It was a pleasure to work once again with Xenia at her Zavod Studio, this time as part of her 'Beauty in Decay' themed event, styled by Tabitha Boydell.

As always, pre-shoot comms were excellent and everything was well organised. There was a warm welcome on arrival, and we got to work straight away with the first of several setups. Zavod Studio offers lots of opportunities for different backdrops both in the studio itself and within the factory workshops and corridor spaces, and Xenia had pre-planned several excellent setups for the event. The two-hour shoot ran smoothly and efficiently, and Xenia's modelling was, as always, outstanding. Her knowledge and skills in photography and lighting make every shoot a collaboration and she is full of ideas for optimising each shot.

Xenia's energy, professionalism and attention to detail are all second to none. I was delighted with my shots from the event, and already have my next photoshoots with Xenia lined up. Highly recommended.

I had my fourth shoot with this superb model last Thursday. The fact that is is my fourth says a lot. Xenia is without doubt one of the most incredible models I have worked with. She has it all, looks, makeup skills, posing skills, knowledge of lighting (how to make the best of a setup). I don’t think I need to say much more really other than to add she is highly professional and very easy to get along with.

I look forward to working with her again in the not too distant future for shoot number five. Thanks again Xenia for a fabulous shoot.

I had a wonderful shoot today with Xenia at her studio Zavod in Sheffield.

Being inexperienced in studio work I would not have achieved the results today without her guiding input. Not only is she a superb model but also an accomplished teacher and was only too willing to pass on her knowledge advising me throughout the shoot on lighting, camera settings she thought would be helpful and giving lot of encouragement. She was just a joy to work with. I have no hesitation at not only recommending a shoot with Xenia but also a shoot at Zavod studio, it's a superb space and well equipped. A 100% recommendation a superb shooting experience.

Wow Xenia is another level,shooting with Xenia in the streets of Sheffield was so much fun.

Pre communications were fantastic, arrived on time with several outfits and had many posing styles and took directs well.

Such a friendly and professional model and genuinely felt at ease through out the shoot.

First time having Xenia at the studio and oh my what an absolute Gem, how have we not seen her down this way before. This young lady is a fantastic model who knows how to pose, blasts through awesome poses with style. She can do dainty and graceful posing to completely hard ass rock chic style and what an expressive face she has too. I for one had a blast working with her and she rocked the makeup group shoot that we held on her first day. She worked so well with each photographer to give them fabulous shots.

Then she did a studio day the following day and that’s when I got to work with this very versatile lady.

Besides the modelling Xenia is one of the loveliest and fun people to be around and I can’t wait until she is back down here sometime next year. 100% recommended!!

I had my third shoot a few days ago with this superb model that is Xenia. The very fact that this is my third shoot with her tells you what my recommendation for this model is, obviously YES!!!!

Xenia is nothing short of a marvel, the amount of FPI's that has has attained bears that out.

This lady has a most excellent work ethic combined with fabulous abilities as a model and superb MUA skills. Also she is a very friendly warm person that manages to create a very relaxing working environment, not to mention her music tastes which are excellent. We always achieve fantastic images mainly due to her abilities, you would have to try to get a bad set of images with her :-)

We have already discussed another shoot together in the new year, bring it on :-)

First 1-2-1 session with Xenia at her studio (ZAVOD) - it was a sheer joy. We used the communal areas of the premises where her studio is based - some gritty industrial backgrounds. Xenia brought an extensive wardrobe with her - exactly what I was after and contributed great ideas throughout the whole session. More over she is a very warm and friendly host and made we feel extremely welcome. Already talking about our next session.

Had my first full length, one-to-one shoot with Xenia this week and what a blast it was. Xenia is delightful, full of energy and so creative. We shot at the Boardroom and had worked out lots of ideas in our pre-shoot comms and by sharing a mood board. Xenia brought lots of great outfits, jewellery and props and the time just flew by. We shot many different styles from gorgeous frocks to more edgy, editorial themes and were superb assisted by Phil who runs the studio. Xenia exceeded my wildest dreams as to what we might be able to achieve on the day; her posing is outrageously good and it was a delight to spend a few hours with her. I hope it won't be too long before we work together again. Thanks for a great day.

TAKE 2!

After working with Xenia for the day on a project back on May, it came down to rearranging our original 1-2-1 shoot from April which had to be postponed due to me catching Covid.

We arranged to shoot at The Boardroom in Derby (which was somewhere I was keen to revisit - as I'd not been there for around 4 years) and bang on time, Xen arrived and was raring to go.

After a brief catch-up and set-up of sets, she proceeded to show once again why she is in such demand. She poses like a dream, is really easy to get along with and is an amazing foil to bounce ideas back and forth with.

The BOC images we captured are to die for and our shoot was worth the journey alone, however I'm glad we decided to use such a versatile studio. I'll definitely be returning to Derby, and it's only a matter of time before another date will be in the diary with this incredible lady.

I have been dying to shoot with Xenia since meeting her at the Creativity Hub earlier this year where I was impressed by her down to earth personality and her creative energy. Since then I have avidly followed her work and loved every thing she is involved with, So I knew I had to shoot with her again and scheduled a date with her for a mix of fashion, something edgy and beauty work. Her pre comms were perfect and she arrived on the day ahead of time with everything I asked for, she went to special lengths on one of the pieces and I really appreciate this. she really goes above and beyond to help you achieve your visions with a passionate enthusiasm for her craft. On top of being an amazing model, pose machine and fantastic make up artist she's also a great laugh and the day flew by! cant wait to shoot again in the new year and we already have something special planned...

Xenia is awesome, personality, looks and energy. I am really fortunate to have had the chance to work with her. Xenia is one of the best models I have ever worked with. Her range of poses, expressions and movements is incredible. I like how creative she is too. Xenia will really commit to, and invest in, an idea by offering up creative suggestions that help expand and enhance the vision you started with.

Ahead of the shoot her communication was great - she was on time and had all the outfits we discussed.

Xenia is a joy to work with and I would shoot with her again in a heartbeat. She is an absolutely fantastic model. To say she is highly recommended feels like an understatement. Looking forward to our creative paths crossing again in the future.

I had my first shoot with the incredibly talented Xenia. We had many pre coms on ideas for the shoot and I created a Moodboard for us which was very useful.

On the day Xenia arrived on time and after comparing wardrobes, we got straight to work.

It wasn't long before we settled in to a free flowing rhythm and we created some amazing images.

Xenia helped me bring my ideas to life with her input & suggestions.

We flowed through several sets with natural light set ups in our time and I am eager to finish the post editing and share the results with her.

Xenia's pre-shoot communications were, as always, excellent and the photoshoot itself was professionally run and hugely enjoyable.
