This was my first shoot with Katie and definitely not my last.

What a wonderful and lovely girl she is. Her poses come naturally and don't need any directions. Had a fun and relaxed shoot with laughter and chatting. Would highly recommend her to any photographer 100%.

Shoot numero deux with Katie. Everything I said last time applies in spades. She looks great, is a lot of fun to work with - one of those models who looks cool as a cucumber in front of the lens but spends her time smiling and laughing when the camera goes down.

Katie has a super face, a fab figure and fantastic mane of hair. I'm a big fan of long hair, and I've made it my mission to persuade her to make her hair feature even more in her photos, this time we spent time in fits of laughter if we decided her hair would do one thing and her hair thought otherwise.

I'm very pleased with the images, and plan on dragging Katie back sometime in the spring. Thanks for coming Katie.

Had my first shoot with Katie at Pan's place last Tuesday and thoroughly enjoyed working with her. Although quiet, she is a lovely girl and easy to get on with - we had a good laugh. She takes direction very well and has suggestions of her own which makes it very easy for the photographer. What a great model, very impressive communication - we spoke about the shoot and styling before the day. Katie arrived with an great set of item to wear. We had a great chat and discussed the shoot before starting off. Katie took direction really well as we had some quite impressive shots to capture. We worked with a mood board for inspiration then found working together seeing images tethered on screen a real help to "get that shot!" Katie is very light-hearted and funny, it was a delight to work with her. She can turn "IT" on for the camera and that shows in the images captured. Thanks Katie - we will shoot again soon I trust. Pan

I logged in this morning to write a reference for Katie, following our enjoyable and highly productive shoot yesterday. I read her previous reference, written by 'An Eye for Beauty' and found I was agreeing with everything he had said, to the extent that it was difficult to write my own without using the same language and noting the same qualities.

I shall, therefore, simply endorse everything Graham has said - Katie's communications are prompt and efficient; she is very pretty, has an excellent figure and is polite and cooperative; although initially quiet and reserved, Katie became increasingly chatty and relaxed as the shoot developed.

I have booked Katie to model for a studio day at my home studio, and shall certainly be arranging a further shoot with her in the new year.

I'd thoroughly recommend Katie.

An Eye for Beauty

A couple of months ago I spotted a portrait of a very pretty girl which had just received an FPI - the model was Katie Cooper. Almost immediately I invited her for a shoot at Inspire Studios, which was not too far to travel. She was excellent and responsive in our correspondence before the shoot; and when she turned up (on time) I knew I had made a good decision. Katie may not have been modelling for very long, and clearly she will get better; but I could tell her confidence was really growing and she was up for new ideas. A very polite and cooperative young lady, I could see her enthusiasm growing across the three hours and she became more and more chatty.

My first impression of her looks was born out. Lovely mid brown hair with a touch of chestnut, fair skin with freckles, high cheek bones, shining eyes and a very good complexion. Katie did not apply much makeup and she didn't need to - a completely natural look which I like. And her figure is excellent.

Of course I knew in advance of the shoot that she has quite a lot of body art - something I am not keen on - but I decided to embrace it. There were some portait and fashion shots where this was not visible anyway, but as she has such a good figure I decided also to do some nude work and celebrate the pictorial element.

Katie was a delightful person to work with and I thoroughly enjoyed our time together. Be assured, Katie, we will shoot again in 2023!

A second shoot with the superb Katie Cooper. This time a duo in the New Forest with another local model.

As before she was fantastic to work with and although one of only a few duo shoots she's done she was very comfortable getting nice and close to Lioness, her partner in crime for the day and we got some very natural images and some great video as a result.

The type of model you just want to work with again...and again...and again!

I had a wonderful shoot with Katie yesterday. It was a her first remote shoot and although it was much different from what she was used to (I am in Chicago and she in the UK) it went very well. We were talking throughout and she was wonderful. She is willing to try new things and it was so much fun with her. I totally recommend Katie and am sure to shoot again with her.

Tricks of Six

Like many photographers already, I saw the shots Katie was already achieving and heard the glowing reviews from others, and so I arranged a shoot with her on one of the few days she wasn't already booked!

Pre-comms with her were great, I put together a moodboard so she had an idea what style of sets we'd go for. When shoot day arrived, she kept me informed as she travelled over, arrived on time, and with a great selection of outfits to suit the moodboard.

The shoot went great, Katie is very down-to-Earth and easy to get along with, and as others say, she's able to achieve great looks effortlessly. As such the time flew by, and I've got a great array of shots from it.

I'd highly recommend Katie!

I rarely work with newer models, but it was obvious from the images already on her portfolio that Katie has that special something. She made arranging the shoot very easy, was happy to drive a couple of hours to me, and was a lot of fun to work and chat with over the course of a pretty relaxed six-hour shoot. She's very modest about her skills and appearance, but is already terrific to work with and is only going to get better and better. Highly recommended.

Even though Katie had not been modelling long, she is exceptional!. Katie is simply a natural who poses and models like it was second nature to her. She has already achieved such talented images however her potential is so high.

Pre coms were good, exchanging ideas, discussing levels and I could tell that we were going to get on. She came with a large amount of outfits to suit our plan. Her attitude is professional yet friendly. I found it so easy to be comfortable and to work with her.

Katie has a stunning look with a spectacular figure to suit so many styles especially art nude.

I highly recommend her and would love to work with her again.

I was preparing the studio when I heard a friendly 'Hello' coming from the doorway. One look at Katie told me that this shoot was going to be a winner.

Katiecooper had responded to a casting call for my umpteenth B/G duo shoot with the iconic Joshenton.

The first thing to say about Katie is that she is a lovely friendly person who works hard to get the images. The second is that Katie has a perfectly groomed and beautifully slim physique that works particularly well in an art-nude context. The third is that our images - the final arbiter in any assessment are quite exceptional.

I will definitely want to work with this exceptional model again and have absolutely no doubt she is going to grow rapidly in popularity on PurplePort.

A great first shoot with Katie. Lovely personality and she relaxed really quickly and we got on really well during six hours in the New Forest and on the south coast.

It was warm and muggy, but she was always full of energy...provided she had the occasional 'snack break'...and she brought the outfits I requested.

She naturally falls into poses with little direction (and isn't too proud to admit she doesn't quite know how she does it), but when she pulls off what I coined as 'the look' she is quite simply stunning and suits many genres of photography.

Her rates are extremely good value for what she brings to a shoot, so my advice would be to get in their quick if you want to work with her!

So, a really fun shoot, and I'm looking forward to a second shoot we have booking in for next month.

Into Darkness

Katie says that she's not been doing the modelling thing for very long and that really does not come through on shoots. This inaccuracy, however, is literally the only fault I can find with working with her.

Out-freaking-standing model who is an absolute natural at this thing. Really enjoyed the shoot, excellent images, absolute delight can't wait for the next one!

What a splendid lady. I noticed Katie's portfolio not long after she joined, and besides thinking she looked great, I was impressed at how busy her diary was from day 1. We arranged a shoot on close enough the first date we were both free - today.

I now know why her diary is so full. It's clear from her images Katie looks great. Her comms were great; polite, enthusiastic, honest, and very down to earth.

Today the rains returned to Maidenhead with avengance, putting paid to any location ideas. So we rejigged our plans. In person Katie looks super, for someone so new to modelling she models really well and is very receptive to direction. On top of that, she's a lot of fun to work with, which makes her a winner in my book.

I'm delighted with the raw images from our shoot, and have already tried to convince Katie she really needs another visit to (not so) sunny Maidenhead to do some of the stuff we'd discussed that we couldn't do today.

Very much recommended. Someone with a great future in modelling if she so chooses. Thanks for coming today Katie. See you soon :-)

Had a great shoot with Katie. Her pre shoot comms were perfect and it was easy to pin down the work we both wanted to capture. She was punctual and absolutely made up and ready to go.
