After wonderful pre-coms with Alan, we got around to shooting today and I truly loved every minute of it, in fact the time absolutely flew! (the saying is definitely true)

Alan has had such an incredible life with many stories and interesting facts and things to tell me, I loved listening to his memories and opinions in between shots, it also gave me a little extra time to plan and change my poses :D

Alan has a very keen eye for photography and takes pride in his work, which he certainly should! I have already been tagged in images which I love!

I honestly cannot say a bad word about him, he and his lovely wife Sue made me feel welcomed the second I arrived and the hospitality was brilliant.

I felt super comfortable during the whole shoot, we shot up to nude and I felt so relaxed and enjoyed working with him so much.

I love that he openly communicated what he wanted and hoped for our shoot as this was a big help in me preparing my outfits.

He was kind and complimentary while shooting and I am very grateful for that as it's a huge boost in confidence while modelling :)

I would work with him again in a heartbeat - if I didn't have a long journey home I would of stayed longer!

Tryst

Doctor AC contacted me months ago in the loveliest way. Opening up earnest conversation is the way any model dreams to be approached. He very much made it feel - person first, model second. He laid out the most appealing plans despite his distance - and as much as I wanted to come shoot with him for free, I laid out my high rates and he agreed it would be worth it to invest in me coming to shoot.

Travel was involved and I have a bit of a reputation in that area. Five hour train ride and missed the first train, so there was a two hour wait until the next one. I wasn't at all expecting that reality, so I called him immediately and together we quite madly and stubbornly persisted to shoot anyway. He cleared it with his wife to offer me the spare bedroom to stay in because I could nolonger, in any universe make it back at night anymore.

Then a train delay happened last minute - but only by twenty minutes at the last station on my journey. By that point, I was quite humbled and remorseful - to the extreme. But his wife picked me up from the station and calmed my nerves with her incredible charm and courteousness and warmth.

I made my regrets clear upon meeting Dr and we began our shoot. We had three marvelous hours - truthfully, it was one of the most challenging shoots for me - three hours in one blank room with one chair posing, but I thrived in that. He let me free flow and be inventive, and we sustained far better chat than I'm used to having at shoots.

Somehow, by the graces of the art gods, we all went to bed happily. His unique property is set up to accomodate the occasional model VERY comfortably - and I took full advantage of the stunning spare bedroom before blasting off again at 5am in the morning.

His wife gave me a ride to the station at that hour.

I will never forget it and am grateful for the images we captured.

Just had my first shoot with Alan at his studio today. He suggested some outfits for me to bring to the shoot which worked really well. Alan is a great photographer who creates fab images and very easy to get along with. What a lovely and polite guy! He made me feel very comfortable throughout. I had a very lovely and fun shoot with Alan.

We first met at the start of my modelling career and as soon as we met again for a shoot, it was like meeting a long distanced friend and we immediately got on well, as usual, had great chats in our breaks and created a big variety of lovely images.

I shot with Alan in his home studio and he is respectful, professional, outgoing, down to earth, creative and he keeps learning more about photography, as he has been a photographer for a very long time (landscapes, street photography and model photography etc)

His wife collected me from the train station and drove me to the house, she was very professional and lovely too.

We shot from fashion to lingerie, to tasteful artistic nude.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with this amazing human being and I have faith we get to work together again.

I had a wonderful experience modelling for Alan today. He made sure I was picked from the station by his lovely wife which I was truly grateful for as it poured rain on my arrival from york. Alan is a great person to model for as he knows what he wants to achieve in his pictures and shows you the pictures as a reference point first so you get a good idea of what is expected on shoot day which is always a bonus. Alan is a very fun person to shoot with as he is equally as funny as he is talented. I really enjoyed my experience over all and I would highly recommend anyone to shoot with Alan as he is full of interesting conversation and an incredible photographer too. Thanks for a memorable day today I look forward to shooting again.

It was an easy shoot in which Alan took beautiful pictures with ease, both using lighting and artificial light. I worked with Alan recently at an Airbnb he had rented in London. Pre comms were consistently great, and the shoot went seamlessly. Alan made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the shoot and was a total pleasure to work with. He helped pick out outfits he wanted to shoot and had ideas but was willing to listen to mine too. The 4 hours completely flew by, shooting from portrait to nude.

I really enjoyed working with him, but above all, I loved his company, we had really interesting conversations, ones that are rare to have with a photographer.

Highly recommend to any model, and hope to work with him again!

I had a wonderful shoot with Alan today, nearly two years after the original planned date which we had to cancel because of the covid pandemic.

Not only was Alan very accomodating, friendly and professional as a photographer and interesting as a person, but he managed to create a really enjoyable atmosphere throughout the entire shoot which made the time flew by incredibly fast. He also introduced me to his travel photography - a beautiful narrative of his numerous adventures. Despite the heat I had a great time, resulting in images which quality speaks louder than words. Had an amazing shoot with Alan this time at his place. It was so lovely to spend some time with him and Sue. They were kind enough to pick me up from the station. And it didn’t even feel like a day at work, the shoot was relaxing and I felt comfortable straight away. Alan had a few specific ideas in mind that we tried and I’m pleased with the results. We shot a variety of styles, mostly in sheer, and Alan just let me pose freely, and we just went with the flow from there.

Alan is always a pleasure to work with as we have some really interesting conversations. I even got some delicious soup and cookies!! What more could I ask for.

Organising the shoot with you was so easy and clear with no crossed wires.

I was met at the door by your beautiful wife, quick cup of tea and we began. The time flew by. The room was shot in was clean and a decent temperature.

When I arrived to Alan's house/studio, I was made very welcome, his lovely wife Sue was around and we had a lovely chat during the break. It was delightful to see such a beautiful relationship.

And the energy in the house was very pleasant.

Alan is very professional, his communications were brilliant! He made me feel at ease, respected and safe. I will go even further and say that shooting with Alan is an experience, he brings up conversations and discussions that stimulate your mind, talking about things that may have never occurred to you.

The 4 hours flew by without noticing it!

I would highly recommend working with Alan, you will not regret meeting this highly experienced and interesting person.

I am looking forward to see what we created on this shoot, but there are already some fabulous edits out!

I had a great shoot with Alan at his home. I was warmly welcomed and felt comfortable throughout. The conversation flowed and we chatted about all sorts while shooting a number of different lingerie sets and nudes. The time flew by and I felt we achieved lots while having a great time. Would happily recommend to others :)
