Bristy - Fine Art & Fairytale Photography

Stephanie and i have collaborated on numerous projects in the past. She is both a brilliant model and a photographer. While she has a very particular eye and imagination when it comes to her photography, she is ever so fluid when modelling for others. Stephanie is incredibly wonderful at taking directions and posing elegantly. Her ginger dreadlocks alone are a big wow factor. All the creativity and mischief she brings to the shoot are just added bonuses.

Where do I start?! Stephanie is a unique young lady in that she is both a very fine photographer and a very enthusiastic model. Her own photographic work is seriously impressive and often quite deliciously dark and quirky. As a model we had great comms leading up to the shoot, despite some delays over finding a suitable venue (Fire Eye Land in Margate - which is Amazing BTW). She came equipped with a fabulous array of costumes and ideas and does her own makeup too. With the addition of some pointy ears she made a rather fetching Elf, I thought :) She certainly didn't clock-watch and would have happily carried on beyond her booked time I think.

I am very much looking forward to working with Stephanie again, in a wooded environment which will suit her perfectly, but we need the warmer weather first!

She comes highly recommended from me - that's for sure.

Wow! I had the most amazing time shooting with this faerie. She is warm, friendly, creative & put up with my weirdness! :D

The place we shot at was stunning, I could have spent days exploring/researching all the different species of plants they had & finding out there secrets... The images we created are so beautiful, I think my portfolio is just going to be full of Stephanie!

I have to admit I was quite nervous at the start of the shoot, as Stephanie is such a talented artist that I knew I had to perform at my best. However, she is so humble after a while, I forgot & it was like talking to a friend. :)

I try to capture something no other photographer has.

To convey that to a subject is tricky.

To achieve it is pure magic.

And to achieve that magic within 11 exposures is pure un-bridled joy.

You work with some people and you just know that you were destined to.

I am so blessed to have achieved what I have set out to do and meeting Stephanie was one of those blessings.

Stephanie is a joy to work with, her pre shoot communications are very though and she planned out the outfits etc that would be needed for the locations I had chosen for the shoot.

On the day she was punctual, arrived with her makeup/hair already done and wearing the first dress. Stephanie is very creative, positively oozes enthusiasm and has a very positive attitude. She was great company between shots and I must admit I do feel rather honoured to have shot with her after seeing her photography portfolio.

Stephanie is wholeheartedly recommended by me and I hope I will get the opportunity to shoot with here again

I encountered this incredible human being today & I am so glad to have met her. Sometimes words aren't enough to describe the impact that someone can have on you but her passion, energy and warm aura inspired me greatly. Stephanie is insanely talented and intimidatingly intelligent. Mark my words, she is destined for great things.

She was punctual & shoot ready with makeup already applied, a bag full of props and a head full of ideas. I thoroughly recommend her for any project.

I worked with the exceptionally talented Stephanie today and what a pleasure it was. Stephanie brings a warm, raw, and earthy fragility to the lens and is a really engaging model to shoot with. She has a passion for how she works and her beautiful delicate features bring an air of inquisitive poise and intrigue to an image.

Stephanie is a true creative with masses of talent, this is clearly reflected in both her modelling and photography. She is a lovely, warm person to be around who cares deeply about life. I would highly recommend working with Stephanie and I am certainly looking forward to shooting with her again in the near future.

Fantastic shoot with Stephanie.

She endure cold, damp, flour thrown at her and still had a smile on her face by the end (although that may have frozen there).

She has so many ideas, turns up with a bag full of outfits and props but then finds loads more laying on the floor!

Without question, Stephanie is one of the finest creative models I've had the pleasure of working with. With excellent communication beforehand, we had a firm shoot plan in mind and, despite the atrocious weather, Stephanie worked tirelessly to create the images we'd envisaged.

Would I work with Stephanie again? You bet your life, your wife and your uncle's cousins dog on it! She's a warm, kind hearted soul and creativity runs in her blood, so it should come as no surprise that I thoroughly recommend working with her!

Stephanie was lovely to work with, she is beautiful, highly intelligent and a creative whirlwind. I had a great afternoon with her in Margate. I am new to model photography so it was a real help that she knows so much and is willing to help. It was a cold wet windy day but we tried hard to make some great photos.I would recommend Stephanie to any photographer, she is a pleasure to work with.

Where do i start? Stephanie was a breath of fresh air this morning. We started off with a few studio shots before heading off out into the wilds. Stephanie bought along great variety of interesting outfits and ideas and was up for a few bits of madness as the day went on. Great look and huge amounts of enthusiasm this girl is certainly one that should be on you list to work with. Hopefully she will be returning before to long so we can produce some more amazing pictures!

Stephanie is amazing! She is very enthusiastic, hardworking and cheerful. Communication prior to the shoot was excellent and prompt. She is a photographer herself, so it was very easy to communicate ideas to her. She follows directions very well and offers some great suggestions when asked! I had a wonderful and productive shoot with her. Love the images we took and will surely shoot with her again. Highly recommended!

Has a shoot in an abandoned building with Stephanie. She was a genuine delight to work with, and had brilliant ideas for composition and poses, as well as taking direction really well. The images are amazing and really show her versatility. From vintage fashion, to mild horror, to jumping with flowers - Stephanie does them all with grace and commitment. Highly recommended :)
