References for West Surrey Studio

I just had my second shoot at West Surrey, this time with Jasmine High.

It's just a brilliant place, no end of setups from a straight-forward cove to a challenging mirrored room.

Malcom is welcoming and knowledgable and willing to help out if needed.

This is exactly the space that's needed in the West Surrey area and I'm already planning to use it again soon.

Back again recently with AndyTwick and this is slowly becoming a favourite studio of mine as it's not too far from me and Malcolm is always very helpful.. this time round he wasn't there for the initial shoot but was there to help the photographer set up etc and I had been there before so knew where everything was anyway. He did check up on us to make sure I was warm enough and that everything was ok though which was very kind.

I like the studio so much I will be back again in a couple of weeks so very much looking forward to that.

Highly recommend using this studio if you haven't already!!!

First shoot at this studio today.

Malcolm was on hand to do the tour and help with initial setups which was much appreciated.

Lovely big space, plenty of natural light as well as extra lighting options, different backdrops, props and shooting areas and more still to explore.

Really hope to get back there again. Definite recommendation from me.

A big thank you for Malcom for stepping up and providing such an amazing studio space. 3 hour was definitely not long enough to maximise the space.

A number really good lights, natural light, white backdrop, full kitchen, hair & makeup changing/ room facilities was a great bonus. Malcom was fully professional sharing all the directions & instruction getting to & into the studio, providing all details of needed. Despite a short power trip, Malcom told us where to flip the power back on with a phone call.

Would 100% use the studio again when looking for one around London, and recommend it to anyone trying to find a decent studio space with great natural light, that double up as an industrial photoshoot setting.

Wow what a fab studio!!

Had a studio day here recently, and cannot thank Malcolm enough for his hospitality throughout the day. He’s there if you need him but also stays out of the way if not, there are so many different backdrops and props you can use, heating was always on hand to make sure I kept warm throughout as well which was very much appreciated!!!

You definitely need to use this studio if you haven’t already, I will definitely be back!

My first visit to this studio, a studio day with Leah Meraki.A spacious studio with quality lighting and big windows for daylight.Plenty of props to play with I had a two hour shoot, you need more than that. Malcolm is on hand to help in any way when needed, but leaves you to get on with your shoot the rest of the time.Conveniently situated for west London photographers, a big car park nearby although there are some free parking areas if you plan ahead.

Highly recommended by me.

I used WSS for the first time on a studio day with Leah Meraki.

This is the kind of place I've been looking for for ages! Loads of space, high ceilings, good coffee and a genial host.

Malcolm is really welcoming and interested in what you're doing without being intrusive.

He even painted a wall in the bathroom set so that I could get shots in there!

I will definitely be back.

I highly recommend Malcolm & the studio . A lovely person , very professional and made me feel welcome . A great spacious studio with lots of props and and a great model changing room with plenty of space and a great massive mirror . Hope I get the chance to work there again soon thanks for having me .

What an amazing last minute shoot I had in Surrey with Malcom the owner,

The studio has everything you can think of and lots of space including a big changing room for the models.

He was friendly & professional throughout & had lots of ideas in mind including testing some lighting ideas and equipment.

I received the images fast & they are amazing! Really enjoyed the shoot. I will be back for studio days in the near future :)

Big thank you to Malcolm, for letting me use the studio this week, as has been said below this place is a gem. Its location makes it easy to get too however you are traveling. Its well equipped many and various background to use. Available light use is just as easy.

Wow! I had the most fantastic shoot at the studio!! Malcolm the owner and brilliant photographer in his own right, welcomed and helped In every way, lighting, technical knowledge and a brilliant cup of coffee. The studio is amazing, so much space, easy to work around the model, fantastic lighting equipment and stunning chairs and props. Definitely will be back, it was just perfect! Easy parking also😀 would definitely recommend 110% to any Photographer or model Thanks again Malcolm, hopefully see you soon.

Worked out of this studio for an afternoon with PicMix. Came from central London via train and it was a max of 2 mins walk from the station, which is very handy!

The studio has gorgeous high ceilings, heaps of natural light and even a fun mirrored room. We actually found the dressing area to be a cool space to shoot in too with the magazine wall backdrop. Would definitely look to shoot in the shower area next time.

Owner is lovely and offered plenty of refreshments, although I'm on prep so declined.

Hoping to return for a longer stint!

a real gem and a great find. Very friendly, accommodating, has everything you need, and helpful. Great communications, and their rates are very cheap (especially for what you get). Ill be looking to shoot there regularly, and the model enjoyed the space and the experience also, thanks!

This studio is fantastic! The white cove is extremely useful and set next to some wonderful industrial windows where natural light oozes in; and there are so many brilliant props all around to spark creativity.

We genuinely believe that you could walk into this studio with no ideas, to then be hit with 50 as soon as you enter the room.

Malcolm is a fantastic host and communicates really well to make sure you have a great day of shooting at the studio.

Thank you Malcolm, we will definitely be back.

My new favourite studio. So many areas to shoot in, I'm yet to explore them all. Well equipped and easy to access. Malcolm the studio owner is a great guy, who's happy to not only share his studio but his knowledge! Already planning the next shoot at this location!
