Dan is a key member of the makeup team for my underwater shoots. Whatever crazy ideas we come up with, Dan just delivers.

Unfortunately he is not available for my next scheduled underwater shoot, he will be very much missed. Totally recommended (Again!)

When I put on large shoots like on Sunday I always consult Dan beforehand for advise on how to do the makeup and effects.

Sundays shoot was based on Jack the Ripper so blood lots of it was required, plus with a cast of 18 other MUA were required.

I can always rely on Dan he knows exactly what’s required and who he needs to bring along.

Sundays shoot went perfectly thanks to Dan and his team.

It was great to work with Dan again on the studio’s recent Jack The Ripper shoot. He certainly excels at providing the gore when it is needed! Our shoot roughly followed the timeline of 130 years ago when the Ripper killed twice in one night. The slit throats, and in the case of the second murder, even more mutilation, were expertly recreated by Dan and his team not to mention all of the makeup for the rest of the huge cast of models and actors that were involved.

Further to that, just a few hours earlier we had been painting models in latex for latex pull shoot. An idea Dan and his team were keen to try out so who was I to say no to shooting it when asked?

Dan, as always a pleasure working with you. 100% recommended.

It was a pleasure to work with Dan and his team again. This time it was a night shoot re-creating the night in 1888 when Jack the Ripper murdered his last 2 victims. Dan applied make up to make me look ‘dirty’ as a street seller but he really had the chance to show his brilliant skills on the victims, blood, cut throats, incisions, etc. He is a real professional, talented and a pleasant person to have on set. He and his team worked tirelessly to create the authentic looking injuries as well as taking care of the ‘victims’ who needed to be kept warm in-between takes. I hope I get to work with Dan and his team again!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Dan on a recent shoot. Dan was one of two MUA who did a spectacular job making my colourful latex body paint look outstanding. I highly recommend working with him and look forward to working with him again.

It was fab working with Dan again, this time on a Jack the Ripper style group shoot where I was one of the murder victims. He did a great job helping to make me look brutally murdered and was there checking I was warm enough and to help me back into the warmth again once I was finished due to the fact it was freezing cold outside and I did get pretty cold lying on the cold floor for a while!

Bond

Dan and his assistant were the MUAs for the recent Bond shoot. Such a friendly guy. The Bond girls looked amazing. They had been supplied with dresses worth thousands and Dan done the make up to match. They both looked amazing.

Throughout the shoot he regularly made sure everything was perfect.

Had a James Bond shoot with Dan yesterday. Dan did my makeup perfectly and made me feel very confident. He was very attentive, always asking if I would like a drink or if I needed the heating on. He picked me up from the train station and even drove me home. Dan was so chatty and lovely and I really enjoyed working with such a great guy! Another great shoot with Dan, This time was all about body paint. Dan painted our model silver, we had a tin foil back drop and great lighting. Dan wanted to do this and asked me to photograph it. Something I had never done before.

Great opportunity thanks Dan, as always Dan's is great to work with, he is creative and always positive on a shoot. Some thing I have not said about Dan before is he is great at overcoming obstacles when they arrive.
