$20,000 giveaway rules and terms

We've tried to keep the rules as simple and as plain as we can. Nothing onerous, just common sense.

1. To remain eligible members must ~ play fair ~ maintain an active account not subject to investigation, warning, suspension or termination ~ be of good standing and ~ be at least 18 years of age at the outset of this promotion.
2. Success is the first eligible member account to reach 1,000 new referrals to accounts registered to USA residents with a permanent US mailing address and accessing via a bona fide non-proxy USA IP. The reward is US $20,000 and we expect it achievable in less than 12 months.
3. Existing referrals or those in the pipeline for acceptance by PurplePort are not eligible. Existing or returning members including second accounts do not count as referrals.
4. The successful member will be informed via e-mail and messaged privately on PurplePort. Failure to then respond within 7 days with sufficient financial and personal information to facilitate payment will result in they being no longer eligible.
5. Success is at the discretion of PurplePort who use analysis of referrals. This includes referrals needing to maintain active accounts for at least 3 months to be eligible for this promotion. That approach has been operated without issue for many years, and is refined from time to time. PurplePort will not disclose nor entertain communication or debate around criteria. If a member or referral or any third party contemplates, conspires or attempts to manipulate any part of this promotion or referrals and that raises suspicion of any conduct or aspect being contrived, underhand or fraudulent then you will be considered out of the running.
6. PurplePort’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the successful member will be contacted personally.
7. The reward must be taken as stated and without delay and cannot be deferred. There will be no alternatives. You need a personal domestic in-country bank account in the member’s name that allows verification. The member is responsible for example for any taxes, duties, customs and withholding taxes.
8. Members must comply with these rules to be eligible and ensure they are not suspended or their membership ends. PurplePort especially accepts no responsibility for ineligibility of referrals, the rejection or termination of referrals or fraud.
9. This promotion is not open to employees or contractors of PurplePort or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members. The successful member also must not have received insider assistance no matter how relevant or correct.
10. PurplePort reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
11. Members will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
12. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The promoter is PurplePort Limited.
13. We may publish the successful member’s profile on our site if an interview is agreed upon. Editorial control over the interview remains with PurplePort even if we send a copy for your perusal.
