From the moment I arrived at the studio I knew it was special and the warm welcome received by my photographer and Mark the owner was exactly that. The studio itself is fantastic but the grounds in which you can shoot are something else!! Fabulous place to shoot, create and make magic happen, thanks Mark for a providing a fabulous studio space!!

First shoot at Far Forest and what can I say?! Fantasy facilities, beautiful setting and an amazing 4 hour shoot.

Mark was really helpful and I’d love to shoot there before not too long.

I had a very good shoot with Jasmine Loretta at the Far Forest Studio. It is a good basic studio with lights & backdrops. The outside looks amazing, but we weren't able to shoot outside due to the weather - I hope to be back in the summer!

Visited Mark in his studio for a photoshoot with a model, Rose.

Mark set the lighting up and as it was my first shoot inside a studio he was on hand for any advice etc. the studio is a great place for portrait shoots, with awesome backdrops and lighting.

I've just enjoyed a fantastic morning at Far Forest and am arriving home with a big grin on my face. Since it was a drizzly February day my co-model and I opted to stay indoors in the warm, purpose built studio (no chilly garages here!) but what I saw of the outdoor facilities made me eager to come back and fully explore - from bracken banks to white deer passing through and even a waterfall, wow!

Onto the shoot itself and Mark is a delight to work with. Fun, friendly and someone who puts a model instantly at ease. I can see why he's my co-model's go to. We rattled through 3 hours in no time with ideas and shots flowing beautifully, and Mark's attention to lighting and getting the best from every frame never waning.

I'd be delighted to work with Mark and use Far Forest's excellent set up any time, and hope to be back really soon.

On Saturday, January 27th 2024 I had my first shoot at Far Forest Studio. Having been one of the studios I have wanted to work at for a while, it didn't disappoint. The owner Mark was helpful throughout the shoot, suggesting ideas for lighting and offering a helping hand throughout. The indoor space is impressive, with plenty of furniture, backdrop and lighting choices to choose from. However, the outdoors is particularly impressive, with several outdoor ideas we tried. I liked my time at Far Forest Studios, and I would hope to work there again in the future.

I have been to this studio a few times now.

The last 2 visits (another pending) have been with Mark, the studio owner himself.

Not only is he welcoming, he puts up with my back chat, but he listens to ideas, we brainstorm together, absolutely great communicator and an amazing photographer. Mark makes all the magic happen, I just turn up! So thank you very much and I can’t wait for next time :)

What can I say about Far Forest that isn’t just oh my gosh, I can’t wait to come back?

Had a duo studio day with Rosie Lea here and did some self portraits for an hour beforehand in the studio and throughly enjoyed myself! Only got to use the inside studio but will definitely be back to use the outside too (maybe when it’s a bit warmer unless I’m feeling brave!)

Mark is so lovely and accommodating!

Both him and the studio are highly recommended by me!

I have been shooting for many years but last week was the first time id shoot at Far forrest and id wish id shot there sooner!

There is so much space outside and the forrest is beautiful!

The studio is amazing and they really have though of everything! There is wifi, coffee and tea, sweets! A lovely dressing room,

slippers and dressing gowns! And there is so many cool set ups you can do at the studio!

I will deffo be back! :)

had a great ime shootin at the studio the whole family was very accommodating and even fed me dinner and made me teas! the accomodation is fab too and cosy as well as the studio and grounds being lovely to work in! I would recomend if you want to organise a studio day there as its a great location!

Highly recommend this venue. They have everything you need in terms of space, facilities and good lighting. The setting is beautiful and the owner is extremely helpful and insightful. I certainly hope to work from there again soon.

I had my first shoot at Far Forest Studio today and it is an amazing place. The outside space has lots of opportunity to get many different shots.

The studio is well equipped with lights back drops and props.

Mark is a nice friendly person and was very helpful on the day.

A nicely equipped studio and a marvellous, large area outside to shoot in.

The owner, Mark, strikes a nice balance between being available to help and out of the way when he is not needed.

I had such a lovely time working at the far forest studio, it’s now completely on my radar and I’m really hoping to have another chance to shoot at the studio again soon as I absolutely love the place. If you want a studio with an amazing outside space as well. This is your studio! This comes highly recommended by me.

Far Forest is a great studio location. Lots of props for the inside, and places to shoot outside. You really need to book Far Forest for a day to utilize all the facilities - you might actually need two days. Once you know the way there it's pretty easy to find - make sure you talk to Mark and come up the right road. Mark was very helpful throughout and was available whenever we needed him. I will definitely use Far Forest Studios again.
