I had 2 shoots at David's studio on my recent tour of the Midlands, first a half day evening group shoot, and then a full day booking of just over 9 hours. We had lots of lovely faces pop in over my time at the studio, as well as getting some time shooting with David himself.

David has so many lovely regulars that attend his studio days, that are so much fun to be around it really makes the whole time enjoyable. He treats his models extremely well making sure I was warm enough on a rather chilly day and the tea seemed to be on tap just magically appearing at the side of me without me even realising he'd put it there haha!

He's also a master at lighting which meant we not only got some stunning images together, the people that had booked on the day walked away with awesome images too.

Always look forward to my time at his studio and hope to visit again soon :D

Working with David was a pleasure, communications prior to the shoot were brilliant, David was clear but polite in regards to what he expected to achieve from the shoot. This was my first studio day experience working with myltiple photographers at once and from the moment I arrived I was made to feel at ease and completely comfortable! The evening was very enjoyable with some great results and I look forward to working with David again. I would 100% recommend

I enjoyed a lovely, relaxed shoot with David and the other photographers on a model evening at his studio. All involved were friendly, polite and had a great sense of humour. David, in particular made sure I was ok at every chance he could and I was most definitely offered tea and biscuits :) (This part is vital, as he rightly so reminded me). We got some great shots from the night and would recommend to models of all levels.

Had a great group shoot with Davids Ladies last night and what a great night. The ladies were all lovely and all had a great desire to learn from Davids expertise and they were no afraid to put me into the positions and poses they wanted me in.

The group was full of great picture ideas and there was a lovely relaxed environment through out the evening.

Would highly recommend David and/or any of his group shoots.

David is professional and also can have a laugh, he is not too serious and just makes you feel at ease.

Second group shoot at David's studio. Absolutely love working with Dave and at his studio.

His comms are great. He has rucks of outfits and accessories and an abundance of ideas!

I really hope to continue working with Dave. Banter flies around and it's like we've known each other for years. He is so genuine and trustworthy.

He makes you feel so, so welcome. I love this chap. I really do. I promise you won't be disappointed if you work with him...although I will be that it isn't me :(

Get ready to enter a time capsule when in his company. Both shoots were 2.5hrs. I felt like I was there 10mins. Miss you pops x x

I had a fabulous shoot with David earlier today! What a lovely guy! He was so easy to get on with and instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable! He is a very genuine person, who clearly loves what he does!!

His studio is a treasure cave! With all the equipment you can think of but more importantly amazing props and a HUGE amount of clothes to rummage through! A fabulous selection!

Our shoot was very fun and relaxed - (David is particularly good at making tea) And although the shoot was very relaxed we still got lots of very different sets done! David knows when he gets a good shot and doesn't waste tome overshooting the same set which is great! His knowledge of lights is fab, he's very quick to set up - And he is enthusiastic throughout! I really did enjoy our shoot and I hope I'm asked to visit again :D I'm very excited to see what he does with the images!

I worked with David on Thursday and I must say that it was amazing! I could see that there was a lot of planning between him and his other half to get it perfect! I was very impressed with the images from what I saw at the time! It was very laid back and I was comfortable in his presence.

I can not wait to work with him again :)

I worked with the LOVELY David on a recent tour to the area! David very kindly booked me for 2 evenings of the trip- The first evening we worked together- and the second evening was with a small group of photographers, who were great fun to work with, very respectful and professional in their approach. David was very organised, great FUN to work with and the evenings were full of laughter and great banter.

The group shoot run by David was organised very well, I felt very safe, comfortable and well looked after. The lighting was beautiful and very flattering for the model- David is great with lighting and a talented photographer. The studio was also a very comfortable space and lots of refreshments were on tap. I really hope we get to work together again in the future, thankyou for an entertaining couple of evenings, really enjoyed your company! :) Highly recommended, Helen x

He was incredibly helpful with directions to get to the studio & pre comms were fantastic. When I got to the studio he swiftly showed me around & made tea.

The shoot was very casual, laid back & easy going with constant chatter & laughter. I had a fabulous time :)

After first shooting with David on a studio day elsewhere, I visiting David's own studio this weekend!

We had this booked in quite far ahead due to my availability but it was definitely worth the wait :D

David looked after me extremely well, ensuring I was kept warm and providing lots of tea and breaks.. he even washed my knife for me for my journey so I didn't have to put it back in my bag covered in peanut butter hahaa!! Then gave me a few plastic knives for use on the train which was ridiculously kind of him to do as he certainly didn't have too!

The few photographers that booked time on the day were lovely too and all in all it was such a fun day :D

Very highly recommended by me and hope to go back again soon :)

So glad to have met David! He has a cracking sense of humour, skill and knows the BEST cheesecake shop around the corner from his studio. I've worked with David a few times now and there's always a guarantee that you'll get some great images out of a shoot/event! He's so easy to get on with and brilliantly creative.

David asked me to model for a photography group meeting at his studio and I'm so glad I said yes! David's a lovely, welcoming person and his group are all really friendly people. I was made to feel totally comfortable throughout the evening.

The studio itself is brilliant. There are an extremely large amount of sets to use and plenty of costumes.

I'd recommend David and his studio highly and hope I get asked back again. If he asks, you should definitely say yes!

I had the brilliant pleasure of shooting at a group shoot ran by David last Tuesday evening. What a lovely, chatty, and bubbly man! I was very warmly greeted at the door, shown the fantastic changing room/walk in wardrobe, and presented with a gorgeous coffee, and then got to meet my great photographers for the night. The night was a fab success, filled with giggles, fun, and professionalism. Everyone was so friendly, such a relaxed atmosphere, and great evening.

I can highly recommend his studio, David is also an amazing photographer and easy to work with, I can't wait to shoot there again.

He is absolutely off his rocker but in a good way :P

Brilliant sense of humour and full of life and energy, he has great enthusiasm for his work instantly puts you in a good mood! From what I saw on the back of his camera we got some stunning results and already looking forward to going to his studio in March :D

I can't remember how many shoots I've done with David now. But this man is great he is so passionate and friendly. And also provides the best biscuits at his studio! David always has lots of ideas. His studio is fab with lots of sets and the biggest walk in wardrobe for models alike!! Always love shooting with David and at his studio.

I have shot with David and at his studio several times now. I have to say..it's one of my favourite studios to visit and shoot from because David is such a lovely friendly person, who knows how to look after the models, keep them warm, lots of tea, lots of fun and giggles, I always have an amazing time shooting there. The bunch of photographers that I've shot with there are all so lovely too.

Aside from the studio and regulars, David is a very good photographer, he always comes up with creative ideas and knows how best to work the set/lighting to get the best shot possible.

I'd shoot there all the time if I could. :D
