PurplePort may not be the biggest in the industry, but we are mighty in other ways. Our fabulous membership is one of the unique things that differentiates us from other networking platforms. PurplePorters help and support each other, working together to improve the industry and keep standards aimed high. 

Being a family-run and owned business means that everything we do at PurplePort is conscientiously and carefully driven by love for and loyalty to our wonderful members.

Why is PurplePort giving away $20,000?

In 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic began to affect many people's ability to work in the creative industry, we did what we could at PurplePort to help our customers as much as possible. Throughout 2020 and 2021, we offered free PurplePort VIP subscriptions to accounts we thought were the most vulnerable, giving away 17,615 months of PurplePort VIP for free to 5,498 members.

It may not seem like a lot in individual terms, but it was substantial for us; a small family business also feeling the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. We fully support the community built around PurplePort and would do it again. We have no problem helping our community as needed.

As things have evolved from the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to help our community again, but this time, giving away something extraordinary that can change a person's life. We think a $20,000 thank you is pretty significant!

How you can get involved and participate in the $20k giveaway

Anyone on PurplePort can participate regardless of where you are in the world. You don't need to be in the USA to refer people, and everyone will enjoy the benefits as each referral will help our creative community grow.

Then all you need to do is share your referral links with others (see below), start collecting USA referrals and be the first person on PurplePort to refer 1,000 USA customers using our referral scheme! 

We know getting 1,000 referrals is possible since we have been operating the referral system successfully for a long time, with some people referring hundreds, and have recorded over 30,000 active referrals.

To earn referrals, all you need to do is share your referral links (see your Sharing Tools page) or a link to your portfolio page. You will be automatically marked as referring anyone who creates a PurplePort account immediately after they click any of these links.

A referral is only activated and added to your Referrals page after an account has been approved and the new member has been active on PurplePort for three months. We automatically review and require 5 of 15 metrics of site-wide activity before marking a referred account as active. 

Only unredeemed USA referrals count, so keep hold of your USA referrals (and don't redeem them!).
