I had a fantastic time shooting at Daz’s studio! I worked there for a 121 Studio day and also a group shoot. From the start he looked at me and made sure I was comfortable. He assisted with the lighting for the photographers who needed it and set up the lights for the group shoot to create some awesome effects!

As a photographer he is so talented and really knows what works and what doesn’t. I loved working with him. Can’t wait to see the pictures! Thanks Daz!

Another visit to Dark Lens studio for the day. The studio has so much to offer with fantastic rooms to work in. Darren is so helpful and provided superb guidance and inspiration - I always learn so much from him. He is also an amazing chef as well and makes you extremely welcome. Highly recommended for all levels of photographers who want a special place to work.

Have had many group shoot at dark lens also and couldn't fault the setup, the people or the atmosphere.

Daz organised a peaky blinders event and have to say it was epic.

He is a pure joy to work for and loves to help all photographers to achieve great results.

Amazing studio with plenty to do, has a lot of natural light and all sorts of lights to get whatever look that is needed.

There are many interesting areas to stimulate ideas. Darren was relaxed, discrete and helpful when I needed help or suggestions.

I can recommend Dark lens to other photographers.

I love to shoot here as find the atmosphere to be very relaxed with a homely vibe. I attend darrens weekly group shoots where he has been kind enough to share his knowledge of photography with me and many other photographers helping us improve our skills.the rooms offer a great variety of styles and really get the creative juices flowing . can't recommend enough . fantastic

I had the pleasure of finally visiting Darkens studios and working with Darren on a recent fashion shoot for Gore Couture. On the teams arrival Darren was incredibly polite , friendly and welcoming and showed us round the studio and where we could set up for Roos to start on makeup.

The studio is situated within a unique building with plenty of character and history and the decor and spaces within only compliment this as well as Darren's colourful stylish and creative personality!

I was impressed by the amount of space that Darklens had to offer, equipped with a versatile selection of backdrops and a large white space as well as lounge, bath, and powder room set ups (to name a few) with beautiful, timeless furniture.

I only wish I had the time to take advantage of all that this unique studio has to offer!... Hopefully for my next visit to the midlands! :)

Definitely something for everyone and a fun atmosphere.

Have modelled at darklens a few times now and went over last night to do a duo shoot with Charlie Barr. Darren is amazing and his studio is awesome full of cool stuff , I always feel relaxed and at ease working there. Darren is one cool dude always gets amazing lighting and loads of funky images. I always have a fab fun time while there. Highly recommend

Big range of settings and Darren also creates some of the most stunning photos!

Darklens Studio is an interesting experience. It will be different from anything you've met before - though in a good way.

Darren doesn't bow to convention: and that means there is a wonderful, unsystematic, weird and fascinating series of props and furniture around the place. Seriously kooky, and you will either freak out because you can't find what you want, or get a lot of lovely pictures because you tuned in, turned on, and took pictures...

I'll be back!

My second shoot at Dark Lens. What a great facility it is and nothing is too much trouble for Daz, whatever I need is there. This certainly is an Aladdin’s Cave, there’s always something new around every corner, and there are quite a few corners!
