By requesting to shoot with me via inbox message I understand you have read my portfolio notes and agree to my levels, charges, and work ethics. 

 

Updated on 16th Nov 2024: Important update time ❤️ I will be slowing down my modeling in December and stopping completely in the new year. It’s been a long time coming for me to finally publicly announce that my husband and I are expecting a baby! I will carry on with the limited modeling bookings and do some selective maternity shoots, however I won't be booking studio days or huge workshops for now.

With that said, I will still carry on my photography bookings with clients (as a photographer @zavodphoto) and will take the studio hire bookings at Zavod Studio UK until the end of April 2025. As it stands for now, Zavod Studio UK will then have to temporarily shut as I will be going on a maternity leave.This is indeed the hardest decision I had to make, but I realise the studio closure will be the most stress-free and financially stable option for me and my future family.

Thank you ever so much for your bookings – I couldn’t have done the job I love full-time without all of your support.

I also hope many of you will come and work with me at the studio before I will have to put Zavod and XeniaModel on hold. Sad times but also very happy times ahead ☺

 

About me: I am a 30-year-old freelance Russian model based in Sheffield with 14+ modeling experience (I lost count now) I work in various styles and consider myself highly versatile, for more examples please see my Instagram Xeniamodel_official and my website xeniamodel.co.uk. I am extremely hard-working. I often am my own MUA (people say I am excellent at it!). 

Me and my look: My current look is an edgy short hairstyle (my portfolio has varied hairstyles as I sometimes use wigs), a curvy but not enhanced in any way body, and two tattoos (on hip and rib). I do not have any facial piercings, the only piercings that I have are in my ears, which I am happy to remove if required for the job - please mention that prior to the booking.

 

Rates:

Please note that I only take bookings for paid work. 

My rates are from £40/hr, the minimum booking is 2hrs. Please note that the rates could change depending on the assignment.

I will only be able to calculate a payment quote once the duration, location, styling, and mood board (preferred) have been discussed. For efficiency in communication, I advise putting all of these details in your original message, please.

*Please note:  I do not shoot full-frontal nudity or open leg AT ALL. I want to create images that show me in graceful form and WILL NOT SHOOT any styles of SEXUAL NATURE. Please recognise that I will reject the offer of shooting nude, sheer or implied if we have never worked together before. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Travel: I do not drive, so please consider locations I can get to by public transport or arrange a pick-up, providing the travel costs are covered. Please note that if you need me to travel for longer than an hour, this option will only be available for a minimum of 3 hours booking.

Deposit and cancellations: I am taking a £30 deposit and all bookings are only confirmed upon its receipt. In terms of cancellations, I do understand that life happens and sometimes we have to put family and friends first and these are the times you may need to cancel the shoot. However, because of the previous cancellations I, unfortunately, feel that it is necessary to apply additional charges for late cancellations to cover my own business. In most cases, it is impossible to get a last-minute replacement booking and as I have already made sure that my day is totally free for our arranged shoot and I am not doing any other work. Therefore, I request 50% of the total booking when cancellations happen within a week before the shoot and 75% when cancellation is made in less than 48hr before the start of the shoot. Cancellations in the morning of the day of the shoot - 100% of the total booking. For any cancellations, rearranging a shoot to another date is no longer an option, please book in and pay a new deposit.

 

Here are some options of where & how you can work with me: 

 

1. Zavod Studio UK  

I am so excited to share with you all that I have recently opened my very own studio Zavod Studio UK, which is based in the heart of Sheffield city centre. Zavod means “factory” in Russian, and the studio is located inside an old factory building.

Your hire will include the use of the studio, communal areas and equipment I have. Free parking*, Wifi and refreshments. :)

 

2. Outdoors shooting in Sheffield

Sheffield offers a great range of architecture varying from classic pebbled streets to urban grunge and futuristic metalworks. I know the city centre area very well and can suggest places to shoot. This option would be the most suitable for portraiture and fashion/editorial. 

 

3. The Boardroom Studio, Derby 

I am genuinely so lucky to be a resident model at one of the most gorgeous and versatile studios in the UK. For anyone who is looking for a top-notch studio to create the finest work, this option is for you. 

The Boardroom Studio is positioned in a fantastic Grade II listed building with authentic Georgian features. Perfect for portraits, fashion, lingerie, beauty with gorgeous natural light – that can also go completely to black using the original shutters. WiFi, tea or coffee, and other refreshments available on a day. Easy access – on the ground floor with a couple of parking spaces outside. 

 

4. Travel to another studio or a location within the UK

This last option is the most flexible one, and really, includes ANY other studio or location that I can get to. For example, if you are unable to travel to Yorkshire or if you have your own studio, this option is perfect for you.
