This was my first time shooting at West Surrey studios so big shout out to Malcolm the owner. Check it out guys if you need a large studio near London at a good price this is the one.

A nice, big, roomy studio with an infinity wall, loads of equipment, props and different rooms/places to shoot. Great communication and clear instructions beforehand. I would highly recommend it!

This studio is underrated! Plenty of different backdrops and can even shoot outside. Model changing area is big! Which is a bit rare. They also have a shower and a bath. Good kitchen facilities too. I love shooting here and it is the perfect location for a few photographers I work with.

Every time I have shot at West Surrey Studio, it's been superb. West Surrey Studio is a fantastic facility with great equipment. Clean, spacious with absolutely amazing natural lighting as well as a great selection of strobes and modifiers. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had another fantastic shoot at West Surrey Studio with a model not on PP at the moment. The studio is magnificent , enormous space and backdrops if needed, large windows which was great for some natural light images, so much lighting to choose from and Malcolm the owner and brilliant photographer was on hand for any help , the facilities were great, male and female toilets, changing room for models and heating!! A fantastic experience and will definitely be back again!! 110% recommend to any model and photographer!! Thanks Malcolm.

I've shot here a few times now, and its rapidly becoming my go-to studios for models based in West London. Highly recommended.

A large studio space with stunning natural light, and shooting options from a white cove to a graffiti wall and others. Good quality equipment, and perhaps what I like best of all, any number of quirky and interesting props and accessories. Each time I visit, there always seems to be something new and cool! Malcolm is also an excellent host, invisible during shooting, but a message away in the event of a problem.

Try it if you haven't already. I highly doubt you will be disappointed.

Great Comms from the studio owner who was very welcoming and helpful.

I used four of the studio’s Bowen’s lights and got a wide range of shot styles, the large windows give great natural light too.

Something of a hidden gem is West Surrey studio. It's a large open space with a kitchen and wet rooms (shower and bath) behind. The owner is very helpful, great comms, and content for you to arrange the furniture as required. The main studio has a big infinity curve with a side wall of windows so for natural light fans it's ideal. Probably should be renamed West Surrey natural light studio :). Rapidly becoming my go to studio when I need light and space.

West Surrey Studio is a wonderful venue for shooting with loads of natural light, flash heads and triggers to work with. Malcolm the owner is easy to communicate with and is always willing to help. Highly recommend.

I had my 5th shoot at West Surrey Studio, and it was a pleasure shooting there. As always the studio is well equipped, clean and tidy, and has lots of space. The studio owner is constantly adding improvements and updates. Would highly recommend.

I shot at the studio for the 1st time and really enjoyed the space.

During the day there is loads of natural light and some beautiful locations where you can avail of it.

The studio also has plenty of flash heads, soft boxes and modifiers, with everything in excellent condition.

Available WiFi, Bluetooth speaker and a kitchen with coffee, tea, and all of the condiments.

The owner Malcolm stopped by and made sure we were sorted for everything and was great to work with when I was initially looking for a studio in that area.

Highly recommended and hope to work there again in the future.

My first shoot at West Surrey Studio and it certainly won't be my last. I love working with natural light and this studio is perfect for this. There are large windows all along one wall which flood the area and the white floor means that it is entirely possible to shoot at regular outdoor ISO settings.

Malcolm was a helpful host and all-in-all it was a pleasure to work there.

I will definitely use the studio again. 100% recommended.

My first shoot here and what a find.

I was working with Annie Goldman1 and we wanted somewhere that had lots of natural light as well as flash. And there are just so many options - fabulous natural light from the huge windows, sofas, chairs, white cove, graffiti wall, changing room, kitchen, coloured backdrops, hanging chair - and that's just the ones we used today.

I particularly liked that there is so much space which means you can just wander around trying different ideas and angles without having to move loads of stuff around.

I'd visited the studio a couple of weeks beforehand and Malcolm was super helpful showing me around and helping me to sort out the lighting triggers which needed a bit of work due to my camera, and everything worked great on the day.

I'd recommend the studio to anyone, whether it's for simple natural light in a great setting or for sophisticated lighting. I'll definitely be back.

My second shoot, here, and there will be many more. Frankly, I come for that big window, the natural light and the cove. But, Malcolm has all the lights and modifiers which also got pressed into service. Super space, kitchen, toilet, shower, etc. Location a very short walk from Hersham station, which is handy. Highly recommended.

Another great studio day here recently, I really love this studio it's got great natural light and the different areas you can use are great plus it's not too far from me either really so that also helps. Malcolm checked in to see if everything was ok and is only a message away if needed with any help but everything was left easy to find and use so there was no problem at all.

My 2nd shoot at West Surrey Studio (the first being organised by someone else) - comms were great with really clear instructions regarding access and use of the studio. Malcolm also offered to give me a pre-shoot walk through in his own time, and whilst I had been there before and this wasn't needed, it was certainly a welcome offer and show's the time and effort Malcom puts into his bookings.

The studio itself is really well kitted out with a kitchen, bathroom, changing area...all the spaces you need...and an absolutely bloody cavernous main shooting area! There are other spaces that you can shoot in, but I love the natural light that pours onto the cove and the industrial rafters beyond the top of the cove. It really is a great place to shoot!

Whether you're shooting 121, or as a group, there is plenty of room for a wide range of shoot styles and events. This shoot was a ballet & dance lighting workshop that I was hosting for a local camera club and despite there being 8 of us inc. the model, the space never felt cramped.

A very good, versatile studio that I will certainly be booking again.
