Just wanted to say Thank you and Goodbye, for some time now I've been struggling both here as a photographer and at home as a person. I've been lucky enough to have friends here who have helped, supported and have kept me going emotionally - some have even been terribly kind and donated month memberships - To you all - a great many thanks - you are such lovely people.
Unfortunately though - this mornings port events have shown me just how little my images and help really mean to the site, as much of my port has been deleted including 15 of the 18 fpi's including my avatar. 
It's my own fault I know as life is much about earning money - something I have very little interest in, but without it - hobbies like this just aren't allowed. 
It's a great site though - so those of you who have just started your modelling / photography journey - don't be afraid to join in and have fun building your ports.

You are leaving because your subscription expired over a year ago and PP removed the excess profile images which were not visible on your profile anyway?

Isn't that a bit like cutting off your nose to spite your face?

I'm not sure what you have lost considering those images were not available on your profile, and I'm not sure what you will gain by flouncing off.

All along, since your subscription expired, you could have referred people to PP and easily enjoyed the benefits of Unlimited 100% for free.

Looks like your unlimited account has ended. If so your other images have not been deleted. They will reappear if you subscribe again to unlimited in the future.

When the subscription first expires all that happens is that only 15 images are visible on the profile. The rest are in the background but not visible to anyone. 12 months after the subscription expires the images are deleted. I guess this is to do with managing the size of the database. And also that the individual appears to only use a free account for over a year so is unlikely to pay for a subscription anytime soon.

I don't think thats very helpful at all.

The guy could be struggling for many other reasons, not just because of losing images.

Talk about twisting the knife after its gone in. Not very helpful comments Russ, from the owner of the site. I understand you were trying to explain certain reasons, but its most likely NOT just the loss of images.

Try and be more mindful I say.

A technical question though, if he would have removed some of his other photos from his portfolio in the last year the FPIs would have remained, right? So if you are allowed 15 photos only, and you had 30 before, you can choose which ones to keep on?

Russ is right - I should have done more - I should hope I haven't slated the site, as I say - it's a great site, it does a lot for  many people and I wish you all well. 
As for recommending the site - I do and have on many occasions, do I do it to get a free month - no, I recommend the site because I know how good it is for those looking to gain their dream.
Those I recommend are free to join as they wish not just via some link I send them, when I'm on the street - I don't always have the link with me. 
Please Russ ( and the team ) Keep doing the excellent work, there are many here - who find refuge and comfort in what you've created. 

Am I looking for attention - not at all, read my goodbye as you wish, it's sincere and meant for those who know me well enough to be interested.

Russ Freeman is there a warning that the year is almost up? Perhaps something to say "it's been a year since your subscription, in one week any images not displayed on your profile will be deleted. Remember to back up anything you don't want to lose, or better still upgrade today and display all of your images"?
