Eek this bloke is brilliantly mad! I had the grand pleasure of shooting with James on my duo weekend in Bedford with Artemis Fauna!

James arrived early well prepared with tons of equipment and shoots super quickly so there was lots of time for chatting and giggles as well as getting some epic shots!

He's so bubbly and easy to work with that the time just flew by in no time at all, we worked on several different sets with dress changes, can't wait to see some edits even with everything looking perfect in camera!

I can very highly recommend James and hope we can work together in the future :)

Artemis Fauna

I got to shoot with James again a few days ago after a little break since the last time! This time he booked myself and Katie Green for a bit of duo madness during my tour.

As always it was a superb shoot. LOTS of laughing but LOADS of amazing images too- some of our best, I think!!

Can't recommend James enough really... super excited to see the images go up! Hope to do it again soon :D

I had a really lovely early morning shoot with James yesterday, after our first shoot which was a few years ago. He was really enthusiastic about the location I'd suggested and made excellent use of so many of its options. He is a pleasure to work with - easy going and friendly, polite and I felt perfectly comfortable throughout. I think there were some really beautiful images made! :) Hopefully we are working together again in just a few days!

I had a lovely shoot with James today at my home!

James was very lovely in his pre shoot communications- very professional too! He arrived on time, we had a chilled and relaxed half day shoot, and we basically shot in the same room for the whole time! it was great to work with someone who could immediately see what he wanted to shoot. It was great fun chatting to James, he is friendly, kind and very considerate!

I look forward to next time James!

We worked through a couple of sets, finishing with a seriously cool film noir set where pretty much every shot was a winner! Can't wait to see the results :)

I do recall a lot of laughing! :D He took some fab pictures of Artemis & I and I particularly like his back and white style. The shoot was relaxed and fun and James is a total pleasure.

Still can't remember how many shoots I have done with James now?! All I know is each time is an absolutely pleasure.

He is one of the kindest, most respectful photographers you can have the pleasure of working with. He always makes sure you are 100% comfortable, has plenty of ideas with him but also allows you to have creative input so that it's a real collaboration and team effort in getting the best shots possible.

I always have a great time working with him and can't wait til next time :D

I met James at eye for an image studios last weekend. He is a friendly guy, really professional, great fun to shoot with and really easy going. We played around with some really fun ideas and got some great stuff. I'd love to shoot with him again if I'm in the area and would definitely recommend him to other models. thanks a lot James :-)

I worked with James again at Virtuosity Studios in Milton Keynes and had such a lovely 3 hours which just flew by! I can't believe it had been almost a year since we had last worked together- but we were soon shooting and chatting like old friends :) James is such a lovely down to earth person to work with- it doesn't feel like work at all- every shoot is really enjoyable.

James also knows alot about lighting and how best to flatter the model- which is very evident in his beautiful portfolio. It was a brand new studio environment for me to work in also but I can also highly recommend Virtuosity Studios for a fantastic photographic studio to work with. We were both made to feel very welcome there. I absolutely loved the results from the day experimenting with James' various lenses also and the photos looked stunning! I really hope to work together again soon :) Highly recommended, Helen x

4th, 5th, 6th??? Shoot with James- this time on a duo shoot with Rachelle Summers at a studio in MK for some nude shapes and more abstract work than the last few shoots we have done at my place.

I really enjoyed the shoot, we all collaborated, had a laugh and took some super shots- loving them so far and can't wait to see more! James brought along some snacks (yum) and was very understanding with the super cold studio! Even let us stand on mats as it was freeezing! haha.

Lost count of how many times I've worked with James now but each time is lovely and we always have a very creative shoot! This time round I got to work with him alongside Artemis and it was great fun!

As usual he was more than happy to let us have input in the shoot and do our own thing when we had ideas which is always nice as means you can bounce ideas of each other and really get involved in the process :)

Just a great guy to work with and look forward to next time :D

He is extremely easy to talk to and very laid back, the atmosphere is always nice and chilled and we work through numerous sets whilst having a good natter :)

I had a wonderful shoot with James yesterday on my studio day at Eye For an Image studio in Banbury.

James was very lovely person to work with on a shoot. I found James to be easy going, good company and professional throughout.

James as great style in his images and takes beautiful images of women in a very classy way, i can't wait to see the results from our shoot.

James came to our "Jack Vettriano" inspired studio day. He was punctual, polite and prepared, and he really grasped the spirit of the concept with both hands. Modelling for him was great because we knew he was creating some really good work. I've been on tenterhooks; waiting to see the results, and now I have - I am so impressed. Oooh where to start?! I've been shooting with James for 10 years, so the first and most important thing to say is that I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to work with him anywhere really :) He's a lovely man; interesting, good company, thoughtful and imaginative. And his approach to his photography is highly professional and organised too, which makes for great collaborations, and a super final result. I think he's great, so if you get the chance you should definitely shoot with him. If all photographers were like him, there'd be no need for a reference system at all :)

Had an amazingly wonderful shoot with James at my studio day at Scarlet Door. After communicating for a while, I am very happy we was able to shoot. James is very much the professional, very polite, kind, easy to converse with and generally a nice person to be around. He made sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the duration of the shoot and I loved our chats in between. James is an extremely knowledgeable guy and I managed to learn a lot from him in a short period of time.

Whilst shooting he was enthusiastic and full of great ideas. He also allowed me to put in as much input into the shoot as I wanted which allowed me bring out my creative side. From what I saw the results are brilliant. Really hope we have another opportunity to work together again. Definitely recommended to all. Thank you.

I had my third shoot with James at the weekend, it's always a pleasure working for him.

He is such a lovely person, very considerate and always makes sure you are happy with what is being achieved and that you're comfortable :)

He is happy to work together on his ideas and values input if you have any ideas yourself which is always nice!

I think we got some fab images again and I had a great time working with him :)

Hope to work with him again in the future, and I would highly recommend him to others!

Had the pleasure of working with James on a group shoot the wkend. I could tell from the start he had a huge passion for being behind the camera and had bags of ideas to shoot throughout the day. The trying weather and muddy conditions didn't faze his enthusiasm in the slightest and from what I saw briefly on the back of the camera, he captured some fantastic images.

I would highly recommend to anyone to work with this hugely talented photographer and hope to work with him again in the future.

I worked with James on a group shoot at Wraysbury for the first time, and what a great guy he is to work with! Well practised with the great outdoors and British weather, he had some great ideas, and was not at all fazed clambering across tree trunks and shooting up to our eyes in mud, resulting in some amazing shots!!! I def look forwarding to working with James again on some interesting urbex projects! :)
