for. I hope to work there again and it comes highly recommended from me! Thanks David!

I had what I can only describe as the absolute pleasure of working with David for his Tuesday evening group shoot.

I was firstly given a tour of the studio which is filled to the brim with amazing sets and props, before being shown the dressing room, which is every models dream, beautiful clothes, shoes and accessories everywhere!

David is professional but an absolute joy to work with, we shot 1-1 before the group arrived and his humour and love for what he does made me feel comfortable immediately, alongside his beautiful posing demonstrations!

I could talk for hours about the amazing atmosphere of the studio and the group shoot, but I'll shorten it down to - book the studio (you wont be disappointed!) and if David ever wants to work with you, you'd be foolish to turn it down.

I Had the best time having my photos taken, David was so polite and was so helpful as it was my first photoshoot, the pictures turned out absolutely stunning, words can’t describe how happy I am with the experience I had, also being a model for David’s wife Pam, it was so fun also beautiful pictures from Pam, the studio had so many props the whole shabang I would definitely recommend using David! And will be using him again hopefully! Thank you so much for the photoshoot! 😁

I finally got myself down to David’s studio for his Tuesday night group session!

I had a really wonderful time here, David was really welcoming and friendly, he immediately made me feel really looked after and comfortable, I was given a lil tour up to the dressing room and was offered a hot/cold drink and some biccys on arrival!

David had some really cool sets planned out- though, I won’t put any spoilers! But from the back-of-camera images I’ve seen, 10/10!

The studio had some wicked props & set ups. A range of backgrounds, really high quality equipment & a comfortable working temperature.

Each of the photographers at the group shoot were hugely respectful and easy to work with.

Also, not to mention how ridiculously impressive the wardrobe at this studio is!

Photographer or model, I’d hugely recommend booking/being booked to this place.

David really looks after you, and you can tell that this is a true passion, & whatever is given, is put back into the studio to make it better for those going.

Thanks for making my first group shoot so much fun, I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come again & I’ll be spreading the word to local photographers too! :)

I worked with David for the first time today.

Hes such a lovely, genuine person - I had the best time!

I cant wait to see the photos, the few I seen on the camera looked incredible.

I highly recommend working with hom - I instantly felt comfortable and was offered a cuppa, which is always nice!

I hope we work together again soon :)

I was fortunate enough to be invited to one of Davids Tuesday evening group shoots, what an absolute blast it was.

We shot a variety of outfits and some lingerie with some really cool lighting and backdrops.

I literally loved every single shot that was taken and im so hoping i will get to have one of my faves haha... We hit it off right away and had a right giggle too, i hope he has me back again soon!
