Karen recently attended my shoot event, The Alternative Mansion. Her pre-shoot comms were great. She was enthusiastic on the day, worked well with the other photographers and the models, got involved and was a pleasure to have on the team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to models and more than welcome back at any future events of mine x

Karen and I met face to face over a coffee to discuss doing a shoot with me as the model. We set a date and exchanged ideas for the shoot and agreed to do some cosplay images. On the day Karen arrived bang on time and we set to work she had bought a pirate backdrop which I put up and we experimented with the lights and flash. Karen was very patient with me as being my first shoot of this sort I was initially self-conscious

But we soon warmed up and the ideas and innovations flowed and blended. It taught me a lot about modelling and I hope I can now be more empathic as a tog? I loved the images I have seen on camera and the few edits I have are brilliant, Karen worked some magic and even made my pistols smoke. I loved working with Karen, she was full of ideas and directed well with out being bossy..!

I enjoyed the shoot which sadly was soon over. I appreciate Karen taking the time to come to me, despite her busy schedule. I thoroughly recommend her.

Another great shoot with Karen at guys cliff house today, even though it was freezing and we were shooting outdoors Karen still managed to get round the venue and get some amazing pics. I’m looking forward to the next shoot

Karen has been here a few times now and each visit has been well planned with excellent pre-booking communications.

She is very enthusiastic with her photography and she enjoys every shoot. She is bubbly and fun behind and away from the camera and all the models I have seen her work with have enjoyed every minute.

We would highly recommend her to any studio or model.

Worked with Karen on a location group shoot this evening, what a lovely lady great fun she made me feel relaxed and comfortable, she had great ideas for images and gave some great direction to get the shot she was looking for. Can't wait to work with Karen again in the future

I have been on 2 shoots with Karen Smalley Photography. The first was a Goth/Steampunk shoot. She is a lovely person to work with, so full of energy and her keeness with taking photos is wonderful. Always happy to work with her . The 2nd shoot last weekend Sunday 4th , this time i was purely there as an MUA. Karens total professionalism doesn't affect her enthusiasm or enjoyment of her work.

I had a shoot with Karen at mick paytons studio for a group shoot last Wednesday.

Karen got stuck into the shoot and started giving great direction and thinking out the box to get some images that where different from the other photographers.

This was Karens first shoot and you really wouldn't be able to tell at all.

Karens bubbly, friendly and I would definitely recommend :)
