Katie attended so many photo shoots I arrange with my partner Lawrence homewood , she’s a very good make up artist her time keeping is excellent and she brings so many gears and latest make up products. I strongly recommend Katie to any model or photographer whom after a professional hair and make up.

Katie came to the Christmas theme shoot at Churstons. She turned up exactly on time and was extremely well organised. She is friendly, professional and respectful. She has loads of kit and is able to produce fantastic effects. I highly recommend her and look forward to working with her is the future.

Katie came to my model and photography day at my home studio and did the make up for both Sooze and sarah first thing in the morning.... 7.30am start. katie is always friendly and brings loads of make up and accessories and gets on really well with everyone there. Thanks to Katie we managed to start ahead of time and all got some wonderful photos. thank you Katie

I have worked with Katie on a number of shoots now. She is super reliable and very professional. She works quickly and her hair and make up skills are excellent. She is very flexible with ideas for looks and will give advice on what look would be better. She is very open to trying new creative ideas out. I would recommend her to any model at any level. I booked Katie for a mini shoot held at Kitsch Studio in Godstone. The shoot had 3 models and 2 Photographer’s. Our shoot had been planned and had to reschedule. Katie was so understanding and kept in contact about the rules. Katie arrived early and worked on all models at the shoot her self. She created a black swan look for me with a gorgeous up-do and then afterwards changed everything into something of a Viking. Katie was enthusiastic, friendly, chatty and very easy to work with. We will definitely be inviting her back and recommend her to anyone else. She was a dream to work with and just such a lovely person to meet.

Katie was recommended by a local photographer and studio for a shoot I had planned and I'm so glad they did.

Katie is lovely to work with creating two separate looks quickly and efficiently whilst still producing high quality results, both the model and myself were delighted and I just hope my photos do them justice :)

I worked with Katie and Darren Sealy on some ideas I'd been kicking around for some months. I wanted someone who would bring something to the shoot beyond just reproducing what I'd asked for and Katie was great, adding her twists and happy to work as a team. Just what I wanted. Despite my fussing over detail, nothing was a hassle for her, correcting and retouching as our ideas flowed.

Her pre-day communications were excellent, she's a lovely lass, a pleasure to work with and one I will look to work with in the future.

Katie was such a sweetheart! We booked to work together in conjunction with Paul Good to create some sorceress shots. Katie had great pre-coms with lots of ideas, and was perfectely ontime and ready on the day. We worked on a few natural styles together first which were beautiful, and then a much more adventerous look for the costume finale. Katie showed all looks spectacularly, as well as being a hugely helpful super star stylist on the day when we had some interesting body tape and skirt designs to work with! I did a Halloween based shoot a couple of weeks ago that involved katie.

She made the most amazing prosthetic heart for the shoot, that looked so real.

Not only did she make the heart, but she came along to the shoot in order to 'dress' it correctly with copious amounts of fake blood.

The shoot took several hours to complete, and involved the whole team shooting into complete darkness in a remote (and scary location), but katie was a real trooper, and helped out continuously throughout the shoot.

I was blown away by her skills, and would not hesitate on working with her again on future shoots.

I had the good fortune to work with Katie Johnson again at a shoot at a Manor House with the beautiful Lulu Lockhart. Katie's Make up and Hair styling was excellent covering three themes of Queen Guinevere/Lady of Shallot, Art Deco and Steam Punk. Katie is very professional, arrived very promptly, and carried out hair styling and make-up for all three themes to perfection. The results looked stunning and we created some great images. Katie is also a very lovely person, very easy to get along with and chat with and expert in working to the brief at short notice. Very Highly recommended to all photographers. Katie came to do makup for me on my underwater shoot yesterday, she produced a great selection of looks and effects that worked very well underwater. Very highly recommended and would work with her again at any time.

I was lucky enough to have Katie doing my hair and makeup this weekend for a Portrait X shoot entitled 'arachnophobia'.

Katie was very professional, friendly and told me what she was doing as she went along (this is, of course, essential when things are coming towards your eyes). She is clearly very talented at what she does and has a great artist flare and endless creativity. I also noticed that she is very gentle and hygienic with her work.

Katie had some images given to her to use as inspiration for my hair and makeup look but really did use her imagination to achieve a spectacular result which fitted the shoot theme to perfection. I found this really impressive and cannot wait to work with her again!
