Hi thanks for looking at my portfolio.

I am a published hobbyist photographer based in Buckfastleigh.

I am very relaxed and laid back on a shoot and like to get the model involved and value their input and suggestions, which more often than not results in me getting better images.

I love shooting on location but do have studios I can use if needed. I treat all my models with the respect they deserve. I also respect their levels, personal space and have no problem if on the first shoot or subsequent shoots they want to bring a friend.

Having fun whilst shooting is something I believe is important. I believe if I am relaxed, and the model is happy and relaxed we both get better images. I also prefer my shoots to be fluid rather than too structured.

I am interested in most genres of photography and love shooting the unusual or quirky. And I will never publish anything until the model has given their approval.

I do not take any constructive criticism personally and encourage the models I work with to be absolutely honest with me. I am really not that precious, and if the model can offer advice, ideas or wants to edit their own images, I have no problem with that.
