This was my first shoot with Helen and it was enjoyable. Very easy to find the place and only a few minutes drive from the M4. We were able to use the house and her purpose built studio which meant we could try a variety of shots. She very kindly supplied coffee and we worked at a pace happy for both of us. I hope I can work with her again sometime.

My first time working with Helen which took place at her home post lockdown.

It is difficult to add anything to what others have said before, her demeanor and bubbly personality in conjuction with a utterly professional working ethos, ability and attidude made for a very enjoyable shoot.

I hope that I shall have the opportunity of working with this lovely lady in the not to distant future..thank you Helen.

Had a wonderful first post-lockdown shoot with Helen today. Pre-shoot comms were perfect and I knew I was visiting a consummate professional long before I arrived. We shot in Helen's spacious house, with sufficient natural light throughout to have no need of any artificial lights.

Helen's disarmingly friendly and fun manner meant that I was able to settle into the shoot very quickly, despite my nerves from having not shot for six months and having only started model photography five months before that! She was well prepared (and seemingly not put off at all by my black-masked and black-gloved appearance!), so I was able to try out more of the ideas on my moodboard than I had dared hope for.

Helen is tremendously energetic and highly inventive with her posing, requiring no direction from me. She loves to laugh but her infectiously high spirits don't interfere with her ability to be serious when required and we got some good shots today in spite of my limited and rusty talents.

I highly recommend Helen, as have many hundreds before me, and I look forward to more fun-filled times on future shoots with her :-)

This was one of those shoots delayed by the weirdest year ever! And it felt great to be shooting with Helen. She’s got a great set up in The Den studio which is versatile enough for several different sets in short order!

Helen’s modeling skills were immediately back to top notch - even if I did throw a couple of costume curve balls at her :-)

A lot of fun conversation and laughter throughout - and ultimately I was delighted with the images.

Pre Comms were excellent we agreed on a theme and to shoot in her spacious home.

Helen was made up ready to go, she poses freely producing loads of great images, full of life and laughter.

I had an excellent shoot with Helen yesterday, at her home studio. Helen and her partner made me very welcome, and we had good discussions before commencing the shoot.

Helen has a delightful personality and is a pleasure to work with. She is also very chatty, and we shared many anecdotes and laughs througout the shoot.

Decadent Images

Helen is one of those models who I have known for quite some time but for some reason I had never got around to arranging a shoot with. When the opportunity presented itself at quite short notice, I was more than happy to be able to grab it with both hands!

The shoot was in the studio at Helen's home. It was the first studio shoot I've done in a little while and I was a bit rusty at first although soon got back in the saddle with a little help from her partner, Roger.

Helen's pre-shoot comms were excellent - she is a very friendly young woman and ensures that you have all of the information necessary. Her directions were spot on and I found her home with ease.

Helen is a versatile and very talented model. She is quick to understand a concept and takes direction well, whilst also being able to shoot without direction as well. The shoot got off to a good start with my being presented with a cup of tea on arrival! As well as being easy to work with, Helen is also great fun to chat with. We talked and had laughs and at the same time, as if by magic, got some great images!

I have only one regret about our shoot - I wish it hadn't taken me so long to get around to doing it!

Very highly recommended. Every photographer should have some Helen in his portfolio!

I have been meaning to shoot with Helen for a long time and when our diaries allowed we have at last shot. It was worth the wait! I was welcomed into her home and her home studio is an excellent space. We shot four sets and the images are superb - Helen is an absolute gem to work with and great fun. I do not need to recommend her, with her 1000 plus references, but to be sure I certainly do.

My second shoot with Helen on Sunday night. We shot at Studio Mexico. As always, she was good humoured and worked really hard giving me a lot of material to work on. Definitely recommended.

Recently had another great shoot with the awesomely lovely Helen. It was a whirlwind visit to my home studio as she had two more shoots to get through that day. However, we had plenty of time to get through my program of events as well as catch up and have a good chat and a laugh. Helen loves to chat and have a laugh! Although she was travelling half way around the M25 from Croydon to Watford she arrived spot on time, fresh as a daisy and ready to go. Helen is a real professional and just about every shot you take of her is good. For this shoot we did a bit of body projection for my next body projection book and some experimental work with a unique flying-V guitar and a smoke machine. I call this my Robert Palmer tribute shoot! :) Helen was superb and some excellent images were taken.

I was planning to make a meal for Helen at the end of the shoot but we overran a bit so didn't have time for that. However, after raiding my kitchen and fridge I made an important discovery .... she loves mini-baby Bels and Jaffa Cakes! Make a note. ;)

Helen is not only an excellent model but has now become a firm friend too. We have a similar weird and bizarre sense of humour. If you haven't yet had the chance to work with Helen (there can't be that many that haven't judging by the number of references she has) then get her booked. You won't regret it.

I first worked with Helen on her Icelandic Dreams trip last October and am now looking forward to joining her, Roger (her fiance) and the amazing Icelandic model Svala on another trip to Iceland at the end of April (coronavirus permitting!) I'm sure this will be as fantastic as the previous trip. :)

Definitely very highly recommended.

Shot with Helen at my home for the first time and she was a joy to work with, arriving early and being keen and eager to go right from the start.

Shooting with her is easy as she needs little direction, knowing instinctively which poses work best, thus leaving the photographer free to concentrate on getting the lighting just right.

brings her own personality to the shoot, is friendly, lively and is very laid back and down to earth.

The conversation was flowing throughout and we had a laugh.

perfectly comfortable in front of camera in the studio environment.

I would have no hesitation in shooting with her again or recommending her to other photographers/studios. 10/10,

I shot with Helen for the first time yesterday. Her pre-communication was excellent and she arrived with an extensive wardrobe. This provided plenty of options for different looks, although we shot mainly portrait, art nude and bodyscapes.

She was very patient as I tried out a new and relocated lighting set-up.

I’ve looked briefly at the raws and I’m hopeful of some good images.

Helen stayed over at my home, and was great company - with lively conversation and lots of inside information from her impressive experience of modelling work.

What can I say that I've not already said in my previous reviews? Helen is the beautiful crazy genius that I love to work with, she braved the wind rain hail and snow to get to us and put everything she had into the shoot. Thanks, Helen it was a blast as always.

Wow what a fabulous lady had my first shoot with Helen today certainly won't be the last , totally professional great laugh and we also put the world to rights ,Helen also has a very well equipped home studio which is highly recommended .

I booked Helen D for a three hour late afternoon early evening photo session.

We worked part of the time in the 'house' using available ambient light.

Part of the time in the 'studio' using some of studio lighting, space.

The three photo session was worth the amount I paid, by the results of such.

Helen D was a delight to work with, in regards poses, make up, clothes.
