I worked at Kempston Studio for the first time yesterday and I can definitely recommend.

The studio itself was very well equipped with props, accessories, safety pins etc, everything a model could need including heating!!

Andy was incredibly welcoming and professional so I was at ease throughout my shoots. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to lighting set ups and was always on hand with refreshments. Andy was also a great DJ making for an upbeat atmosphere.

I am very much looking forward to coming back to Kempston for my studio day, including shooting with Andy himself.

Cracking studio. Plenty of room set's, back drops to chose from & props. Good lighting equipment. Andy was on hand to help change things around & different lighting set up's.

I had a modelling shoot today with my photographer Alan Mackenzie at Kempston Studios. What an ideal space to create from. Andy was incredible with his creative input, warmth and guidance too. It was such a lovely space to shoot in and the whole day was easeful and fun. I would highly recommend this space to shoot in and Andy for his knowledge and expertise also.

I shot at this studio today for the first time today, having booked a session with Yohoi K.

Andy was welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how versatile a space he'd managed to create, showing me the range of options available, only a handful of which I had the time to explore. He had a well stocked arsenal of lighting equipment, props, furniture and model clothing/outfits which meant we could quickly find suitable items for the different scenarios I had in mind.

After discussing my lighting and staging ideas together at the start, he was very quick with setting up the equipment and space according to my plans. While he was happy to leave Yohoi and I in peace to get on with the shoot, it was great to know he was always on hand to help with modifications, advice, and the occasional humorous change of background music to suit the mood!

I'd have no problem recommending Andy and his studio to other photographers, and would be happy to return there again for more shoots in the future.

This was my second studio day at Kempston and as expected it was fab.

Andy is a fabulous host - always providing drinks and keeping me fed.

The studio has gorgeous sets and I always come away with fab images.

My first time at Kempston Studio and I'm sure it won't be my last! Andy was friendly and welcoming, introduced me to all the studio has to offer and made sure I always had a cup of tea. The studio itself has so many opportunities for different styles, but all within a manageable space that is also warm enough for the model!

Andy was always willing to move things around when I wanted to shoot in one area or another, and had advice on lighting and angles to help me get the most of the space. All in all, I was very impressed and can't wait to shoot here again!

What an amazing space with so many different set up's and varied lighting to shoot. The only limitation here is the extent of your own imagination

The owner Andy is an excellent host and was on hand to offer advice and create new sets. Nothing was too much trouble and he makes a great cup of coffee

Well I've now had the pleasure of working at this diverse space on many occasions now and every time has been absolutely fantastic!

Firstly Andy the studio owner is a absolute fabulous host!, Nothing is too much trouble for him :-)

For Models, You have access to amazing facilities, your own private room/changing room dressing gown, styling and all the little things that make working at a studio even more comfortable to work in :-)

The space itself is superb! You could be there for a full weekend and still not shoot everywhere! Beautiful finishes/decor/sets and features make for special imagery.

I felt warm, safe, looked after and creative.. As a model I can't ask for anything more. :-)

Very highly reccomnded to all models and photographers

It is no secret that I absolutely LOVE IT here...

Shooting here is one of my favourite places to shoot at...

I have been here sooooooooo many times now...

Andy is incredibly good fun and always making sure that I am comfortable with the other photographers...

You can tell Andy really enjoys what he does and the enthusiasm just doesn't go away...He is still as helpful as he was when I did my first studio day here...

Always goes the extra mile to help out and even fixed my IPhone for me...

If you haven't been here yet, you really are missing out...

The studio itself is fantastic with loads of different backdrops and every time I come there are new set ups (but still the option of the old setups)...

I had my second shoot at Kempston Studio yesterday, just two weeks after my first shoot there.

The studio has some lovely sets and props, with enough flexibility that we didn't have time to use all of them during a four hour shoot. Andy is always on hand to setup lights and offer advice if required.

Thoroughly enjoyed the four hour shoot and I hope to have many more shoots at this studio.

I had my second photo shoot at Kempston Studio today.

I was warmly greeted upon arrival, a lovely hot cup of tea was offered, the studio was warm, the sets are just awesome, lots of great props & furniture and the lighting is truly excellent.

Andy was immensely helpful and offered me lots of hints & tips regarding my photography to get the best shots.

The transition from set-to-set was great, and nothing was too much trouble.

I got the chance of shooting some truly extraordinary portrait head shots, which I have never done before, but always wanted to have a go at, to which, Andy talked through and explained the whole process with me regarding the lights, filters, angles, reflectors and the affect upon the model being photographed (Amy Green, who aced the photos and looked stunning).

Andy's input & guidance was invaluable, I couldn't of achieved the awesome photos without him.

I would happily recommend the studio to anyone, and I am very much looking forward to shooting there again soon.

I made my first visit to Kempston Studio to shoot Chloe T. Andy was a very welcoming host, giving me a full rundown of the studio's many - often ingenious - features and was at hand throughout the shoot to help with setting lighting and sets when requested. Looking forward to visiting again for future shoots!

This was my first time shooting at Kempston studio with the lovely Chloe. Andy welcomed me like we where old mates and I felt completely relaxed with him, Andy helped me setting up the lights and gave me guidance on camera settings, the great thing about Andy's place is the help Andy gives you in setting up scenes to your liking which was great. Would not hesitate to shoot at Andy's again, Plus he makes you lots of coffee.

I had a great shoot at Kempston Studio with the wonderful Chloe Toy. As before, Andy was super helpful and it was a pleasure to do the shoot. The studio is well equipped and, no question, it is a great place to shoot. So many thanks Andy and I expect I shall be back at your studio soon.

So I had a two days at this studio for studio days which went very well all thanks to the lovely studio owner Andy! He organised everything, all I had to do was turn up! And what a joy it was Andy keeps the studio nice and warm, very good maker of tea (even got in oak milk/drink for me) and was pleasantly surprised that when lunchtime came around was also bought food from the local cafe, along with this found Andy a very helpful and chatty studio owner who was more then happy to help togs set up and respectful to all who were using the studio

I can’t wait to go back for more studio days and will probably hire it myself for my own photography projects very soon

Highly recommend if you didn’t already know that !
