I replied to a casting call by David and am really pleased that I got to shoot with him and his photography group.

When I arrived I had a friendly warm welcome by David and was shown around the studio with a private dressing room for me to get ready.

David had some great ideas and some impressive shots were achieved.

Overall an enjoyable and stress free shoot. I'd be very happy to work with him again.

I would recommend David to anyone, he is a fantastic photographer, happy , chatty and comes up with some fabulous ideas.

He has a fabulous big studio with a changing room and loads of different prop’s and to top it

Off he takes absolutely amazing pictures.

Had my first shoot with David.

He was friendly and knew the exact images he wanted to create.

Communication before and after the shoot were great and I’m booked again with him for a swing and wiggle dress shoot.

His wife Pam is lovely too and they were both friendly and accommodating. The studio is full of props,

Clothing and equipment and is a great space to work in. As a model you get cold easy but David’s studio is full of heaters and you can tell he’s put thought into making models comfortable.

I would definitely recommend him and look forward to shooting with him again. :)

First time working with David and first time in a bigger studio with props. I found the experience of the day great and David's professionalism is amazing too. Great choices of props and outfits too already on site so your covered even if you forgot something. Would recommend working with David and would like to again in the future.

His studio has endless options for styling and set design, and David himself is great!

Very funny and makes a relaxed, comfortable environment. Would recommend for sure.

David was amazing! His studio in Long Eaton was fabulous and had so much variety.

We spoke about ideas he wanted to shoot before hand and they really worked well, Im very excited to see how it all came together.

Really great directions with posing that he was after and he has a great creative eye at seeing a shot long before it's taken.

I brought a friend a long and we both felt super comfortable in his presence and enjoyed his jokes!!

Would love to shoot further with David as he was super exceptional. Couldn't recommend enough!

David was very welcoming, kind and professional throughout the entire shoot. I really enjoyed working with him. He has a lovely studio with some great outfits and props. He has good knowledge and gave me good direction whilst constantly giving me positive feedback making me feel at ease. I have received the provisional images in a good time frame and i am very happy with the outcome. I look forward to seeing my finalised images :)

So glad we managed to get a shoot booked in! It absolutely flew by as we had loads of fun working together and David is really easy to get on with.

We achieved some fantastic shots and he gives really good direction, very clear.

Cannot wait to see the images and would definitely come back to the studio for round 2 :)

Dave was a absolute pleasure to work with. I was a little nervous as I’m just getting back into modelling after a break, he made me feel so comfortable & really at ease.

He had lots of ideas, was really enthusiastic & he made it fun, the time just flew. I’d definitely recommend him as a photographer & would certainly like to do a shoot again with him in the future.

The photos look amazing & I couldn’t be happier with them, thank you so much Dave.

I attended a group show last night what day did hosted, this was my second time at his studio and what a blast it always is full stop Dave is always bubbly and full of energ and enthusiastic, he motivates the models to get into the shoe and introduces the model to all photographers there and makes sure there is a comfortable ground. Dave never disappoints and I bloody love his group shoots!

David and I arranged a short-notice TFP shoot. I mentioned I'd like to be inspired by shoots depicting women as strong and dominant, and he came up with the excellent muse of Helmut Newton, which was exactly the sort of thing I was hoping for.

The shoot was very comfortable. He's capable and friendly, giving excellent direction. The studio was well-equipped with lights, set and costume and I enjoyed collaborating.

Really happy with the result and would definitely recommend David. Hope to work with him again.

I attended a group shoot that David had arranged at his studio in Long Eaton. I arrived to a very warm welcome, and felt at ease to shoot right away. We worked through a range of sets that he had put together, and the event went really smoothly. He was a great help on the night, and he's a really fun guy to work with.

His pre-shoot communications were great, and made organising the shoot really easy! I'd definitely recommend him, and just want to thank him for a great night!

Hopefully we can shoot together again in the future.

And his student on lighting, he was very welcoming and professional,

I would 100% recommend david to anyone, he is easy to get alone with and has a laugh.

Also did some photos for his wife who is a lovely lady and has amazing ideas with clothing that stands out and gets a great photo

Thank you David for a thoroughly enjoyable first time shooting at the Loft this week. I had a geniunely fun filled evening and am blown away by what the studio has to offer... The changing room wardrobe, props, backdrops, lighting set ups and the immaculate attention to detail was incredible. I was made to feel very welcomed by you and your lovely wife. The group were a lovely bunch and offered some great feedback on poses and styles, not to mention some incredible images.

I had a thoroughly fun time: possibly one of the most enjoyable studio events I have ever attended. Thank you so very much, I cant recommend the studio enough and I will return at the drop off a (bowler) hat if you are ever in need of a model again!

It was my first visit to David's studio as he booked me in for one of his evening group shoots.

I wasn't really sure what I should expect from the evening, but I have read his references and saw that David regularly organises those so I was excited to be invited. He paid the deposit and I was waiting on further instructions for the day.

And I wasn't wrong - Dave is definitely a great entertainer ;), very welcoming, he knows studio light very well and has plenty of the props and sets to play with.

I do wish he told me to bring my ballet shoes along because it would have been great to get some sets done - but maybe next time (if you will have me back haha).

I joined David on one of his group shoots held at his studio. I must admit I’m not a fan of group shoots having done one previously but what a difference! The atmosphere was relaxed and I met a great set of other photographers.

David has secured a great model and was on hand to change sets and lighting throughout the evening.

Plenty of refreshments free flowing meant that energy for the evening was easily sustained.

David ran a few test shots and gave great advice on settings along with help and guidance where required.

My thoughts about group shoots has been totally transformed and I will certainly be back for more.
