Second shoot with Kate, this time a colour explosion workshop organised at Kempston Studio. Once again Kate proved to be brilliant to work with, constantly engaged to get the shot and working either solo or along with Sophia Gray (also booked on the workshop) posing expertly. Overall very impressed with her style and commitment and as such I have booked a one to one shoot with her in August....highly recommended....

It was an absolute delight to work with Kate for the first time, at Fareham Studio. Friendly, easy going, fabulous poses and brimming with creative ideas to get some great images. Her choice of outfits were perfect for the proposed sets and the two hours flew by effortlessly. Kate contacted me to advise that she had a spare time slot at Fareham Studio - the following day. We had tried previously to arrange a shoot, but for one reason or another, it never happened, so I was delighted to book in with her. I subsequently discovered there was more time available, so contacted a good fiend of mine and he added another hour onto his shoot. Making the day really worthwhile for Kate.

I did the first session at the studio and found Kate to be a really lovely, warm person. We chatted throughout the shoot like old friends and I find this to be an important part of shooting, as far as I am concerned.

We went through several genres from fashion to fine art implied nude. I provided a moodboard which Kate liked and she was receptive to my ideas.

I am also grateful to Kate for trying something outside of her comfort zone, with a dark and moody lighting set. Sinopa Rin was on hand to set up the lighting and Kate was absolutely brilliant, she also loved the results.

I am so pleased and grateful that Kate got in touch with me. We had a memorable shoot and created a whole stack of beautiful images, so I am delighted with that.

Would I shoot with her again - of course. Kate comes very highly recommended by me.

I had the pleasure of working with Kate Star for the first time 1-2-1 at the Shapeshifter studio in Warrington. Pre shoot comms were perfect (professional, very organised, prompt, and informative). Kate travelled a very long distance on the day and had many typical travels north on a Friday challenges but kept me posted all the way ensuring plans could be tweaked accordingly. Kate came very well prepared with a super selection of outfits and accessories that fitted her style and my requests perfectly.

Kate is such a lovely chilled and easy going person with so much talent, creativeness, and passion about her craft. It was such a chilled and relaxed shoot as if we had worked together many times before. Throughout the shoot Kate was full of positive ‘can do’ energy putting 110% effort into every shot. Kate not only poses effortlessly, but she has an amazing eye for the fine details ensuring she brings any look or concept to life with an amazing Wow factor.

If you are lucky enough to work with this fantastic young lady, then you’re in for an amazing shoot. Totally recommended.

I was looking to try out a studio new to me, and I was very lucky to discover the enthusiastic Kate was the local resident model. So a quick message to Kate and studio owner Andy of Kempston Studio and a half day booking was made to try out the facilities.

Kate was fun, enthusiastic, and brought her own ideas and style into play. A great days photography and a set of images produced we are all proud of.

Kate was thoroughly prepared, communications have been great. Kate has great skin and her makeup was immaculate.

Worked really well to get the desired results, takes direction but also contributed when needed. Confident posing and really wanted to achieve the best results.

A really bright, friendly and awesome model to work with, the time just flew by. I could easily have spent many more hours shooting.

Had my first shoot with Kate today, on a very quickly arranged shoot all the pre comms were great and only had a basic idea of what we were going to shoot, but we filled the 4 hours and covered several sets. Kate is very professional, friendly and hard working will be working again with Kate with more ideas and concept, can highly recommend working with her if you get a chance.
