I finally got to work with the legend that is Daz!!!

He is such a freakin’ awesome creative who has the most epic way with lights, he got a beautiful Harley Davidson over to shoot with, dressing the scene perfectly and man does he know how to use his camera - the back of camera couldn’t look more amazing!

I can’t recommend this wonderful photographer enough - he has the talent, the studio and all the right moves :)

Shot a Darklens a few times now, Darren is awesome full of fun, ideas, and a great Photographer. This guy fell out the nice guy tree and landed in that studio where he creates amazing images and happiness for everyone who has the pleasure to shoot/model there.

I look forward to many years shooting there, if any models or Photographers are looking to gain experience you wont find a better mentor.

Had a day with Darren and the guys at Darklens on Sunday for his constant light play day and it was brilliant . Darren met me at wolves train station and was very accommodating When at the studio , which is incredible. Having had a look at the images on the back of the camera I can't wait to see what they come out like after processing. Highly recommend this place and Darren as a photographer, I'm looking forward to working there again soon! :)

Not quite sure how to put this being as im relatively new and my experience limited... however im going to put it like this... if every studio and owner is like this then we are living in great times. The studio itself is no less than brilliant, so many different rooms and options inside and outside. Mr Dark Lens (aka darren) is a proper gent, couldnt do enough to help me, a genuinely good guy with a load of great energy which helps the shoot start on fire. I mean im totally new and this dude was running around setting up lighting advising explaining helping suggesting his attention to detail and genuine want to help was inspiring. Highly highly recommend this place you cant go wrong and im yet to find better. Awesome. Thankyou Darren and thanks Lottii

Dark Lens is a brilliant photographer for several reasons.

He has a Solid knowledge of lighting, my bright eyes and dark skin pose challenges for many but Dark Lens was up to that challenge as well as lighting up me and Charlie. We did a shoot for a clothing brand.

Very easy to get along with helps everyone in involved. Funny, chatty,

Gives great direction but is also open to hearing your ideas as a model and takes it into consideration.

Hopefully we will work together again soon.

Studio itself is brilliant a lot of time, effort, dedication and care has clearly gone into developing and maintaining this amazing studio.

I love shooting at this studio, I hosted a rockstar night with Darren working the lights and scenes beautifully - the images that are coming out of it are absolutely epic!

Darren is the fabbiest host, he knows his stuff so his tutoring is second to none - the rooms are wonderful, with props that bring so much to the scenes :)

Can't wait for the GOT themed day on October 1st! xx

I’m now based at this versatile studio in Wolverhampton and it feels like a second home!

It has different rooms with natural light and studio options, so many props, all the lighting you could need - Darren, the awesome studio owner and photographer extraordinaire, is on hand to help with stunning set ups and keep all watered - It’s a cool, laid back and beautiful studio with so much depth & so much to play with :)

Cannot recommend this place enough xx

Literally had the best day with Daz. We bounced off eachother all day and it was a joy. He is so quick and efficient - knows how to get the shot and get it fast. Was such a fun day where we got 4 completely different looks and vibes in a short time. I CANNOT wait for the next time love, was an absolute pleasure to work with you. Thank you for making this crazy cat feel at home!

Had my first shoot with Darren and it was fantastic, he works quick but effectively with amazing results.

His studio is well equipped with all sorts of props, backdrops & possibilities.

He's super fun and so funny, but knows what he is doing!

I definitely hope to work with him again not too far in the future.

LOVE Darren! Darren is amazing his work, his personality and his creativity. Darren is the main reason that I continued with modelling allowing me to maintain confidence throughout every shoot.. allowing me to connect with models and photographers through his monthly click club and keeping the fun in all the hard work just by being himself! This guy looks at things from a different eye and then puts it in lense no matter how mad the verison . I think everyone wants to picture that !

I shot this awesome studio recently on a studio day - Darren is an amazing host, he made me feel super welcome and the place is just so versatile, with natural light & studio light...

The sets that have been put together are flexible and beautifully built, I'm in love with that old school bath there!

The day was wonderful, Darren is a fun and knowledgeable host, who had the photographers and I in stitches with his wicked sense of humour :)

I can't wait to work with this fab dude tomorrow - can't recommend this studio and epic owner enough to y'all folks :)

Dark Lens is not the typical studio! It's more like 5 studios wrapped in to one.

Each room offers different photographic opportunities which is very inspiring.

I worked at Darklens studio for the first time last week (as the model for a product shoot) and I'd say it definitely lives up to it's reputation. The studio is large with a wide variety of shooting spaces available to suit almost any look. It's well equipped with studio lighting etc, but also has huge windows perfect for natural light shots. There are also tonnes of different accessories and props at your disposal, from the norm to the weird and wacky. Darren is lovely and really helpful and it's great having him on hand. I'd recommend the studio to anyone and will definitely be suggesting it to those I work with in future.
