This was actually a snowy day in the midlands!

We walked up to these metal beams going across the river (well stream really!). Maybe it used to be a bridge once upon a time.

I know exactly what Amy is going to ask.... "do you think you could go and sit in the middle of them?"

Of course! It's not very high. I did take in mind that it's wet and probably slippery but it was quite easy getting myself in position.

Getting up and balancing myself to stand up again though was a little harder on a wet thin beam! But I managed it!
