References for Artemis Fauna

Had another excellent shoot with Artemis - this time as part of a duo shoot with Rachelle Summers at Artemis' fantastic home. Artemis organised everything perfectly, was very welcoming and made sure the shooting slots went to schedule.

Shooting Artemis on her own, and with Rachelle, was an absolute joy - I would come up with some half-baked idea and Artemis would disappear off into her wardrobe and return with a suitable outfit (and one for Rachelle) and make-up, and then work with me to get the pose, lighting and angles correct. Oh, and we had great fun doing it as both Artemis and Rachelle are very easy to get along with.

I hope to work with Artemis again soon! :)

The first time that I have actually worked with Sarah despite admiring her work before I even started model photography. I should not have left it so long! We had a duo shoot with AnnaRose and Sarah brought so much to the day with her modelling skills (including her developing talent on a pole) and her creative input. She worked splendidly with Anna and there was so much chatter and laughter! Needless to say she is a brilliant model and a total professional. I have already booked the next shoot!

Wow, Wow and WOW! Been admiring Artemis's work for a long time and I never would have thought that one day we would actually shoot together. This lady is in a league of her own! I am in awe at how versatile she can be and has a personality to match! She is very friendly, kind, easy going, funny..you get the picture and I can go on using many superlatives. We shot a duo with Richard Maxim and the shoot was based around acrobatics which is the type of modelling I mostly do. Considering this was not the typical shoot Artemis normally does, she did amazingly! She is a lot stronger than she looks and was able to throw me about, hold me up, carry me and do some cool gymnastics and shapes of her own. An incredible shoot that has produced brilliant results! Could not ask for more! Absolute star! We even had a lot of giggles and fun too! Really looking forward to our next duo shoot and if you get a chance, I would seriously work with this lady! Highest recommendation from me! :)

I attended a workshop with Artemis in late 2015. Not only was she patient and kind with this novice, but her fluidity of movement, expertise in posing, and creative input were invaluable on the day.

I got lots of very workable shots and would highly recommend her to any photographer at any level.

Seriously, had my third shoot with Ms Fauna last weekend - relatively close to home this time in West Sussex - and predictably she exceeded my expectations again! (does that make sense?) We spent the first hour shooting some Pole work - and Artemis did great, translating her land based posing skills to hanging off a pole without much apparent effort. Every pose was perfectly pointy toed :)

We did some other stuff too of course, bouncing quirky ideas around and getting some great photos.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro - sell those old brass candlesticks your gran left you and buy some time with Artemis - you won't be disappointed :)

We booked three hours with Artemis for the last three hours of her Studio Day at The Cottage Studio. She had been working hard for three days before our session but you would never have known that. She was fresh, energetic, helpful and totally professional. We wondered if three hours would be too long but she was so easy to work with that the time just flew by. We took the usual images and then some way out ones and Artemis help with the lighting and pros to get us a lot of really good images, it's going to take a while to process them. We are looking forward to working with her again, probably at her home, in 2016. I would recommend Artemis to any of you.

Two and half days with Artemis at the studio! It doesn't get much better than that.

A private booking on the Thursday and then two fully booked Studio Days on the Friday and Saturday.

A pretty hectic time for her but not a sign of any fatigue as she worked on the pole and lyra.

All photographers were greatly impressed and expressed interest in her return, hopefully early in the New Year.

Artemis really is the ultimate professional, her faultless posing together with her understanding of the related lighting takes a shoot to a higher level.

Artemis had been on my "want to work with" list for some time so when I knew she was undertaking a studio day in my area, booking time with her was a "no brainer"!

As it was a studio day, we did not have much in the way of "pre-shoot communications" although we did message each other after booking the session to discuss a few ideas and responses were always prompt.

Artemis is a bundle of energy and very easy to get on with and we were soon chatting as if we had known each other for a long time (especially about cats – a passion for us both!). She really engaged with the whole process, coming up with some wonderful ideas for my "flag project" and wanting to see "back of camera" images to help her get her poses just right.

I can highly recommend Artemis and I would definitely want to work with her again should the opportunity present itself. A great shoot with a great model. Thank you!

Well I think another reference is not necessary as one of PP favourite models. But I have to because Artemis is not only the best models on here but a wonderful person to spend time with. Wont go into how great a model she is you just need to look at the images from the shoot. But for me can't wait to work with her again and as I am so local in need to so this as much as I can , Thank you for a wonderful creative shoot. !!!!!!!!!!

I had a 4 hour shoot with Artemis at her lovely Georgian House. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her again - great communications, lovely personality and an accomplished model. I had a number of ideas that I wanted to shoot, and Artemis came up with perfect outfits for each idea. She then interpreted my ideas into lovely posing. She takes direction and has great ideas. She also notices detailed points that helps to make each shot even better. Great collaboration.

The house is a wonderful pandoras box of photographic opportunity! I am sure I will be booking Artemis again.

Highly recommended.

Vintage Fine Art Photography

Arranged a seven hour booking with the exceptional Artemis Fauna on location at a Stately Home in Oxfordshire yesterday. She was all that I could have asked for in a model. Fabulous appearance, excellent communication prior to the session and Artemis was a warm, genuine and very friendly person who contributed numerous ideas to the shoot which I hope will be reflected in the final images once processed. This good natured lady has vast photogenic talent and she was a divine pleasure to work with.. Never objecting to performing acrobatic acts, climbing onto statues into vulnerable positions, laying on the ground - the list is endless. I can only say a very heartfelt "thank you" to Artemis for being inspirational and a fabulous model for my project. Recommendation Rating - 100%.

I attended an RPS workshop hosted by John McNairn, & he couldn't have chosen a better model for the day.

It was my first time shooting a professional nude model & I have to admit I was a but apprehensive, but I needn't have been, I had a fantastic time! Artemis was brilliant, she has an amazing repertoire of wonderful poses & ideas she is also is great fun & very helpful & I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

It was my birthday and wanted to give myself a present so I booked 6 hours with Artemis. I could not have made a better decision.

We shot at her home studio which has more sets and locations than I could cover in my time.

As expected Artemis is a true professional taking direction perfectly, as well as offering ideas of her own. The shots looked amazing and I look forward to getting home to look at them in more detail.

However the best thing was that she truly is a lovely person, so easy to get on with and chat to and the shoot was a genuine collaboration. It was a wonderful day.

Also thank you Artemis for my birthday cake, I hope that we get the chance to work together some time in the future.

I recently had a great full day shoot with Artemis at her huge and versatile Georgian house studio and had a fun but more importantly productive shoot. It was only my second shoot with Artemis and she is awesome to work with; friendly, down to earth and takes direction very well. She was well prepared for the concepts I had suggested, with a huge range of outfits and very versatile location. We made the most of the inside and outside space to get some great images which I am still processing. I am so glad I listened to her crazy sounding ideas as they developed the sets in ways I would not have otherwise tried with superb results. She worked tirelessly throughout the shoot, provided some healthy without wasting any time and I would highly recommend working with her. I look forward to working with her again soon. I had my second shoot with Artemis at the EMP studio in Glasgow earlier this week. There had been a gap of 3 years between our shoots, and that was only because Artemis is not a regular visitor to Glasgow. Artemis drove down to Glasgow from Aberdeen through the most appalling weather and arrived on time for our shoot. Most of us would have wanted a good rest after such a drive before getting down to work but Artemis hardly stopped to draw breath. Artemis is a very experienced model, a true professional, a delight to work with, and from the shoot we have many superb images of competition quality. Artemis does her makeup to a very high standard. She is a strikingly beautiful young woman. We will not allow 3 years to elapse before our next shoot. I recommend Artemis to all photographers of all levels of experience without reservation. I look forward to our next shoot together.

Well what can I say that's not been mentioned here already. If you're still undecided about booking Artemis, then don't wait any longer, book her.

I'd worked with Artemis during one of photoclassic's group boudoir shoots, she was simply brilliant. Lots of poses, but more importantly, lots of input and feedback. Even to the degree that she was using the lens to check her poses, and work out whether the current pose worked better at half, three quarter or full crop.

Simply she was brilliant, an amazing model, and I came away with some incredible shots. I couldn't have asked for more.

Recently had my first shoot with Artemis..

I say shoot,it was more a showcase of how a model should work.she is without doubt one of the hardest working, knowledgeable and naturally beautiful models I've had the privilege to work with.

Arrived bang on time, keeping me informed of progress whilst travelling down on the final leg of her Scottish tour,virtually ready to shoot on arrival,but with a huge choice of outfits if required.

Great to get along with,chatty and with a wicked sense of humour,one of those rare people you meet and instantly feel at ease with.

I learnt more in a few hours shooting with her than I have done over the course of the last few years,a total inspiration.

I'd hope I have the good fortune to be able to work with her again for sure.

A model I would recommend to anyone,whether experienced or just starting out,you'll be hard pushed to find better.

After two shoots with Artemis in studios she invited me to join her group shoot in Portugal, with Rachelle Summers as the second model, at the end of June. A new venture for Artemis and Rachelle, with the support of Iain, Artemis' partner, which worked out very well. I was looked after and cossetted in a manner which hitherto I had never experienced, and this was all before breakfast. I knew the modelling would be professional and excellent, and providing the locations available were good, the outcomes in terms of the quality of images, would be excellent. So it was. The locations were varied and challenging which was good because it required the photographers to think about what they were doing, and an opportunity to learn from the rest of the group. I was lucky in that all members of the group quickly gelled into a sociable group, were passionate about photography and I learnt much from my colleagues. I made new friends, I had excellent hospitality, I created some superb images, and I had a good time. Well done to Artemis, Rachelle, and Iain, and thank you to my new friends. Most of the group were 'Remainers' and we could drown our sorrows together. Join the next Portugal venture if you can. I certainly will.
