I had my first shoot with Ivy this week and she was great! Good comms beforehand, very organised, and she brought a great varied selection of outfits to our outdoor shoot that she was able to change between on location. She was fun to work with, confident posing, and we got some great shots! Would highly recommend!

Into Darkness

Ivy's excellent. This one was supposed to be done earlier in the year, but I'm getting much older than my age would suggest and things have been breaking down left right and centre. Ivy understood this, came up with alternative arrangements, and was ever so patient.

On shoot, absolutely outstanding as was the last time, crazy well prepared, genuinely fun to work with and it felt as a great shoot should.

Processing the results after I get back from yet another work weekend away, but even back of camera were outstanding.

Can't wait for the next!

Today was my first shoot with Ivy.

We arranged the shoot a few weeks prior and communication with Ivy has been excellent throughout.

Ivy brought along an excellent selection of outfits and arrived to the shoot on time and even shared her location with an arrival ETA which made meeting up for the shoot seamless.

Ivy is a wonderful person to shoot with and is easy to get along with and has some excellent poses and ideas. Together we got some super images.

I very much enjoyed shooting with Ivy and I am already looking forward to our next shoot in a couple of months time.

I highly recommend booking a shoot with Ivy. You won’t be disappointed.

Had an awesome first shoot with Ivy today in response to a casting call I had put up some time ago. Everything from our first messages to shooting was professional and the shoot itself went flawlessly.

Ivy showed up on time with a bag full of outfits and props, actually more options to choose from than we could fit into one shoot. I found Ivy to be very confident in front of a camera and has a natural ability to strike poses that suit to the theme and environment.

Overall, a highly motivated and talented model all round.

Another fab shoot with Ivy.

I suggested a steampunk style shoot over messenger, Ivy was so full of energy to create the look, she sourced the outfits and created amazing styling based on some mood boards I had shared.

She always brings a selection of outfits so we can change things up a bit, she is full of energy and has her own ideas as well as listening to what the photographer wants.

She's an absolute dream to work with and I couldn't recommend Ivy highly enough. I would definitely work with her again.

Had another fantastic shoot with Ivy today.

Pre shoot comms were as for our first shoot brilliant and as requested she had brought all the outfits that I had asked for.

As before Ivy was wonderful to work with, she worked hard to get the shots I wanted. Time flew by and again we constantly chatted throughout the shoot which always is always good.

Good communication before the shoot, with choices of different outfits and backdrops to enable us both to get the best from the session. Always arrives early and ready to go, costume changes are quick but always on point with the outfits.

Lovely first shoot with Ivy. We settled on a cosplay shoot and all her costumes were great and her make-up on par. She followed instruction well and self posed with ease being able to change from serious to silly as needed. Loved every moment with her and looking forward to working with her again.

My second shoot with Ivy. Our first was good, this one was better still: scared my abilities will not rise quickly enough for our next shoot :). Ivy and Pri shot a duo with me at Neon Dreams studio and we worked through lots of ideas using gels and some of the multiple outfits they brought along. Ivy was brilliant at both modelling and coming up with poses for her and Pri. Really, I should book her as my artistic director :). We already have another shoot booked discussing a fourth. I see a bright future ahead in modelling for Ivy. She'll probably need as agent err long!

Started chatting to Ivy a few months back about an outside shoot when the weather improved. Got onboard with my ideas and we chatted about some variations.

Shot today and the sun was out, but still a bit chilly. She had lots of outfits including the items we spoke about.

So easy to get along with and the two hours flew by. We got 3 looks in several different locations and I'm really pleased with the results. Some cracking looking images waiting to be edited.

Ivy was happy and able to pose smoothly without too much macerena so we were able to work on an idea and get it just right. Blown away with the concentration she gives her trade.

We are already talking about our next shoot(s) when the weather improves.

Highly recommended, if you want a great model who is also a so much fun to shoot too and guaranteed good results. FOYB :)

Amazeballs

Ivy is amazeballs!

Upon first spotting Ivy’s work it was her cosplay - the make-up, the expressiveness, the outfits they all stood out. I made a mental note to enquire if I was close enough to see if she’d like to work together. Serendipity: suddenly Ivy was casting in an area I could get to… I applied.

Ivy’s communication is outstanding. She initiated a phone call excellent idea as we hadn’t met before and talking with her I was confident we’d shoot well together. We agreed some cosplays and I arranged a location.

Ivy arrived with a smorgasbord of outfit variations for the four sets we had in mind and I offered some props and ideas I’d come with. Our work space was modest but it was great for natural light.

First up the Joker variations. Immediately Ivy impressed me with her make up, styling and suggestions. Ivy needed no direction – her expressiveness and poise impressed and amused – usually I’m inadvertently a source of entertainment on shoots but I marvelled at Ivy’s brilliant and hilarious cosplaying and tried to capture some of her mad genius.

It was a joy shooting Ivy as “geek crush” Joker, “batshit mental” Joker and “undead” Joker. I didn’t want to repeat for her or myself her brilliant work with others on this character and she proved she can vary this icon brilliantly. I could have shot her for hours and hours inhabiting multiverse Jokers.

But with time soaring because we were having great fun, we moved on. Next up: Skeleton.

Again, super make up and outfit and Ivy took to being expressing with poise both menacing and cool with aplomb.

We became aware that we’d only have time for a third outfit so we agreed on Jessica Rabbit. Ivy took me back to having a teenage crush on a cartoon(!) with her portrayal. Once again, Ivy nailed poise, expression, outfit and make up.

We reviewed back of camera throughout and I am excited to work on and make some nice problem to have choices as soon as time allows as it looks like we smashed all three sets.

Ivy is a joy to work with, personable, fun and a mistress of cosplay and I’d be delighted to work with Ivy again and again.

Working with Ivy for the first time was a real pleasure. Although she is new to modelling she is cool, calm and confident.

Pre-comms we're a breeze and we were both on the same page very quickly. The shoot we had planned didn't allow us much time to shoot but Ivy came on time and ready to go.

Ivy is proactive and gets herself into the scene easily, has lots of her own ideas and also takes direction really well when needed.

Highly recommended.

Into Darkness

What can be said about this one apart from absolutely excellent?

Communications perfect, genuine pleasure to work with and full of personality. Literally got an excellent shot from first press of the shutter. This was all from a very impromptu "I've got some time free" thing and there was a plan in place within minutes.

Attention to detail with outfits is something else. Like, I was actually a little creeped out by the makeup and the red eye - and I'm not easily creeped out by such things!

Can't wait for the next shoot!
