With 1300+ positive references to her name I cannot possibly add anything that hasn't already been said before, so I'll just make my own observations. Suffice to say the shoot with Helen (my first with her) was very enjoyable and very productive. She is a pleasure to work with, being a lively bundle of energy and fun chat, allied to vast experience in posing and selecting outfits. All this adds up to plenty of good looking images and the very welcome problem of picking the keepers from a large pool of possibles.

We did have a minor communications glitch before the shoot but that was easily sorted out and Helen turned up with her massive gold suitcase, only slightly delayed by the M4 traffic. I had created a shoot plan which we adapted as we went along. So after 4 sets, 4 wigs and several costume changes - some planned and others as the mood took us - 4 hours just flew by. It only seemed like 5 minutes after she had arrived that I was loading that gold suitcase back into the boot of her car. Of course I would recommend her without any hesitation to all.

Helen ticks all the boxes and if really fun to work with and always a laugh. She dos here hair to a very hie standard and has access to a good selection of wigs. Also, I can’t fault here skills in doing here own make up.

It is so refreshing to photograph a model that’s needs no direction and will produce the results each time you take a photo. Helen comes with a big and heavy case full of great things to wear, I just wish she would come to Wales more often. I would recommend here to any photographer who is looking for a top model and I can guaranty you will get some smashing images.

Visited Helen at her home studio for a workshop. Everything was set up ready and received a warm welcome.

Helen was a joy to work with, plenty of laughs and friendly banter during the shoot which made for a relaxed and entertaining evening, sadly the time went way too quickly. Going through the shots now and really pleased with them.

I had a really great time joining Helen for one of her workshops at here home studio. Everything was organised flawlessly. There had obviously been a lot of thought put into the different setups we shot on the night and the refreshments were spot on.

Helen was absolutely lovely to work with, totally natural in front of the camera and with a hugely positive energy that can't help but inspire you. I was really happy with the shots we got and would love to work with Helen again in the future.

I had a really enjoyable shoot with Helen yesterday. Bubbly and chatty she is she is great fun to work with as well as being an intelligent and thoughtful woman so our session simply sped along. Her great personality and sense of humour added to the whole day. She is also a natural model, with natural poses, and willing to try new ideas or genres based on some of the experimental work of artists such as Vanessa Beecroft.

We shot in her home studio, which is well equipped and laid out for artistic work. I plan to work with her again soon!

Yesterday I had another epic photo shoot with Helen. My third in three months. Not sure how many images we have yet but from the back of the camera we were both pleased. Helen is an absolute joy to work with full of fun, free flowing coffee and mince pies and poses like no other I’ve met. And as everyone must surely know by now, beautiful with it.

My style is very low key from Helen’s usual shoots but she took this old duffer in hand and together we tried out some bodyscapes, then dived into her shower for some oil and water and lots of bath foam.

We both have the same weird sense of humour so lots of laughter echoed from the bathroom, (what did the neighbours think?)

Once the steam had cleared and Helen had dried off, more mince pies were consumed and she even packed a couple as a takeaway for ‘er indoors.

Thank you Helen. Going to have to do all this again soon.

I was lucky enough to be able to shoot with Helen for a couple of hours at her studio day at The Cottage Studio (photo39). We'd never worked together before but after a few minutes you'd never have known it. The two hours we had went past in a flash and the results are fantastic. What an amazing personality, what an amazing model, what an amazing time. Looking forward to the next time Helen is down this way

Over the years, you think you know someone [images tell a story]… even if you’ve never worked with them before. But, the one thing I had no idea about, was that all these beautiful posses, elegant movements and classic looks come with an unfathomable sense of fun. Fun and mayhem.

I was so fortunate to win a wonderful day shooting with Helen in her home studio. I had worked with Helen on a previous occasion earlier in the summer and so I was already aware of what an amazing model and delightful person she is to work with :) Helen and her partner are excellent hosts and they provided accommodation, drinks, and home cooked food too and so the whole day was a wonderful experience :)

Top model, wonderful personality, highly recommended to all :)

Helen and her partner Roger hosted me on my annual tour of the area (which I literally plan around their Christmas party haha) and as always looked after me incredibly well! Helen is a fabulous host and great company too! I always look forward to catching up :)

This time round I got to do an impromptu shoot with her in her new studio space too! She is a fantastic model, her makeup is flawless, her wardrobe is to die for and she is incredibly photogenic! I could not recommend her more highly and I cannot wait for our adventures next year :D

If you haven’t already also check out her Iceland tours!! Super gutted I will be away next year and can’t join them but they are incredibly well ran and look utterly fantastic :)

Amazeballs

Fourth time working with Helen, this time in addition to her manifold modelling skills and infectious humour, also benefitting from collaborating at her home studio.

Helen provided agreeable styling and wardrobe, also effortlessly utilising a few props I brought along and we explored a few ideas.

Helen is always a joy to work with, there'll be laughter on the worthwhile journey to fabulous image results.

This was the third time that I have spent a day with Helen.

Her new home studio and lighting stands allowed me to develop a style during the day that was entirely different from my normal shoots.

Helen is very natural on front of the camera and poses effortlessly and quickly. I am delighted with the results and I am sure that we will work together again in the future.

As before she was on time. She is so great to work with , super fun and my delegates all loved her. She is great fun but also very professional and poses very well for the inexperienced photographers.

I can’t recommend her enough and will continue to use her for next years courses.
