I had the pleasure of having a shoot at the Far Forest Studio earlier on in the week. I’ve got to say that it is the best equipped studio that I have ever been in!!! I felt comfortable, at ease and well looked after during my time there. It also really helps that Mark is super down to earth and a genuinely really nice guy!! I can’t wait to return! :)

I was fortunate to have a shoot arranged by the photographer, Steve Mitchell at this wonderful studio, which is set in a beautiful wooded landscape. Mark is well organised and his studio has everything you require as a model and photographer available including the all important refreshments.

Mark strikes the right balance in being around and attending to your needs during the day but also allowing you to focus on the shoot, which is ideal.

I would highly recommend this studio and I hopefully will return in the Spring.

I've recently visited Far Forest studio with photographer J.S creative images.

Far forest is a fantastic studio space that has both indoor and outdoor photoshoot playgrounds. The outdoors is simply looking magical with the pond, waterfall and beautiful nature.

Also, the indoor part of the studio is fully equipped with everything a photographer and model needs. Also has a kitchen area for tea and coffee.

The owner was extremely helpful and nice :)

First time shooting at Fat Forest over the weekend and it definitely lives up to its reputation. Mark was great as a host, came in to check on the model and myself, made sure that all props where set up for use. Outside was absolutely beautiful.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to any photographer.

I ran my first THEMED event at Far Forest Studio.

I was greeted by the owner and stayed overnight in their motor home so I was there already for the shoot and due to travel strikes at that time, I also stayed during the evening after the event as there were no trains back the same day.

The studio is everything I could of envisioned for my event: beautiful, spacious forest, a lovely, stunning garden with a great sized pond, an indoor studio and many other wonders of which I didn’t use for my event- the graveyard set and the waterfall set, but I definitely would love to use them in the future at some point.

My event was successful and myself and all the photographers enjoyed creating and came away with some great images!

The photographers were all able to rearrange to a different date also, as the original date was announced only a week before to be a national rail strike, which inhibited me being able to get there.

I definitely will plan to be at this studio next year a few times, if they would have the pleasure of hosting other days again :D . Amazing location, lovely motorhome and great hospitality from the owner.

Mark was tolerant of wobbles in our timing (late on, I wondered if the hottest day ever was a good reason to shoot earlier than planned) and helpful as ever - he holds a mean gold reflector!

Relaxed and chatty, two hours at the studio stretched a bit as we sat around chatting afterwards.

And the studio is still unique in offering a large variety of locations, both indoor and out.

I had a great group shoot at Far forest stufio. It is located in a beautiful location and it is a perfect place to shoot both outdoors and indoors. The studio itself is very well equipped and has all necessaries. Everyone was friendly there and treated me great. I like the big and spacious garden with waterfall.

I did a 4 hour fashion/beauty shoot with Rosie at Far Forest Studio. Mark offered drinks upon arrival and gave us a tour of the studio and surrounding woodlands. There is a man-made waterfall, a swing, a graveyard and lots of other scenes within these extensive woodlands, simply amazing! The actual studio is a purpose built building and has many props inside and has air conditioning to boot. Parking is available right outside but make sure you use Google Maps to get there.

Great first shoot at this brilliant studio and outdoor shooting area with the gorgeous Miss Rosie Lea. On arrival and after a coffee Mark showed me around and the vast amount of excellent equipment he has acquired over the years which was all available for me to use. All the lighting and equipment is modern and in pristine condition.

Unfortunately the weather did not permit outside shooting on the day.

This is a studio/outdoor area that every photographer should visit sometime as I am sure you will be amazed by it as I was.

Thoroughly recommend to all photographers of any level.

What a fantastic studio! Mark and Lynne are great hosts and I instantly felt welcome when I arrived for my shoot. The facilities on offer are extensive, allowing for a wide variety of shoot styles from indoor studio shots to art nude in the waterfall. Clean fluffy towels were on hand for use after my shower (the sun may have been shining, but the waterfall water was still invigorating), and their attention to detail in the provision of robes, flip flips, and refreshments was an unexpected bonus. Definitely a studio to return to.

As soon as I arrived, Lyn, Mark's lovely lady welcomed me and made me a coffee, then proudly led me on a tour - this set the scene for a magical afternoon.

The studio has a fully equipped interior area with a pleasantly long and high aspect but also boasts lovely vistas, forest areas, lawns, a very pretty pond and even its own waterfall.

Lyn tells me they are often visited by local deer and there was a wonderful background sound of birdsong - and nothing else to intrude.

Calm, tranquil, friendly and inspiring - I really enjoyed being at this studio (actually its far more than 'just' a studio)- very highly recommended.

Far Forest Studio really is just that, a stunning studio set in the middle of a forest. Upon arrival we were greeted with a wild herd of deer, which was a truly stunning sight for a Friday morning! Shortly afterwards Mark popped out to meet us before the photographer arrived as well

The Studio itself is plenty spacious enough for whatever style of photography you wish to do, and it has props in abundance from chairs to ballgown! The model changing area was kept warm and pleasant and a dressing gown supplied. The outside of the studio hosts a pond and waterfall with lots of stunning ground to cover!

Mark himself was a great host, entertaining John for the most part, and I mustn't forget the sweets & biscuits that were so loving left out for me... ;)

Thankyou for a fantastic shoot, I look forward to returning for a studio day!

My first shoot at Far Forest. Mark gave comprehensive instructions on the best way to get to the studio. He greeted me on arrival and gave a brief introduction to the studio and the grounds. When I needed assistance he was on hand to assist and I enjoyed my time at the studio. I will be using this studio in the near future, hopefully with Violettacurves again, and am looking forward to my return visit.

I was greeted with a smile by Mark and he ensured myself and the photographer were made comfortable, coffee and biscuits for all!

The models changing room was very well equipped and was made to feel very at home there.

There is quite literally something for everyone here from indoor studio shoot to outdoors waterfall or graveyard! The possibilities here are endless and I really hope to get the chance to return in the near future!

Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I thin that it was my 3rd or 4th visit in this fantastic studio.

This time I was part of the Mya Chan creative tour in UK and I could not emagine better place to work with that amazing model and person than the Far Forest Studio.

Thank you Mark for top class hospitality as always :)
