I have nothing but great things to say about Steve. His pre-shoot comms were excellent, his talent is undeniable, and his enthusiasm made what could have been a very tricky shoot very enjoyable indeed. There was a miscommunication with the studio meaning we had to suddenly think on our feet to find another venue; immediately, Steve went out on the search for a new venue. Everywhere was fully booked, so instead he scouted a location on-the-fly and used his experience to craft an appropriate lighting set-up. He gave excellent direction and we came away with some wonderful images that I am astonished were achievable outside of a studio. He comes highly recommended by me and I very much look forward to the next time we work together :)

Had a fabulous shoot with Steve at his studio in Brighton.

His pre comms were excellent, giving me a very clear indication of the nature of the shoot prior and even ordered a gorgeous dress for it specifically!

He kindly picked me up from my place which was incredibly useful to me.

His light setup was flawless, capturing the Jake Hicks style beautifully and tethering it to a computer to make sure that we could all see the shots and work through them together. His direction giving was useful too, I even learnt a few things along the way :)

Steve is fantastic to work with all round, funny too, and most importantly incredibly professional in the way he works.

I loved the shoot and I look forward to future ones!

Have shot a few times with Steve lately, today was a Victorian location shoot which he set up, it was a combined collaboration which went extremely well. I knew it would as Steve is a great person to work along side as he knows exactly what he is doing, his off camera flash skills are spot on, always a pleasure, totally recommended, totally professional and always great fun

Well what can I say, this was my first time in front of the camera and I couldn't of asked for 2 better photographers for my first experience. They put a last minute casting call and so I went for it and I'm so glad I did. The communication was fab till I arrived, once I got there I was made to feel welcome straight away, very perfessional but made me feel at ease and we had so much fun. Would recommend them to anyone and really looking forward to working with you again.

Steve is a brilliant photographer who knows what he wants, and for me as a makeup artist this is brilliant! He is able to give direction in the kind of styles and direction he wants the shoot to go, but he also allows creative and artistic freedom for the shoot! Cant wait to work with him again!!

I have known Steve for six years and we have met up sociably and professionally a number of times now, he is a fantastic guy who like myself has spent years learning how to produce great images from shooting weddings to studio and location to editorial, high fashion and actually anything you ask Steve to photograph he will know how to perfect that specific task for you.

Steve is extremely professional, totally trustworthy, compassionate, friendly and so easy to get on with, he is also very patient and respectful, if you are new to the modeling scene and want a professional photographer who will guide you, advise you and help you every step of the way then this is the guy you need. Likewise if you are experienced and well versed Steve will produce terrific shots for your portfolio, he has all the equipment needed plus the use of my studio anytime he wants it.

So whatever your experience level, whatever genre, whatever style, whatever location you need then talk to Steve, you will be so pleased you did.

I had my first photoshoot with Steve on a location shoot around Brighton. Great photographer, creative ideas and suggested locations, he gave me useful advice which I took on board. We both put ideas together to get the perfect shoot. I had such a fun session, even though it was freezing! Steve has got a great eye for detail and the resulting images are amazing and creative.

I attended a photoshoot with Steve and acted as chaperone and mentor to a model.

As a photographer, Steve is very creative and talented, he's got great ideas and listens to others, works very well in a team and delivers great images.

I felt that Steve was relaxed throughout the photoshoot and this helped to relax the model I was chaperoning. Steve also had a laugh while at the photoshoot. He gave perfect guidance to the model, explaining clearly what he wanted to capture. But the most important aspect of the work was the safety of the model and I felt it was safe for any model I mentor to work with him. I would recommend any model to him.
